Charming house with a beautiful sea view in a small quiet valley nestled 6 km from the center of Bonifacio close to the beaches of Pertusato, Sperone, Cala Longa.
The house of 80 m2 fully equipped includes 2 bedrooms, one with a small mezzanine for a child, a shower room, a lounge / dining room / kitchen opening onto the sea view with a large terrace. A small hammock area awaits you under the oaks for a nap. A hiking trail through beautiful beaches is within walking distance from the house with breathtaking views.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison pensée avec goût; tout l’équipement y est et la literie excellente. Les terrasses avec vue sur le maquis et les îles Lavezzi sont fort agréables. Le parking ombragé pour la voiture est bienvenu. On a passé une semaine excellente dans la maison de Jean Marie. On a profité de la belle maison (très propre, équipée de tout dont on pourrait avoir besoin) et surtout des terrasses avec vue fantastique aux alentours jusqu’aux îles Lavezzi. On a visité plein de plages fantastiques dans la région (Cala Sciumara, Grand Spérone, Cala Lunga, Rondinara, Tunnara, Pertusato, Maora) - toutes accessibles à 10-25 minutes en voiture depuis la maison. On y reviendra!

La maison correspond tout à fait à la description.Elle est très bien équipée, lumineuse et le plus cette terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les Lavezzi !!! Idéal pour se reposer, c'est très calme et très bien situé. Très proche du centre de Bonifacio et de nombreuses ballades

Un vrai paradis à Bonifacio, avec vue sur les îles Lavezi !
Nous avons été séduits par la vue depuis la grande terrasse et par cette belle maison très bien située et très bien équipée. De nombreuses plages à proximité ainsi que la belle ville de Bonifacio. Ne pas hésiter à écouter les bons conseils du propriétaire pour les visites et la restauration ! Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette charmante maison (et espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt) !

Ein wunderbarer Ort-absolute Ruhe und Stille, ein unglaublicher Blick aufs Meer, umgeben von Natur pur, mit allem eingerichtet, was man brauchen könnte und dazu noch sehr geschmackvoll. Die perfekte Umgebung, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, einfach nur zu schauen-aber auch mit wunderbaren Wandermöglichkeiten und Meerzugängen in der direkten Umgebung. Merci Jean Marie pour tout-c'est und lieu exceptionnel! On serait très heureux de revenir un jour!
