This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will meet all your vacation needs! Located off of Scenic Gulf Drive, Maravilla 1214's beach access is just a short trip across Highway 98 where you'll be able to relax at the community's private beach. Maravilla is a family favorite with a two-acre private beach and plenty of green space for the kids in this gated community. You'll thoroughly enjoy the resort amenities, like the community pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, and much more. Nice place

The unit is located on the second floor at the very end which is great because no one walks by. There is an outside balcony overlooking a nearby neighborhood and that was a pleasant place to sit and eat. The unit is a little dated but was fine for our stay. You can hear noise from the unit above, it must have tile floors but for the most part that didn't bother us. There are no provisions in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper, so remember to bring your own. There are two pools in the complex, the one in the back also has a hot tub which was just lovely. Good location with ample parking. Overall a nice stay.

Family Getaway

This condo had a great location to the beach and beach chairs and an umbrella, which was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and the unit was very clean. The only downside was the fitness room was disappointing, we had a couple of runners who were hoping to run on the treadmills and the fitness room was hot and muggy and the treadmills were not working properly so they were unable to do that. Overall, great trip and we were happy with the condo and the smooth process to check in and out.

Great place!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very nice. Great location! The only issue was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and contacting the main office, it took a little while to receive a call back. No major issues though and We will definitely be back!

July 4th Vacation

Every thing was clean and had no issues with property. I did think I was going to be on the beach end of condos but being on the end was a plus even if it wasn’t the beach end. You are fairly close to some grills, a pool and the fitness center. But don’t get there early and expect to maybe get in before the 4 pm check in time because you can’t in until you get the text your room is ready and get gate codes. Would recommend for sure.

Lovely condo great location; close to beach and dining

Condo was very clean and inviting. Location is great; very close to everything.; private beach is just across the street. It had everything needed just as advertised. We had one issue with the washing machine being so dirty that the clothes came out covered in lint and dirt. The host did offer to schedule a service call to clean it. We would stay here again. Loved it!

Disappointing...

Pros : Very short walk to the private beach access and pool. Supplied with enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish and bathroom soaps, and towels to last the week. Cons: ROACH(es?) spotted in kitchen coming out from under the stove on a handful of occasions!!! Sand all over hard floor surfaces upon arrival (yes I'm aware it's a beach condo but a quick sweep could have cleaned this up between guests). Hair, dried food, and the nosepiece of eyeglasses in bedding of bottom bunk upon arrival. (I emailed Compass Resorts and they sent someone first thing the next morning to change bedding.) Bottom bunk supports broken. Ceilings rotting through from wager damage in both bathrooms. Walls paper thin, we could hear conversations of guests above and below us and it sounded like elephants when people walked above. We had to call on two occasions for new door codes because the codes randomly stopped working.

Really clean condo, it was within walking distance to the beach. Offered two pools one heated and one non heated. Comfortable beds. Close to Destin and plenty of shopping and dining options. What I didn't like was the outlets are loose in the rooms, the lights flickered a lot during our stay but other then that was nice and would return

Spring break 2022

Great location across the street from the beach. Most everything was great with the condo except for the following: ceiling discoloration in main bath, the door for master bedroom access to the balcony was extremely hard to open, bottom bunk had a broken piece of wood holding it which was fine, but squeaked a lot with each movement. There was a coffee pot but no filters so we bought some and left the remaining for the next guest. Overall though the condo was great and met our needs. We didn’t have any issues with it. Very short 5-7 minute walk from door to beach, which was wonderful.

Good times at Marivella

We totally enjoy coming here to this resort complex , close to everything and meet new people in the pickleball courts and doing water aerobics too. My issues was with having no closet doors for three weeks , they needed to be cut down to close properly because the new carpet was a tight fit for the doors to open. The manager responsed but it took three weeks to get the doors back . I love going to the gym everyday too, if possible the carpet in there could be replaced., just a suggestion. See you next year 😊

Great location

Everything about the unit and location was wonderful EXCEPT the king bed. It’s completely broken and you spend all night trying not to roll into the middle. I couldn’t recommend this place without knowing that bed was replaced. Everything else was perfect.
