On the Maladroxia beach, 20 meters from the sea, mini apartment with veranda, living room with sofa bed, double bed, kitchenette, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor shower, parking space. The sea in front of the house is almost a swimming pool.
The accommodation is small, intimate, essential. It has a veranda that allows you to live it outdoors. But what makes him appreciate most is its proximity to the beach and the sea. Not more than 20 meters. In the morning, instead of taking a shower, you can immerse yourself in a small fresh and restful natural swimming pool, where a source of hot water in the middle of the sea will do you nothing but good. Its tranquility is disturbed only by the cooing of turtle doves in the pine forest behind. A curtain of multicolored oleanders will shield your privacy while two beautiful palm trees and an olive tree will guard your holiday period. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt, in wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand. Das Vermieterehepaar war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

distrackted by high valuations

The position of the appartment was nice near tot he see, but that is what has been said. In the description of the apartment was not read that above was a house were 4 adults and 5 children lived, even in the weekend more. So it was very noisy until deep into the night. The house was build against a hill, so there was very little ventilation, it was therefore stale and in the night very warm. The toilet did not flush properly, after use we had to flush a pan of water extra. The shower hose was worn through and broke spontaneously, the shower curtain was dirty. After one week’s rent the towels were not changed. We had to wash them ourselves. All-in all we have paid a maximum price and received minimal service. I certainly would not recommand this appartment! Theo and Mirjam Netherlands

ottima posizione

La casa è in un ottima posizione, letteralmente a 2 passi dal mare (spiaggia maladroxia), tanto che ci si addormenta e ci si sveglia col rumore del mare. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario e ha il plus di una comoda veranda con sdraio per godersi ancora di piu' il soggiorno. Super consigliata! Anche la disponibilità e la piccola accortezza di far trovare frutta, acqua e dolci all'arrivo non è da sottovalutare! Consigliata!

Gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und toller Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Vermieter sehr nett und bei kleineren Problemen sehr bemüht, dies sofort zu lösen. Toller Blick von der Terasse auf das Meer.

Belle vacanze

Siamo stati due settimane a Maladroxia. Un posto tranquillo. La casa e pulita e ha tutto quello che serve. E proprio a due passi dal mare! Ringraziamo ad Antioco e Rita per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Un saluto a Gabriele. Ci riverremo!!!!

A 15 mètres d'une mer accueillante, sur une île paisible. Que demander de plus?

Un joli endroit avec vue sur mer. Une ambiance paisible, familiale, plaisante. On laisse nos sacs sur le rivage sans craintes. Sans vent, l'eau est cristalline. Antioco est un homme qui porte bien son prenom.;) Endroit idéal pour séjourner sur cette île. On s'imprègne vite des 50 nuances de bleus. Je suis quelqu'un de difficile et j'ai passé 5 belles nuits dans ce studio très pratique. Quoi de plus agréable que de passer des moments sous la tonnelle extérieure, avec vue sur la mer, l'entendre, s'y rendre en 30 secondes... Un Must en Août quand il fait bien chaud. J'ai aimé cet endroit, car il est authentique. Merci Antioco pour ce beau souvenir.

Ottima accoglienza dei proprietari e ottima sistemazione vicino al mare

Siamo stati molto bene in questo appartamento vicinissimo al mare turchese di Maladroxia. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serve per una vacanza comoda. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata squisita. Torneremo volentieri.
