Beautiful newly renovated apartment in Benalmadena

Beautiful apartment recently remodeled, with views of the sea and the mountains. Near the sea and the shopping center. Well connected with public transport, next to the train station and 15 minutes by car from the airport. It consists of living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with double bed, cot or extra bed on request. Separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony terrace. Building with 24 hour reception and community parking. Large garden area with groves and 5 swimming pools open from May to September. A few meters from Bonanza Square, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. 200 meters from the center of the stream of honey, in front of the Paloma Park and next to Puerto Marina and golf courses. Wi-fi Fiber optic 50 megabytes, Air conditioning, washing machine, flat screen TV, 4 lifts and easy access for the disabled.

Gute Preis Leistungung Verhältnis

Ein kleines Apartment mit gute Ausstattung ,leider das Bett sowohl die Couch zu durchgelegen,wir könnten dort sehr schlecht schlaffen.Unsere Küche hat ein Eisfach mit Kühlakkus gehabt perfekt um am Strand die Getränke oder Essen lange kalt zu halten.Das Meer der Strand ist in etwa 15 min zu fuss zu erreichen. Es ist nur Berg runter ,dem entsprechend anstrengend ist der Rückweg.Am Strand gibt eine Bushaltestell, der Bus Nr.126 o 121,für nur 1.55 € fährt bis in die Nähe des Apartments. Die Anlagen hat 2x großen Pools langsam abfallend von 85 cm bis 1.80cm ,2 kleine Pools bis max 85cm und 1x baby Pool. Im Pool bereich sind Liegen und Schirme für nur 2€ pro Person zu mieten.Wir sind mitte September angereist deshalb gab genug Platz ansonsten gibt die Möglichkeit auf die umgehende grün Anlage sich zu sonnen. Am pool Bereich gibt kein kios also Essen und Trinken auf Selbstversorgung und nur auf grünen Anlage gestatet und nicht im Pool Bereich .Pools waren sauber und in gute Zustand ,Wassertemperatur 25 °In die Nähe ca.8min zu fuss ist preiswerte große Supermarkt MercadonaAuf der andere Seite des Apartments ist eine Bushaltestellen von dort aus kann man nach nach Mijas, Belnamadena Pueblo,Torremolinos,Malaga oder zum Zug Bahnhof. Infos zum Besichtigung und Bus bekommt man am Strand in der Bil Bil Touristik Info.Organisierte Busreisen nach Gilbartar, Granada, Cordoba Sevillia,Caminito del rey ,Marbella,Mijas etc kann man buchen beim Ruben Reise Büro, der liegt auch direkt am Strand.

Vacaciones en familia

Nos ha encantado el apartamento, es tal y como sale en las fotos, está muy nuevo y súper limpio. Nos dejaron unos detallitos de comida que se agradecen un montón. La piscina está genial y la playa a 10-15 min andando. Lo recomendamos al 100%.

3weeks on the Arroyo de miel

My wife and I ( pensioners) I had a wonderful 3 weeks in this apartment, clean, comfortable, all amenities including welcome pack, nice veranda, comfortable bed... Really good location walkable distance to the station, train to Malaga or Fuengirola. We also met the owner Maria, very nice lady. Would well recommend renting this apartment

Spotlessly clean and all facilities advertised.

As my title suggests, the apartment is in fantastic condition. communication superb. we had a late flight and were allowed a later departure time for which we were eternally grateful. Only down side was the noise, neighbours and surrounding areas, traffic etc.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Safe area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach. Pool area well supervised and lovely garden area. Great communication with owner and simple checkin. Definitely recommended

Week in Benalmadena

The apartment was wonderful, very clean, great location, excellent wi-fi, everything you could need for a stay. Maria was lovely to deal with and left us some lovely goodies on arrival - wine, chocolates, milk, juice, water, crisps. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. About a 15 min walk to the beach. Man on reception was very helpful in booking a taxi for us back to the airport. €28 was the cost from the airport in a taxi. The only criticism I have is that the pool was not very clean, we did not go down to it but we could see it from our balcony and it was full of leaves etc. However, if that does not bother you, you may prefer the beach, I would highly recommend this apartment

Nice, very well equipped flat.

Really nice appartement and the building is very organised. It has a huge and beautiful garden and a huge pool with several people working around to make sure it is clean and safe. Walking distance to the center and overall really nice. The only thing is that I've found a few small roaches and after speaking to the host she haven't even offered to provide us with any spray or anything to solve the issue but honestly we were in holidays so we barely cooked anyway. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the place is very nicely equipped.

Visiting Benalmadena

After my booking I was well informed till I reached the apartment and on arrival after midnight we found The apartment in top condition and a small touches which gave us the welcoming sign (water ,Mike, wine , and beer ...) The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We have enjoyed our stay thanks to Maria.

We were immediately impressed with this apartment which had everything that we could wish for. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of our hostess and thank her for the little extras that she supplied. Very nice and comfortable apartment

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. There was everything we wanted : cleanliness, a comfortable bed, wifi, air conditioning, cookware, a great view (on one side the pool and the sea, on the other side the middle mountain). The apartment is close to everything, it is a perfect place to discover southern Andalusia. Many thanks to Maria Ofelia for the welcome gifts and her availability. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il avait tout ce que nous cherchions : propreté, lit confortable, wifi, clim, ustensiles de cuisine, une superbe vue (d'un côté la piscine et la mer, de l'autre la moyenne montagne). L'appartement est proche de toutes les commodités, c'est un parfait endroit pour découvrir l'Andalousie du sud. Un grand merci à Maria Ofelia pour les cadeaux de bienvenue et sa disponibilité.

Lovely apartment and good location.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and had everything we needed. The little extra touches like the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, Wi-fi, and air conditioning gave it a luxury feel, and the welcome gifts of tea, milk, water, wine and cake were much appreciated when we arrived! Maria was very helpful before and during our stay and we all had a lovely time.

Fantastic apartment and great location

First of all I would like to thank the owner Maria she is a lovely lady and a pleasure to deal with nothing was too much trouble.The appartment was recently refurbished and was spotlessy clean everything you would need for your stay was there crockery,glasses utensils etc .the location was great for resturants and bars, bus stop both ways right on the doorstep and only a short walk to the train station loevly sea and mountain views from the balcony .
