Logement tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très propre, et très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied. La rue est calme, la petite terrasse est très agréable pour prendre le petit dejeuner ou plus. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur souplesse pourl'accueil.l'accueil.

belle location

appartement petit mais très bien conçu et suffisant pour 2 personnes très propre et très bien décoré agréable petite terrasse près de la mer et de tous commerces appartement où l'on se sent bien relativement au calme ne pas hésiter à le louer.

Très bon studio bien équipé, petite terrasse bien tranquille. En centre ville, tout se fait à pied. Très facile pour se déplacer au alentour avec le bus (la gare se trouve à 5 minutes à pied).

A relatively spacious studio apartment with an outdoor terrace where we had breakfast every morning. ( three boulangeries a few minutes away). Central location but feels quiet and peaceful.

Ideal for a week

Location was ideal, very central and close to train and bus. Apartment was very clean and was supplied with everything you could need. No view from the patio, but private. Not luxurious but perfectly adequate.

Great stay at Menton

Very nice place to stay a week. Near everything (center of town, beach, train station). In a calm road. Airco was very appreciated. Well equipped. We loved it.

Perfect for our stay

We stayed in Menton for the Easter weekend. The apartment was perfectly located for our needs being very close to the station. It was though difficult to find as the address is not on Google maps and we had not received any check in information from the owner other than she would leave the apartment open and the keys inside if she was not there when we arrived. The apartment was clean and well prepared for our visit. We managed to park in the street but it was very busy and on a different day it may not have been possible.

Our last stop in the French Riviera

The location couldn't have been more convenient. Close to the train, close to the beach, the restaurants, Old Town and even Italy! Owners were easy to be found when we checked in to a neat, clean and comfortable place to stay!

Charming apartment

Cosy studio wirh a small yard in a secluded alley in the middle of Menton. Perfect for our family of two adults and two children. The studio is close to every thing we needed: bakeries, the beach and the the trainstation. The owners live nextdoor and are very kind and helpful. We can certainly recommend this apartment and will hopefully return one day.

Bello e confortevole

L'appartamento è molto carino, ha tutto quello che serve. E' vicino al centro e al mare. L'unica cosa è che se siete italiani e amanti della tv, i canali italiani non si vedono.

SEMAINE MAGNIFIQUE

nous avons passé une superbe semaine ,nous étions 3 copines ,pas de voiture,sommes venues en train et aucun problème pour nous déplacer la Gare à 5 mn à pied ,avons pris le bus qui est aussi à 5 mn pour toutes déstinations Nice,Monaco, et autres .Pour le pain vous traversez la route et vous avez 2 boulangeries,le boucher à coté,pizzeria à coté bref tout à porté de main Le centre un vrai plaisir et à 10 mn à pied ,la plage 5 mn . Les propriétaires ? hyper simpats,dispo,charmant ++++++ L'appartement très très bien conforme aux photos ++++++ Bref on reviendra car c'était trop court . Merci++++ Nadine

Studio très bien situé

Le studio est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Refait à neuf, il est très bien situé et tout peut se faire à pied. Les gares routière et SNCF sont à 2/300m. Le studio est bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Le prix est évidemment plus accessible en dehors des vacances scolaires. Ayant de plus été gâtés par une météo d'été en octobre, nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse et nous recommandons cette location très agréable. Bon à savoir: Si vous venez de l'aéroport de Nice, évitez la navette Bus vers Menton à 20€ et préférez le Bus 98 vers Nice, puis le Bus 100 à 1€..

TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio très fonctionnel et bien joliment décoré. Tout était conforme au descriptif. La situation dans le centre de cette location permet de tout faire à pieds.Nous recommandons ce studio à toute personne à la recherche d'une bonne adresse.
