CENTRAL A/C: Normally A/C is not needed in Vancouver. However, in the unlikely event of hitting a heat wave during your stay, please use the A/C (or heat) responsibly and turn off all when you leave the unit If you run the A/C 24/7, there is a good chance that it will freeze over and you'll be without A/C till we can get a technician in to resolve the situation. We'll do all possible to keep the central A/C in good working condition, but cannot help having technical failure, and no refunds will be offered in case of A/C failure during your stay.

The pricing for this listing is for 2 bedrooms in order to make the property affordable for smaller parties, which constitutes most of our guests.
The 3rd bedroom, which has a queen size bed normally remains locked and will be unlocked only upon special request with an unlocking charge. Please inquire about this charge if you need the 3rd bedroom.
Guest agrees that no more than the number of persons indicated at the time of the booking shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. No events or parties are allowed in the unit. Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the unit or the building, including the balcony!
