About this property

Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with every comfort of home including A/C and heating, Large corner reclining leather sofa, Fibre optic internet, 55" Samsung smart TV with British channels and Netflix account included, surround sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, walk in shower and hairdryer. The apartment is situated on the ground floor overlooking a large pool with a large balcony and is ideal for disabled guests as there are no stairs.

There are 2 bedrooms each with there own bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and built in wardrobes. The bathroom has double wash basins and a large mirror and a shower and a bath.

The second bedroom has 3 single beds and built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a large walk in shower.

The gated complex has 24 hour security and beautiful grounds. There are 3 other pools within the complex that can also be used.

The complex is 200 metres from the sea with beautiful beaches which all have beach bars. There are local amenities within easy walking distance.

Fabulous

Fabulous apartment in much desired location close to the beach and short walk to restaurants and bars so no car needed. I’m very familiar with the area but it’s easy to get to know. The manger was great and very helpful. Highly recommend

Es war im großen und ganzen ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage. Sehr schön und gepflegt. Strand ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment war groß genug für 2 Erw. Und 2 Kinder. Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber wie erwartet, der Gastgeber war aber sehr nett and zuvorkommend und wir sind uns einig geworden. Steve ist wirklich ein sehr netter Gastgeber, auch seine Hausverwaltung Megan war sehr nett im Kontakt. Also Daumen hoch und weiter zu empfehlen! 😃🙋‍♀️🍀☀️

Holiday in September

Overall great location… very clean.. nice complex. The only grumble is the air con, your given so much money on a card which ran out for our 3 nights… which then could only be topped up by megan… who by the way was very polite and accommodating. We went 1 day and 1 night without air con. However megan did offer for us to fetch another card from her but we were out. I will definitely revisit and use the apartment.. thank you so much and thank you megan xxxx

Buena estancia

La casa está tal cual las fotos cómoda y espaciosa. Tuvimos algún problema el día de entrada, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y para el día siguiente estaba solucionado, pero tiene un sistema que controla el tiempo de encendido, dispones de un saldo por semana que tienes que organizarte para no quedarte sin el. La urbanización genial. El aparcamiento es en la calle no hay plaza de garaje. La ubicación, para comprar el pan hay un supermercado a 15 minutos andando y las playas cercanas tienen piedras.

Perfect family location

Clean, tidy and amazing swimming pools. Apartment very well looked after with lovely homely touches. This is the 3rd apartment we have rented at La Recoleta and definitely the best. Superb ground floor location and Megan was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this apartment.

Ideaal gelegen, begane grond, grenzend aan het zwembad. Mooi groot oppervlak en alles aanwezig voor een fijne vakantie. De zee ligt dichtbij, maar heeft geen strand (vooral rotsstrand)

La Recoleta on moderni ja turvallinen yhtiö Punta Primassa. Asunto sijaitsi alakerrassa ja siitä oli lyhyt matka altaalle. Ilmastointi toimi loistavasti ja sängyt olivat mukavat. Asunto oli tilava kolmelle ihmiselle, useampikin olisi majoittunut mukavasti.

Excellent apartment for a quiet relaxing holiday

Ground floor, with terrace facing the pool. Apartment is north facing, so stays cool through the day and night without a need for aircon. The apartment is very modern and well maintained, and the complex is quiet and secure with nice swimming pools. Great for a relaxing holiday. If we had a small issue it would be that although the apartment is 200 metres from the sea it's a bit further to the beach by foot (about 5 to 10 minutes), and the beach isn't really beautiful (small and rocky and tricky to get into the sea).

Alojamiento recomendado, Megan la mujer que entrega las llaves fue súper amable y nos explicó el funcionamiento del alojamiento y recomendaciones de restaurantes, playas y supermercados. La ubicación es muy buena, a 5 minutos de una de las calas y caminos para andar. El alojamiento se adapta a la descripción, es confortable y perfecto para una familia y las instalaciones de la urbanización son muy buenas. Lo único que señalaria sería el idioma, por la localización se habla mayormente en inglés, y Megan solamente habla en inglés.

Prima Apartment in Punta Prima

We enjoyed our stay to the maximum. Perfect location close to Mediterranean for a clean, actively guarded and well equipped vacation complex. The Apartment has plenty of room and has all the necessary quality appliances. Two high quality reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Many superstores and restaurants to choose from within short driving distance. We look forward being able to come back in not so distant future. Buenas vacaciones!!

Todo bastante bien, de limpieza bien, salvo lavavajillas y cafetera que no estaba limpio, por lo demás muy bien , instalaciones etc...por destacar tambien, la tele nose podia ver en Español, solo netflix, pero una manera de desconectar

We bought this property for its ideal location with beautiful beaches only metres away and also because it was ideal for our children. The apartment is on the ground floor located round a large swimming pool so was ideal to keep an eye on the kids while they are enjoying themselves
