In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 1204 has everything you need to enjoy a truly fantastic Destin vacation!

West 1204 offers a seaside feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry room is located near the kitchen and features a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Outside this guest bedroom is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed and flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have a small balcony that overlooks the landscaped resort grounds and the greater Destin area.

We come to Destin every year and this was the best place we have ever stayed! Condo was roomy and so nice!! We had 6 guests and everyone had plenty of room! Definitely will be back hopefully next year!

The unit was even better in person, very clean and well equipped. The beach service was very easy to use and the overall property was very nice. You can’t walk to restaurants but there are so many options within a short drive. Overall excellent experience, we’d stay again!

Wonderful vacation!!

We would love to book this place again for next year. Nothing short of amazing! The place was quiet, well kept, and pleasant all around. The condo itself is beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots pans, even a pan to bake a cake for my toddlers bday, and a pot to boil shrimp, etc…with a priceless view! 3 bathrooms was a plus too! Destins views & water never disappoints!

Loved this resort and in particular the unit in which we stayed. The only issue we had with the unit was trying to figure out how to work the various television remotes. Instructions would have been helpful. But overall, we loved, loved, loved our stay and will definitely visit again. Thanks!

I absolutely loved this property. The process from beginning to end was fantastic. I love the location and the unit we stayed in was stellar. I wanted to give this property 5 stars, but the internet connection was not good at all. I think that can be remind installing internet signal boosters. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. I will be back.

Nearly Perfect

Location perfect, or issue with condominium was the fact that all the walls were very thin. So you heard EVERY door shut, chair move, drawer closed. For someone going to relax this is quite intrusive and we traveled in non peak season. Otherwise this was pretty perfect and would use again!

Fabulous Oceanfront Unit

Excellent unit, clean, great location. Management responded quickly if we had issues. The downside is when there is noise from a unit managed by a different owner, as the onsite management cannot do much. We had very noisy upstairs neighbors and had to live it as a different owner/company handled that unit. Otherwise would highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful fall break

We stayed for a week at fall break, and had a fantastic time. The communication and instruction from the property management company was easy to follow before and throughout our stay. The unit is exactly as pictured, and well-stocked and decorated. Everything is comfortable and in great condition. Our favorite part was the balcony - we ate meals out there, and sat in the loungers watching the waves. The beach service was easy to use and much appreciated. We loved the property and can't wait to return. The parking spot was close to the elevator and the wait for the elevator was never long. There were many restaurants within 10 drives - not too much to walk to. The main road is pretty busy and not too pedestrian friendly.

Bad Start--Great Property

Arriving after hours on a Saturday night was frustrating. The problem was a lack of communication about how to get into the property. Lots of info on how to get the Key Fob. Nothing after that. The front door doesn't work with the Fob that late. We finally tried a side door and Bingo. Calls to the after hour# was a machine and useless text. After a long day of traveling, it was a bad start. Everything about the property was fantastic though. Thanks for a great time.

Perfect Property!

This property was perfect! The condo was clean, well maintained, has a great layout, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The laundry room near the entry was the perfect place to drop our sandy clothes and items when coming in from the beach. Amazing view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have a pretty view to the north. There are 3 full bathrooms, with 2 of them being en suite. The master bedroom has a nice sized walk in closet, and a really comfortable bed. We wondered if there would be any beach toys or other beach items to use, but there weren’t any. Property is close to everything you would need. Walkable distance to The Back Porch. Across the street from the condo, we had great ice cream at Shake’s Frozen Custard, excellent pizza at Merlin’s Pizza, and a good breakfast from Big Red Cafe (we ordered to go and ate on the balcony). The property is nice and grounds well kept. There is a nice grilling area near each tower. Even over Memorial Day weekend the pools were never very busy. One is heated. Our only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was so slow it was hardly usable. The two free chairs and umbrella for the beach was so nice! I recommend waking up at midnight when beach chair reservations open if you want front row. I reserved ours at 12:45am and we were towards the end of the front row! The beach is amazing - powdery white sand and clear shallow water. We loved this place and will be back!

Christmas Vacation

The condo was extremely nice and well kept. Pictures really don’t do it justice. The balcony view was amazing and you could throw a rock and hit the ocean with it. I’d 10/10 recommend it and will definitely rebook if I ever go back to Destin.

Very Clean unit

We have stayed at SBT via Compass Resorts many times. This unit was the cleanest ever. We loved the view from the balcony. We had everything we needed. Only negatives we had was slow to get hot water at any faucet and the dryer vent might be clogged as it took forever for anything to dry.
