A quiet residential apartment located in a private park with parking staff - on the first floor (a dozen steps) -with house with two independent levels: ground floor and first floor- a few minutes from the port , center and beach of Cassis.
The apartment is served by a decorated hallway closet with mirrored doors and storage; it also serves a room overlooking a small balcony and a bathroom and toilet.
The other end of the hallway opens to a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen overlooking a large terrace facing the sea and Dirty Cape A large awning provides protection from the sun if necessary.
The living room - good size -has a movable partition that allows if you want to separate the living area and the rest of the TV room ..
Kitchen equipment is very complete.

Bon plan à cassis

Appartement dans son jus … mais pas de surprise, c’est conforme à l’annonce. Très bien situé à moins de 10 min du centre de cassis et de la plage. Petit bémol, peu de réseau tel, embêtant si on a besoin de travailler. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour !

Schöne Aussicht reicht nicht

Mega Aussicht und super Lage der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, aber leider stark renovierungsbedürftig. Ratten laufen auf dem Balkon herum. Intensiver Geruch durch Rattenkot in den Blumenkästen am Balkon. Vermieterin reagiert sehr spät und antwortet nicht auf Fragen.

Location au calme, reposante et avec une vue terrible

Appartement idéalement situé à Cassis avec une vue imprenable et inlassable sur le Cap Canaille. La décoration générale est vieillissante mais propre et la chambre manque d'un emplacement pour ranger ses affaires, un simple meuble étagères ou l'accès à la commode ferait l'affaire. Contrairement à ce qui est dans le descriptif la machine à laver n'est pas séchante mais le balcon terrasse est amplement suffisant pour faire sécher son linge sur le tancarville présent et bonne surprise, il y a un lave-vaisselle. La vaisselle est un peu disparate, les couteaux de cuisine émoussés (comme dans beaucoup de locations) mais le plus gênant à été de trouver la majorité de cette vaisselle assez grasse et plus rarement sale avant même de l'avoir utilisée. Autres points : Nous avons parfois eu des relents provenant de la station d'épuration située en contre-bas mais surtout beaucoup de moustiques. Cela étant dit le bilan n'est pas noir bien au contraire. Nous avons passé 3 semaines magnifiques à profiter chaque matin et soir de cette très jolie vue au calme sur le Cap Canaille. La propriétaire ainsi que la "gérante" sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très au calme, proche du centre-ville / port, des nombreux commerces et restaurants (moins de 10 minutes) et aux pieds du GR 98-51 qui vous emmènera sur les hauteurs du Cap Canaille suivre la route des crêtes ou vers les magnifiques calanques de Cassis.

Appartement agréable ,bien situé avec une belle vues sur la mer. résidence calme avec parking pour stationnement très appréciable à Cassis. Manque une connexion wifi, dommage.

Si vous cherchez une vue, vous la trouverez dans cette location. Vue splendide sur le Cap Canaille.

Le mobilier est assez ancien et pas toujours en bon état (fauteuils individuels plus qu'usés et étagère dans la salle de bain très bancale, on ne peut rien y poser) les plus, residence fermée, deux places de parking, situation idéale à proximité de la plage, des commerces, restaurants.

Vue, superbe !!!

En plus de la vue magnifique qu'offre cet appartement, il est idéalement situé ; à 5mn à pieds d'une petite plage et 10 mn à pieds du centre ville, la voiture peut rester immobile durant la durée du séjour. La propriétaire, très agréable, restait facilement joignable par téléphone si besoin et la personne qui nous a accueillis a été charmante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Amazing View.

We had a wonderful week in early October. The view from the terrace is ever changing but always stunning. Good sized apartment in beautiful, well kept grounds, perfectly situated. 5 minutes from an ldylillic beach 5 minutes from the old port and centre ville and close to bus stop. Some fantastic bars and restaurants nestle around the harbour and of course the creeks and reserves are magnificent.

Fabulous location, fantastic view from balcony.

Lovely apartment with good facilities, comfortable bed (we missed the fact that bedding was not provided). Shops nearby as was kayak and boat hire. Centre of Cassis was easy walking distance, with the beautiful marina surrounded by restaurants and shops. For the more adventurous, we were within walking distance of the Calanques National Park. We did have difficulty identifying the apartment even though we drove straight there, as the address mentioned number 7 and there was no number outside the gates. Even some local residents could not help. However The lady who met us was very friendly and we soon settled in.
