Free Beach Residence, apartment 100m from private beach

I introduce you a lovely flat with the sea near home.

Your house will be just over the white beach and the blue sea of Costa Rei, on the south east coast of Sardinia, within a pleasant and quiet facility with private beach.

DESCRIPTION
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room (with closets, TV, a double slatted bed sofa), a bedroom with two single slatted bed, a covered porch with kitchen (with table and chairs, stove with four burners, pots and pans, dishes and accessories), a bathroom (with shower and washing machine).
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, to warm rooms simply set the air conditioner into "heat" mode.

The whole apartment is at your disposal and has a private access.

The Free Beach Residence is located directly on the beach of Costa Rei, it's like having the sea in your backyard!

From 15th June to 15th September we also have reserved a private beach, monitored by our lifeguards and shaded by our umbrellas. Two comfortable personal beach chairs are also available in the apartment.

If you were to travel with a little angel it is available for free a children's bed 120cm x 60cm, for him or her.

COMFORTS
• Internet: the area is covered by Wi-Fi signal called "Hotspot Costa Rei", this service can be purchased directly from "Hotspot Costa Rei" home page or at the newsagent by an access card. The access is unlimited at the cost of 15€ per week for one single device.
• Parking: free parking easily to find just outside the facility.
• Loundry service: upon request we provide bed linen and towels weekly.
• Cleaning service: first cleaning is an additional cost, extra cleaning can be arranged.

The Free Beach Residence is located down Via Marco Polo, close to Costa Rei town. Costa Rei is able to offer all the services needed for a comfortable holiday: restaurants, supermarkets, children's play area, clothing stores, food stores, newsagents, laundry, filling station, cash machine, pharmacies and medical service.

Arrival from 16:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am.

APARTMENT RULES
• Please smoke outside.
• Please separate your waste.
• Please respect the night quiet hours, from 00:30 to 8:30.
• Additional service: bed linen and towels are optional and can be provided with 10€ per person for each week.
• Additional service: first cleaning is provided with 40€.
• At your arrive please provide the identity cards of all guests and balance any possible additional services.
