LOCATION: Welcome to Coal Harbor; the most sought after address in the city, right at the heart of downtown Vancouver, just steps from the SEA WALL, STANLEY PARK, ROBSON STREET, YALETOWN, GASTOWN and so much more.
GRANVILLE ISLAND, ENGLISH BAY, VANCOUVER AQUARIUM or CANADA PLACE (a national icon), CHINATOWN is only a short walk. The touristic Hop-on/Hop-off Bus Stop is only 2 blocks !

Very close to all major attractions, theaters, museums, markets, and accessible to any place of interest in the Greater Vancouver area via Skytrain; with a station only 2 blocks away from the building.
You will not need a car during your stay, but if you have one, then you can park it in your dedicated and COMPLIMENTARY PARKING STALL.

This 1200 SQ Penthouse on the 35th floor has floor-to-ceiling, wrap-around windows which take in AMAZING VIEWS of the Coal Harbor Marina, North Shore Mountains, & Burrard Inlet, as well as city vistas. You can watch the Sea Planes take off and land from your Living Room window and patio.
Stanley Park and the Convention Center are each only 10 minute walk from the building.

COMPLIMENTARY HIGH SPEED WI-FI, 2 TV’s (1 in Living Room, 1 in Master Bedroom), hardwood floors throughout, 3 bedrooms ; 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

CENTRAL A/C: Normally A/C is not needed in Vancouver. However, in the unlikely event of hitting a heat wave during your stay, please use the A/C (or heat) responsibly and turn off all when you leave the unit If you run the A/C 24/7, there is a good chance that it will freeze over and you'll be without A/C till we can get a technician in to resolve the situation. We'll do all possible to keep the central A/C in good working condition, but cannot help having technical failure, and no refunds will be offered in case of A/C failure during your stay.

The 3rd bedroom, which has a queen size bed normally remains locked and will be unlocked only upon special request with an unlocking charge. Please inquire about this charge if you need the 3rd bedroom.

Guest agrees that no more than the number of persons indicated at the time of the booking shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. No events or parties are allowed in the unit. Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the unit or the building, including the balcony!

Stunning views with great amenities
Fantastic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Vancouver. The apartment is exceptionally well set up and has everything you could possibly need We loved the views from the 35th floor over the city, the harbour and to the snow capped mountains. Watching the sea planes come and go was a highlight. It’s central location make it easy to access all of Vancouvers attractions. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Great place in the West End
Had a great four day work trip to Vancouver. Convenient location, a short walk to the convention centre, near restaurants, etc. The apartment was clean and well kept, with convenient key access.

Fabulous location/great place to stay
This VRBO is a beautiful, well appointed, and spotlessly clean condo on the 35th floor. The building is quiet and units are small but functional. This unit is well-decorated and has everything you could need. The location in Vancouver could not have been better. Not only did we have a view of the water by Coal Harbor but our condo was 5 minutes from the area with Stanley Park nearby. Also the location was ideally located with major restaurants and shopping available. Vancouver is an ideal walking city and our location allowed us to reach Gastown and Yaletown neighborhoods within easy walking distances. Later, when we had difficulty with the TV’s the manager was promptly attentive and took care of the problem immediately. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We we able to check in a little early which was a help since we had arrived by plane and had luggage to haul around. Check in was super easy and fast. Extremely clean and great neighborhood. Walked a lot of places. HopOn bus stop close by.

Amazing condo with water view
We stayed here for my birthday and had an amazing time. We had a car but we could walk to almost everything. Amazing restaurants near by. We drove to Stanley Park and up to Whisler Village one day and had a great time on the gondolas. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Vancouver holiday
Great unit in a vibrant, safe neighborhood. Balcony patio overlooking Vancouver Bay was addictive, especially the sea planes and night skyline. 1-3 blocks from many fine restaurants - especially liked Earl's Kitchen and Cactus Club. This unit seemed slightly smaller than anticipated but, in reality, had more than enough space for us (3 guests). Large floor- to- ceiling glass in all rooms let in plenty of daylight and great views of the skyline. Owners were ultra-responsive, condo rules were clear and accurate, property manager was awesome to work with. Would definitely stay again if we return to Vancouver.

Love the area, nice and quiet if you want, ten minutes walk to all the shops you need, close to the water, 24 hrs bakery and drug store close by, walking distance to Stanley park. View from balcony is so nice, just love it. Will try to find a place in the neighborhood to retire. : )

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The unit was very clean and comfortable, it had amazing views and quiet neighbors. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was one of the better units we have ever stayed in and we visit Vancouver every summer for a week.

Stayed here to celebrate a birthday weekend. The location and views are outstanding ... made our trip! We had plenty of room with parking so using our rental was easy. Close to great restaurants and easy to get to all of the major hotspots. Highly recommend.

Spectacular Views!
My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, well stocked with all essentials, centrally located, extremely close to all basic needs (wine store, grocery store and sky train all a block or two away) and super tidy! Incredible location, perfectly equipped!
This condo was 100% lovely. It was impeccably clean, just as it looks in photos, and was stocked with anything/everything you might need. It's walking distance to so many great things and it's a breeze to catch cabs if you need them. Host was also lovely. Highly recommend this spot!

Amazing views in a premium spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were spectacular! We were close enough to the water to watch the seaport activity- seaplanes taking off and landing. Great food and shopping was in walking distance. The parking spot for our rental car was a plus. Bakeries and coffee shops nearby, but the condo also had everything we needed to prepare food there. Very responsive to our questions! Would love to stay there again!

A stunning view from a beautiful home!
This property was everything the prior reviews said, and more! Gina was a warm and gracious host, the place was immaculate, comfortable and very well equipped (although we didn't see binoculars, which would have been great for watching the seaplanes!), and the location was terrific. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

The pictures don't do justice to this outstanding view! Even on a rainy day, the view was amazing! Wish we had brought binoculars - who knew that would have been good in a downtown area. The location was just perfect for us - could walk to many things - yet having the parking garage, we had the flexibility to go where we wanted too. Gina was a great host - communication was outstanding. Was like working with a friend in another town letting you stay at her place!!

Wonderful property, great location, extremely courteous host
Our family of 5 spent a week at the home, and we were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The property is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you may need. We were able to walk to almost all of the city attractions and mass transit hubs were very close by for other activities. Robson Street is just one block west and has scores of restaurants. The view is spectacular and the building is extremely quiet and safe. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a vacation rental in downtown Vancouver

Amazing penthouse!
We stayed here in early August for 5 nights. The views over the harbour are incomparable from the balcony and the sitting room and there are excellent city views from all the other windows. They are nearly all floor to ceiling as shown in the photographs. The apartment is extremely well equipped and we had everything we needed. It is comfortable , well laid out and on the top ( 35 th ) floor. It is situated in the West End area of the city and surrounded by shops ,cafes and restaurants. The Seawall is a 7 minute walk away and you can walk all the way round the perimeter of Stanley Park in about 3 hours. Vancouver is a very walkable city and most areas are within easy reach. We took a seaplane to Vancouver Island and the walk to the dock is about 8 minutes. Gina , the owner , is very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to be helpful and informative before we left the U.K. She was charming and helpful too when we arrived and gave us a very warm welcome. Vancouver was having a heat wave when we were there, but AC was available in the property. Usually , however, it is not needed. We would wholeheartedly recommend the property and the owner, Gina.

Fabulous
I booked this for my Mother and her sisters, all of whom were in their 70s and 80s. They loved it! The apartment was spotless and spacious; the views are better than the photos. The ladies especially enjoyed seeing so many dark windows in the Trump Hotel at night. The apartment is fully equipped, and the furnishings are high-end. When my mother got home she bought a new mattress to match the one she had here. The man who met us the keys showed us around the apartment and provided lots of advice on what to do. He was very affable. The location is ideal. There is an Urban Fare (an upscale grocery store with prepared foods) only half a block away. The Coal Harbour seawall is only a few blocks and Robson Street shopping one block away. I live in Vancouver part time and hope that I can rent Gina’s apartment again when I have large groups come visit. Thank you Gina!

When buying this property I had 2 main criteria above all:
1. Best LOCATION in downtown Vancouver where I could walk everywhere and be a part of this beautiful, vibrant city, any time of the day or night!
2. Have INCREDIBLE VIEWS to wake up to every morning and enjoy my coffee; as well as enjoying a drink in the evening while soaking in the twinkling city lights, North Shore Mountains, Stanley Park, Coal Harbour vistas, and the stars all at once.
I feel blessed to have found both in my place; I couldn't be happier here :)

What makes this property unique

Incredible views combined with the convenience of central location, bus stop right in front of the building, excellent restaurants and famous Robson Street shopping right out of the door, a walking score of 100 makes my place travelers' paradise.
