Lovely

A property with character. Everything you need. Lovely lbalcony which overlooks a communal ´ garden ´ at the back. Sunny am. Shady pm. Perfect.

We stayed 4 nights at this location. The 3 main issues we had were as follows: There is not a comfortable place to sit. The couch in the living room is a very low uncomfortable futon. The apartment was acceptable but needs a deep clean and some of the pillows need thrown away because they are very stained. We had to take the trash out upon departure which is not unusual, but it is a long walk uphill through town and across traffic with a trash bag to get to the trash can. If we were staying 1 or 2 nights it would have been ok but 4 nights was too long in this apartment. The temperature in the apartment was pleasant during our stay with the fans on and the courtyard was beautiful.

Romslig leilighet med plass til mange. God plass rundt spisebord, koselig veranda, hyggelige naboer. Stort bad. Veldig varmt, men de nye viftene hjalp litt. Anbefales.

Magnificent

We tremendously enjoyed our stay for my wife's 40th birthday. The apartment is located in the heart of the old town. A bakery, butcher, pharmacy and several restaurants are less than a block away. The waterfront and beach are an easy walk. The train station is also an easy walk, and that connects you to the airport, Nice and Italy. The apartment has everything you need for a short or extended stay. We enjoyed many evenings on the little patio and took full advantage of being in walking distance of so much. The neighborhood was a nice mix of vacationers and locals. The area is not over run with tourists. We would recommend this place

Apparemment très agréable

Nous avons bien apprécié cet appartement bien agencé et bien équipé. Il est également bien placé par raport à la mer, les commerces et la gare permettant d aller à Nice ou Monaco en quelques minutes avec des trains très reguliers. Nous avons toujours pu nous garer pas trop loin et gratuitement. Le rapport qualité/ prix me semble très bon.

Très bel emplacement

Appartement très bien situé, très central avec tout commerce à proximité, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Décoration très chaleureuse. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, même petite. Seul bémol : la chaleur sans climatisation. Et une chambre aveugle. Merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons sûrement mais en hiver.

Lovely apartment in the old town.

Really nice apartment located in the old town part of Villefranche Sur Mer. Close to restaurants and the beach. Air conditioning would have been really useful as it was very hot at night but there were some fans in the apartment which helped.

Appartement de charme dans le vieux Villefranche

La propriétaire est vraiment très dispo et fait tout pour que le séjour soit agréable, bien qu' elle n habite pas sur place. La voisine , Danielle, est également charmante et très arrangeante. Nous avons aimé l emplacement, proche de la plage et des commerces. À savoir tout de même, la petite chambre enfants n a pas de fenêtre donc il y fait très chaud. Ainsi que la mezzanine avec lit adultes. Heureusement il y a des ventilateurs mais il manque vraiment une climatisation.

Location au top à tous points de vue

L'appartement est encore mieux que la description et s'est révélé idéal pour notre séjour en famille ! De plus, très bien équipé, tant au niveau matériel de maison que pour les enfants (lit bébé, livres, jeux, poussette...). Seul bémol, la location de draps et linge à la blanchisserie plutôt onéreuse (facultative mais tellement plus simple). Nous y reviendrions !

wonderfull location in the old city center

We staid in this apartment during the Easter period. The flat is clean and with an interesting design. it look old when you arrive by the door but is surpringly modern when you open it. Mme Danielle supported us in a very polite and discrete way.

A lovely time in Villefranche

We (two adults and two kids aged 7 & 10) just spent a week in Marianne's apartment and we are very pleased! The apartment is located in the old area of Villefranche, with narrow pedestrian streets and no cars. Many restaurants nearby and the beach and train station a five minute walk away. The apartment was in very good condition and had all we could wish for. Both Marianne (owner) and Madame Ferrio (neighbour lady doing check-in, check-out and cleaning) were extremely helpful and kind. We absolutely recommend this apartment! //Rickard & Cecilia (Sweden)

Very nice and well located apartment

We really liked our stay in this apartment where we lived for two weeks with our three children. The apartment was very well equipped, cosy and close to everything. With baby carriage the many stairs was sometimes a bit tough, but everything else was perfect. Very good service from Marianne (owner). We would love to come again! Johanna + family in Stockholm

Très bel appartement situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville qui lui donne encore plus de charme. La destination est idéale pour un séjour en famille. Les enfants ont adoré la plage et le port à proximité. Quant à l'appartement, il est parfait : grand, spacieux et au calme. Je le recommande !

Un appartement fantastique pour les vacances

Nous avons passe un agreable sejour dans ce bel appartement a Villefranche. La proprietaire etait attentive a toutes nos questions. L'appartement est tres bien equipe et a proximite de la plage et de la vielle ville de Villefranche. We had a great experience and will certainly come back. This was one of the best summer vacations we had in years and our stay in Villefranche was certainly the highlight. Merci pour tout!
