This ground floor detached lodge is situated in Berrow near Ledbury and Malvern,and sleeps three people in two bedrooms.
Broad Down is a detached timber lodge situated on a small exclusive park in the village of Berrow. The lodge has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire, along with a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The lodge can sleep three people in two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite basin and WC and one single room. Outside at the front, there is an enclosed decked area with furniture and off road parking for two cars. Broad Down makes a wonderful base for visiting the Malvern Hills, the attractive towns of Cheltenham or Gloucester, or just exploring the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire and beyond into Herefordshire and the Cotswolds.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front decked area with furniture. One well-behaved small/medium sized dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced wildlife pond on the park, children to be supervised at all times.
