Located off of Scenic Gulf Drive, Maravilla 1214's beach access is just a short trip across Highway 98 where you'll be able to relax at the community's private beach. Maravilla is a family favorite with a two-acre private beach and plenty of green space for the kids in this gated community. You'll thoroughly enjoy the resort amenities, like the community pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, and much more. Great location for family

The location is great! Right across the street from the ocean, 5 minute walk tops. Heated pool, hot tub, corn hole, pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball hoop and pavillion all in a central location. There is also a big yard for other yard games. Lots to do when you need a break from the beach.

Wonderful room and stay

Fun Fall Break '24

Unfortunately, our stay was cut shirt by almost two days due to hurricane Helene. Up to that point, it was a great trip. This is probably our families 9th time staying at a Marra villa unit, and we have no reasons to complain about this unit.

Excellent stay!

The property was immaculate & easy to check in/out. The little starter packets of kitchen & bath products was an extra nice touch! I’ve stayed in MANY rentals and I don’t think I’ve ever seen that. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves, individually or together. We especially enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee. It was a pretty short walk to the private beach, and although the property came with 2 beach chairs, the beach included a paid service with chairs & umbrellas, if you prefer not to carry your own stuff. The pool out front was nice too. Would definitely stay here again & with this rental company if we come back to this area!

Second time staying here and it was great. Great location, clean, and wonderful customer service. Had a couple of minor issues but customer service contacted us quickly to fix the issues. OveraLL it was GREAT!

Nice place

The unit is located on the second floor at the very end which is great because no one walks by. There is an outside balcony overlooking a nearby neighborhood and that was a pleasant place to sit and eat. The unit is a little dated but was fine for our stay. You can hear noise from the unit above, it must have tile floors but for the most part that didn't bother us. There are no provisions in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper, so remember to bring your own. There are two pools in the complex, the one in the back also has a hot tub which was just lovely. Good location with ample parking. Overall a nice stay.

Family Getaway

This condo had a great location to the beach and beach chairs and an umbrella, which was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and the unit was very clean. The only downside was the fitness room was disappointing, we had a couple of runners who were hoping to run on the treadmills and the fitness room was hot and muggy and the treadmills were not working properly so they were unable to do that. Overall, great trip and we were happy with the condo and the smooth process to check in and out.

Great place!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very nice. Great location! The only issue was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and contacting the main office, it took a little while to receive a call back. No major issues though and We will definitely be back!

July 4th Vacation

Every thing was clean and had no issues with property. I did think I was going to be on the beach end of condos but being on the end was a plus even if it wasn’t the beach end. You are fairly close to some grills, a pool and the fitness center. But don’t get there early and expect to maybe get in before the 4 pm check in time because you can’t in until you get the text your room is ready and get gate codes. Would recommend for sure.

Condo was very clean and inviting. Location is great; very close to everything.; private beach is just across the street. It had everything needed just as advertised. We had one issue with the washing machine being so dirty that the clothes came out covered in lint and dirt. The host did offer to schedule a service call to clean it. We would stay here again. Loved it!

Disappointing...

Pros : Very short walk to the private beach access and pool. Supplied with enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish and bathroom soaps, and towels to last the week. Cons: ROACH(es?) spotted in kitchen coming out from under the stove on a handful of occasions!!! Sand all over hard floor surfaces upon arrival (yes I'm aware it's a beach condo but a quick sweep could have cleaned this up between guests). Hair, dried food, and the nosepiece of eyeglasses in bedding of bottom bunk upon arrival. (I emailed Compass Resorts and they sent someone first thing the next morning to change bedding.) Bottom bunk supports broken. Ceilings rotting through from wager damage in both bathrooms. Walls paper thin, we could hear conversations of guests above and below us and it sounded like elephants when people walked above. We had to call on two occasions for new door codes because the codes randomly stopped working.
