Nice corner unit with lots of room and all the comforts of home. It is located in downtown and walking distance to many local attractions as well as Americasmart, World Congress Center, Georgia Dome, Aquarium, Coke, CNN, and much more. Building lobby is recently updated, and has a 24hr doorman, and electronic security entrances throughout. Laundry facilities available in lower level as well. The unit has a large 1 Bedroom with queen size bed, and a separate queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

This was an awesome location! Wonderful views of the city and close to find restaurants and nightlife. Instructions we're very clear the property was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

I had extended business in downtown Atlanta and the location was excellent for that purpose. Paid at or below the rates of major downtown hotels for a condo instead of just a room. Well furnished and a nice place to be at the end of a long day. The owner of the property was very helpful. No complaints, I would stay again.

Don was always prompt to respond to my inquiries. Unit is a great size and is clean and comfortable. It could be even better with a few simple additions, such as providing a blender a measuring cup and measuring spoons in the kitchen, and some shelves in the bathroom would really be an asset as there’s no counter space. There’s a nice screened in balcony. This unit met my needs and I would stay here again.

Our stay at this property was great, we had everything we needed; kitchen, small patio, good size livingroom with tv. We had a good time. The unit needs a little upkeep but other than that we felt safe and welcomed.

Peach Bowl 2019
We stayed for the Peach Bowl. We were able to watch the parade from our balcony, all the festivities for the weekend were within walking distance or a cheap Uber. There were countless restaurants less then 5 min walk from the room and the facility was secure. Weather was a little warm for season and AC could have been a little colder, but other than that no complaints at all. I paid 1/2 per night what everyone around me did. Will use it again next time I come in!

Very happy I stayed here. I came for a conference at the World Conference Center. This was close enough for an easy walk to the conference center. The building felt safe and the apartment was lovely. Very happy I stayed here.

Convenient & comfortable
The front desk security were really friendly & helpful throughout our trip. The location was very convenient for getting to our trade show location with easy access to the Mart to get around to many great neighbourhoods outside on the downtown. The apartment was tidy & had everything we needed but could definitely use a deep clean into the corners & under beds etc. Overall, I would stay here again.

The bathroom was clean. I would updated the bedding for a fresh look. The comforter reminded me a felt like a old burlap sack. I'm just a HGTV neat freak type of gal. The owner was super nice and always answered when I called. The hallway leading to the condo had a mold type smell to me. I ate out so I didn't use the kitchen, only for coffee. You are definitely in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The air condition unit is very noisy if you're a light sleeper. The building door people were super nice. I felt secured.

Very pleasant stay
The property was clean and comfortable. Loading and unloading was easy with 2 designated spots behind the building. A parking lot next to the building is convenient and was $50.00 for the week. The front desk staff was very friendly. Overall a very easy process and more relaxing than a hotel. One quirky detail is that the refrigerator door opens backwards.

Terrific Downtown Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peachtree Towers. The location was perfect; we were able to walk to most of the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. Peachtree has plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The unit was sufficient for our needs but could use some updating/maintenance (i.e. bathroom walls, bedroom ceiling, doors to bedroom and living room did not close). The building could also use some maintenance; the smell in the hallway was very unpleasant! Parking was available behind the building and we saved by paying the weekly rate. Laundry facilities in the building were a bit challenging (located in the basement; only a few machines; had to purchase laundry card). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be very friendly and responsive to our needs. Also, the building staff were very friendly and helpful.

NO HELP FROM THE OWNER ONCE THERE
The apartment was in a good location, but indicated as it had parking included, and when we got there the parking was not included, the receptionist did not know anything, and the owner despite having left two contact phones and an email, never I answered neither my calls nor my messages nor my email asking how the parking worked. The apartment seemed seemingly clean but you could tell there had been dogs by the smell, and I found a dead tick on the carpet. which made me very angry because I have a 6 month old baby playing on the floor. Sorry but I do not recommend it.

Fantastic stay!
Loved staying here! The space was very comfortable. If I were to get specific on things that could be improved upon, I would say that the AC units could be cleaned and updated. The one in the bedroom didn't really produce a lot of cold air. Also, maybe a few more sets of dishes could be useful. I would have loved to see a recycling option in the building... these are just small things. The location and building staff were amazing! The host was very accommodating!

Great Location
Really great downtown location. Nice 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. Owners are great at communication. Door-people are exceptionally nice and helpful.
