Schöne gegegend aber wenig zu sehen, leider ging der whirlpool nicht ansatzweise so wie er sollte. Die küchenaudtattubg reicvt nichtmal für 8 personen(waren 10) das eisfach des kühlschrank funktioniert nur nedingt und das tor mussten wir manuell mit einer kette verschließen.

2 lovely weeks
Nous avons bien profité de la maison, des alentours. C’est une très belle région. Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est sympathique et serviable. Un immense merci.

Vacances en Toscane
Un très bon séjour à Grosseto. Nous avons louer cette villa pour 12 jours à 11 personnes. Bel endroit au calme, au milieu des champs et de oliviers. Une piscine et un spa, le luxe. Des propriétaires très gentils, facilement joignable, à l'écoute des besoins des vacanciers et très arrangeant avec les horaires d'arrivées et de départ. Nous en gardons de beaux souvenirs ! Seul bémol, il faut la voiture pour le moindre déplacement.

Schönes Haus und gute Lage
Objektbeschreibung war ungenau. 4 Schlafzimmer nicht 5. Personal wohnt mit auf dem Gelände. Fahrräder stehen keine zur Verfügung. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Whirl- und Swimmingpool sind super. Duschen stehen reichlich zur Verfügung. Hühner fliegen manchmal aus dem Gehege und verursachen leider Dreck. Ansonsten schöne Lage und sehr geeignet zur Erholung. Bei Problemen stand nach spätestens 10 Minuten Hilfe zur Verfügung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß, modern und richtig schön. Was man der Beschreibung nicht direkt entnehmen kann ist, dass man einen Hühnerstall direkt neben dem Haus hat. Es kommt einmal täglich ein Gärtner vorbei, der nach den Hühnern schaut, wenn man freundlich fragt bekommt man evtl auch mal ein paar frische Eier. In der oberen Wohnung gibt es eine große Küche (im Wohnzimmer) ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten und ein Bad für die beiden Schlafzimmer. Highlights sind die bunt beleuchtete geräumige Dusche und die Outdoorküche mit riesigem Grill. Man kann die Zimmer (die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad mit einer Tür vom Wohnzimmer/ Küche trennen. in der Unteren Wohnung gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad, und ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett mit einem zweiten Badezimmer das auch vom Flur erreichbar ist. Bei uns hat noch jemand auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Der Pool ist ein Whirlpool, bei uns tat die Heizung leider nicht und nur 3 von 5 Düsen, aber das hat uns auch nicht gestört. das Wasser hatte trotzdem wie die Luft meist über 30 °C. Der Hausverwalter meinte direkt dass er danach schaut als wir es ihm beim Checkout gesagt haben.

Schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus mit Garten
Sehr zuverlässige und pünktliche Vermieter/Verwalter. Äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Anregungen wurde umgehend gehandelt. 2 unabhängige Wohnungen in einem Haus mit grossem Garten, Hühnern und kleinem Pool. Für uns als 2 Familien mit Kindern war das perfekt. Beide Wohnungen mit Klimaanlage, Küche, Bädern etc ausgestattet. Ein tolles Haus für Leute, die die Ruhe schätzen und eine Autofahrt zum Strand gerne auf sich nehmen.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen und befindet sich auf einem schönen und gepflegten Grundstück. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist schön und gut nutzbar mit schöner Terrasse und tollem Ausblick. Die zweite Wohneinheit ist komplett abgetrennt und nur von außen zugänglich. Sie befindet sich im Untergeschoss und ist ohne Tageslicht in den meisten Räumen und ebenfalls ohne Klimaanlage.

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch nahe an Grosseto. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch die frühe Abreise am Sonntag war kein kein Problem für den Check-Out. Ich würde das Objekt jedem weiterempfehlen.

Cosa vuoi di più? Vista colline toscane, un’amaca tra i due ulivi, piscina e barbecue
Siamo stati ospiti della struttura, cercata per passare un weekend lungo con amici immersi nella tranquillità, nella musica e nel divertimento. Che dire i due appartamenti sono nuovi, puliti e moderni immersi nelle colline di grosseto. Barbercue e piscina idromassaggio (riscaldabile per la sera), un’amaca appesa tra due ulivi insomma non penso ci sia bisogno d’altro. Soprattutto con un cielo stellato sopra la testa e della buona musica. Il mare è a qualche km. La proprietà è stata super reattiva a qualsiasi richiesta, anche a quelle non scontate, come un checkout nel tardo pomeriggio. Un grazie particolare a Carmine e Marco per la disponibilità. Il posto è consigliatissimo e organizzato per weekend o soggiorno lunghi, noi abbiamo lavorato in smart serenamente.

Ruhig und Idyllisch
Die Anfahrt war Dank Navi recht gut. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen zwischen den Olivenbäumen und man hat ein paar Bauern als Nachbarn. Es ist nur eine Fahrt von ca. 5min nach Grosseto. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es wurde auch während dem Aufenthalt immer wieder nach unserem Wohl gefragt. Es ist ausreichend Platz in den Wohnungen vorhanden, sind sehr modern eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es wäre allerdings schön gewesen, wenn Spülmittel, Lappen und Geschirrtücher da gewesen wären. Wir haben uns dann am nächsten Tag welche gekauft. Der Pool war sauber, die ersten zwei Tage noch etwas frisch, bis er sich aufgeheizt hat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, saßen gerne auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Olivenhain. Die Terrassenstühle könnte man noch mit Polstern ausstatten, damit es noch bequemer und gemütlicher wird. Und als echt tolles Andenken, konnte man beim Vermieter noch Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau erwerben. Wir würden die Unterkunft empfehlen und auch selbst gerne wieder kommen.
