This cottage is in a perfect location, couple of minutes walk to the harbour and the multitude of eating places and shops that Whitstable has to offer. Nice patio and south facing garden which, due to the inclement weather, we did not get to use. We found the sofas rather uncomfortable and the double bedroom quite uninspiring and bland but the kitchen diner was really lovely. Our first time in Whitstable and we loved the town and the people.
This is a lovely cottage in a great location close to the harbour & High Street. We particularly liked the kitchen/diner with bifolds to the garden & had most of our meals on the patio..We brought our bikes and were able to explore the Kent coastal trail which starts directly from the harbour.Nick was very welcoming when we arrived. We really recommend this as a place to stay.!
Nice comfortable house with most things you'll need in a central location. Good communications with the owner.
Finding a parking spot can be difficult as on-road parking
We had an enjoyable 3 night stay in this very centrally placed cottage. It had everything we needed, a fully functioning kitchen, great shower, towels etc. The garden was a real plus, and it was lovely to sit out in the peace and quiet listening to the birds! Would really recommend this rental.
Great cottage. We really enjoyed our stay.
It is very close to the harbour and the beach. And also to the stores and pubs.
The house has a large kitchen with a lot of daylight. We also liked the garden were we could have a drink in the evening sun.
The kids were happy with the wifi!

Really comfortable, really lovely, great location!
We stay here for a wedding in Whitstable with our nearly 3 year old and nearly 1 year old. Lots of space for them to play and lots of things for them to do. Kitchen is great and high spec, wish the weather had been warm enough to make use of the outside space! Bedrooms were all really good with comfortable beds and lots of space. Bathroom is excellent, and very handy having a downstairs toilet. We managed to park pretty much outside the property and in the 2 days we were there didn't move the car as the location is so great for the town. All the items you need for young kids, high chair, travel cot etc. If you are going to stay in Whitstable with a young family this would be an ideal location! Thanks Nick and Sarah for a lovely stay.

Absolutely lovely!!
Chloe Cottage was fabulous. Nick met us at the cottage, showed us the ropes and was so nice. The cottage is fabulous, roomy and close to absolutely everything. It was perfect. A lovely little yard which my gransdon had a ball in running back and forth and it was lovely to sit out in the early morning and have a coffee. Centrally located it was perfect for walking anywhere in town. I truly hope to go back again for a stay at Chloe. Thank you so much Nick and Sarah!

About the host
Hosted by Nick and Sarah
Hi, we are Nick and Sarah. We spent 18 months refurbishing this cottage and named it after our daughter Chloe. We love Whitstable and come here a lot ourselves. We live about 30 minutes drive away and are always available should you need to discuss anything with us.
Why they chose this property
Chloe cottage is like a tardis. Thanks to its recent extension to the rear it boasts lots of space and with 3 seperate bedrooms there is room for families or friends to spend quality time together. The back garden is the perfect suntrap for spending relaxing times together and the bi-fold doors from the kitchen/diner give the added bonus of bringing the outside into the house. Close to the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants, you are hard pushed to find a better location than this!
What makes this property unique
Chloe cottage offers lots of space. Sleeping up to 6 people there is more than enough room downstairs for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together and the recent refurbishment means everything is new and modern.
