We have 5 units in this building, including three 4 bedroom/3 bath units and two 2 bedroom/2 bath units. They are units 701, 904, 905, 907 and 1207.

About the condo:
This is a direct oceanfront 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 9th floor condo, with the master bedroom on the ocean, located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an in suite private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds. In addition, the living room has a queen pullout couch. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies' pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 2 free parking spots.

About the area:
There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace Theater.

Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condo.

Beautiful unit!!

Perfect suite, roomy, clean, modern, right on the beach with many ammenities. Views could not be any better with that large balcony! Even better was the owner and how fast she responded and worked with us. We were able to reserve worry free! Will definitely come back again! Owner has several other condos so would definitely try another one! Highly recommended!!

Great view

Place was really nice and had a great view of the beach and easy access to get there. Only think I’d bring up is the pick up location for the keys is pretty tough to find, especially at night. Other than that it was all good.

Good Unit

Was very surprised on Condo. Very welcoming. The view from the balcony were breathtaking. The only take away is the appliances are very outdated which was surprising since the unit itself looked updated, but that wouldn't stop us from renting that same unit again and its very close to store and restaurants . Was worth the price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and I was able to request a pack n play for an additional fee. Beach toys and chairs were also in the room which was nice. I would stay here again!

Great Place to Stay When Visiting Myrtle Beach

We could tell immediately that the owners cared about providing a very clean and comfortable place to vacation. The rooms were very spacious and the master bedroom and living area offered great views of the beach. The kitchen provided all the appliances, large or small, one could wish for. We've stayed in Myrtle Beach before and this was by far the best place and would highly recommend it to others!

Spring break family get together

Everything we needed was available in the condo. Enjoyed the indoor pool area first couple of days with rainy weather. Off site check in for keys is a little hard to find but otherwise everything was great!

My overall process to rent this property was good. There was some difficulty finding the address where keys were to be picked up and the box where they were located. The address is not clearly marked on the building.

TV terrible

We could only watch tv in the living room for one day. Could not get it to work any other days. We watch tv in the bedroom. Could not get heat to come on. Had to get the maintenance man from complex to switch it to heat. Other than these two problems we really had a great time.

We started to add to our business and bought more units in that area. We really love Myrtle Beach and the things this city offers for a memorable vacation so we continue to add to our condos there. What makes this property unique

The sound and view of the Ocean is beautiful, peaceful and awesome especially when the sun rises in the morning. It doesn't feel like a hotel room with the way we finished the unit yet you will feel that you are on a real vacation when you are staying there. Its peaceful yet there are so many things to do. The swimming pools are just great and fun for the family and you will find they clean and well maintained. You have to go there to believe it.
