Beautiful 1st line apartment with stunning sea and beach views Torrevieja. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. Lovely one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor by the beach promenade of the popular Spanish town of Torrevieja, between the Playa del Cura and Playa Los Locos. It has air-con, high-speed internet, and worldwide T.V channels. The views from both the bedroom and lounge area are superb, there is access to the balcony from the living room and bedroom where you can to sit outside and enjoy the fantastic views of the rising sun in the morning over the Playa Los Locos beach. The apartment is fresh, and airy and has everything you would need to enjoy your holiday. There is a small outdoor pool for residents open during the high season. All thinkable amenities and services are within walking distance of this apartment; The murmur of the sea, the beach, numerous shops, the lively Torrevieja Friday market, the kilometers-long promenade, the church, the city theater, and of course more than 300 sunny days a year.

Appartement très lumineux !

Tres belle semaine dans cet appartement très bien situé avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Tres propre, calme, lumineux. On se sent comme à la maison! Helena est très accueillante et discrète. N hesitez pas !

The appartement is realy big for two persons and everything you could wish for is there.. And if you still have an issue, then Helena will do everything to help you.

Christmas in Torrevieja

Great property in a lovely location. Helena met us at the apartment and made us feel very welcome especially as we were delayed at the airport. Initial problem with the Wifi but was soon sorted. Highly recommended and we hope to return soon.

Beautifully appointed apartment

The property was beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was everything you needed and more. The view over the sea was wonderful. The owner Helena could not have been more helpful. She picked us up at the bus station when we arrived which we really appreciated and also offered to take us back.

Amazing sea view,modern apartment.

We have just come back from the apartment,& all ready considering going back in the near future. Clean,modern,& in a lovely position just at the beginning of the promenade.Helena was there to meet us , & gave us lots of useful information.We also arranged a return airport transfer through Helena which was also professional & certainly worth it. You have a choice of 2 beaches nearby.There are 2 chairs,& a sun umbrella,which saved us 15 euros a day!!!

Very bright clean and comfortable apartment

We stayed for 2 weeks commencing the 12th September and overall were very pleased with the apartment and had an enjoyable stay. Helena could not have been more helpful and professional, and from the initial booking always responded promptly. She also arranged airport transfers for us which were very efficient. The apartment was well furnished had a lovely shower, nearly new, appliances, large settee,very comfortable bed and a flat screen TV with a huge choice of English and worldwide channels. WiFi was very good. Air conditioning was available within the rental price although we didn’t need it. There was a nice private sea view balcony with comfortable chairs and an on site swimming pool and an attractive central inner courtyard. The apartment and building felt very secure and was a short walk to the main beaches and numerous restaurants and there was a large supermarket close by. The only negative issues was a drain like smell that sometimes appeared in the bathroom and we did sometimes lose the TV reception on some channels. The large open area adjacent the side of the apartment building has been cleared and fenced off and presumably will be developed in due course but pending this it is a bit of an eyesore. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property which in addition to everything you need has a very attentive and professional/ caring owner who we believe would always be prepared to assist if the need arose.

Very bright, modern well appointed apartment

Holiday from 20th to 30th August 2017 Helena's apartment is very modern and well appointed on the promenade, with air conditioning. It is ideal for a couple. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday enjoying good food in numerous quality restaurants. We also enjoyed the ambiance of the very Spanish family run local bars / restaurants on the side streets.

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea view

We had a fantastic week in Torrevieja. The apartment was fantastic. It was clean, well equipped and the thoughtful extras were great. Beach towels, chairs for the beach, hand soap, etc. Helena was very friendly and helpful. She even arranged transport from and to the airport with the equally friendly Pierre. We visited several restaurants our favourites being Murphs, El Sabor and La Boca. There were plenty to choose from. We recommend a walk down to the marina and open market. Lots to see and do. The supermarket is very handy it's literally around the corner from the apartment and it's well stocked and sells some good, local wines at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend the apartment and the area and would definitely go back. Thanks again Helena 😊

Apartment was really nice and bright. In a good position at the quieter end of the promenade

Overall we found torrievieja a bit quiet. Used to seeing an artist in the evenings when on holiday. Lovely promenade and beaches though and if you are happy just to go into a restaurant for a quiet meal and a chat it is ideal. That said we enjoyed the break. Weather was kind to us and apartment was very comfortable.
