It is a very pleasant villa to live in and practical for spending a family vacation or resting and enjoying the magic of tropical landscapes.

At night your sleep is lulled by the song of the waves on the shore and in the morning you wake up facing the magnificent Diamond Bay. The white sand beach, located less than a minute away, will allow you to access it quickly and easily without a vehicle. Go down the small staircase ... And you have your feet in the sand.

The villa is composed of:

Here, we have thought of everything for your stay (coffee machine, tea, internet, small library, deckchairs, and a basket of local fruits for your arrival) so that you can feel at home, in an exotic setting.

The villa backs onto the Morne Larcher, better known as "The Reclining Woman", which can be climbed on foot.

At 5 minutes by car you reach viewpoints allowing you to enjoy the idyllic setting and a sumptuous view of the jewel that represents the "Diamond Rock" (which is in fact the imprint of the magmatic chamber of a volcano disappeared several millennia ago ...), today transformed into a nature reserve where thousands of birds come every year. You can observe them at the naturalist museum located in the village of Diamant.

A Perfect Honeymoon Getaway!
This was the most amazing place to stay for our honeymoon! The house is cute, clean, and just a few stairs from the beach. There are also two restaurants directly below the house that are both great! The view is wonderful to wake up to and the house stays cool with constant breeze off of the ocean. The location is great, you can drive up to the north east or down to the south west of the island easily and explore many beaches and towns. We loved experiencing Martinique and are so glad we stayed here! Thanks Sybille!!

Delightful 2/7 Stayed Jan 2023 Ron T & James S From the moment we arrived at this immaculate villa till the moment we knew we had to leave, Villa Butterfly was an ideal home away from home. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, and then some (we were thrilled there was a salad spinner). The veranda, overlooking the beach at La Diamant, was a perfect place to eat and simply hang out during the day and bask in the warmth and welcome of Martinique. It is conveniently located with shopping and other tourist sites not far from the villa. The beach below the house is never crowded; it’s as if you have your own private beach. The two restaurants below the house are a few steps away, and both offer delicious meals for lunch and dinner. We spent four weeks there this year, our second time at the villa, and didn’t want to leave. We’ll be spending five weeks there next year, and we can’t wait. Thank you Sybille!!!

une maison très agréable et remarquablement située
je recommande cette maison vraiment très confortable, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, et dans une petite crique proche du Diamant. Je n'ai pas vu un seul insecte rampant, ce qui est rare sous les tropiques, la propriétaire met à disposition de la lessive, des pastilles de lave vaisselle, de l'huile, tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour super sympa.

Maison tout a fait adaptée à deux couples (grands parents et parents) et deux enfants. La belle terrasse donne sur la mer que l'on rejoint pas un escalier. Villa bien située pour découvrir le sud de la Martinique. Accueil attentif. La garantie d'un bon séjour caraibe.

Très belle maison spacieuse avec tout le confort, la terrasse est magnifique et la vue sur la mer est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette belle villa très spacieuse où tout est prévu pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison (linge de maison serviettes de plage jeux glacière et j'en passe). L'hôte a su donner aux vacanciers l'impression d'être à son aise en lui apportant tout le confort nécessaire. Seul petit bémol selon nous et parce que nous voyageons avec des enfants : il faudrait des moustiquaires au moins sur les fenêtres des chambres😊 Je recommande sans hésitation.

Très bon séjour dans la villa. Très bien équipée. Propriétaire très sympathique ainsi que Rodolphe pour l accueil à la villa. Villa très bien située avec une vue magnifique, seul bémol les algues sur la plage de la villa mais il suffit de marcher 10 minutes pour la plage sans algues.

Accueil chaleureux de la part de Rodolphe Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La Martinique est un superbe pays, les gens sont adorables. La villa est magnifique et trés bien agencé rien ne manque, de la terrasse la vue est féerique, proche un marché local ou les produits sont très bons, on y trouvera aussi Raymond un vendeur de chichis trés sympathique, les plages aux alentours sont magiques. Je conseille fortement ce lieu.Noue reviendrons

Logement conforme à la description. Lever de soleil sur le balcon entre les 2 cocotiers de la plage. On descend les 25 marches du jardin et on se retrouve sur la plage d'ou l'on peut rejoindre la plage du diamant pour une marche de 3 kms sur la plage...

Tout a été parfait au niveau de l'hébergement, vraiment rien a redire tant au niveau de la propreté et des équipements. Plein de petites attentions et fait appréciable si on veut voyager léger, même les serviettes de plages sont fournies. Accès à la plage de l'anse caffard directement par le jardin et resto Ernest super sympa juste en dessous de la villa. Je recommande et j'y retournerai si je retourne à la Martinique !

Perfection in Diamant
Our third trip to Martinique, but the first for our children 13/11. Perfectly located property, a short set of steps down to the beach in Anse Cafard. One of the best beach restaurants in the island (New Cap) as your outdoor 'kitchen'. Couldn't recommend more highly. Merci Sybille!

Séjour enchanteur en famille
Merci à Rodolphe pour l'accueil, les conseils, le sourire,...et nous avoir trouvé une machine à laver un 15 aout:) La maison est très belle, très bien fournie, agréable avec une terrasse qui permet de petit déjeuner et diner à l'ombre et avec un vent agréable (et qui évite pas mal de moustiques). La clim est bienvenue. On est situés à quelques mètres de la plage avec de belles grosses vagues qui sont un vrai bonheur pour les enfants. Seul (petit) bémol; le bar de la plage qui a organisé un karaoké jusqu'à 4h30 du mat un vendredi et un concert live (mais pas génant celui là) la semaine d'après. Hormis ces 2 soirs, c'était ultra ultra calme, que ce soit autour de la maison ou sur la plage. Et cerise sur le gâteau, merci de nous avoir permis de rester tard suite à notre vol tardif. Donc à réserver sans aucune hésitation!!
