The house is very well equipped. A carport can park 2 cars in the shade. The garden of 750 m2 is closed, and has an electric gate and a solid gate at the end of the path. It makes you want to relax on the beautiful wooden terrace while listening to birds or to cool off in the pool. the summer lounge on the terrace is very friendly.

A big party takes place early August in Valréas which lasts 4 days for the pleasure of young and old.

The well insulated wooden house preserves heat. It is built in 2 separate blocks. One is 110m² (kitchen, pantry, wc, shower room, bedroom, living room, dining room). The other block is 35 m² (2 bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet in common) that overlook the pool.
The bathrooms are very nice with spacious showers.
The summer lounge allows you to enjoy every moment in the shade of the terrace.
The shade or the sun are everywhere in the garden.
The carport is very popular in summer.
