A beautiful detached barn conversion, located on the outskirts of Llanuwchllyn village, sleeping six people in three bedrooms.
Beudy Bach is a luxurious detached barn conversion, situated on the outskirts of Llanuwchllyn village and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The cottage has a king-size double bedroom with Juliet balcony, a ground floor king-size double and a ground floor twin. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. The property also benefits from a utility room and a games room. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, an enclosed patio with hot tub and furniture. Beudy Bach is a wonderful base for your relaxing holiday.
Amenities: Oil central heating upstairs with ground floor underfloor heating and woodburner. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, Blu-ray, DVD, soundbar, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for hot tub. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Due to the bedroom balcony children must be supervised at all times. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub. Note: No hen/stag parties, or similar groups. Note: Private river fishing (mainly trout) on owners land can be arranged with owner, free of charge if guests provide own rod licence. Check in time is 4pm. With a shop, petrol station and pub serving excellent food, the village is best known as the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway, offering a nine mile scenic journey along the lakeside. The town of Bala is close by and is renowned as a centre for water sports such as fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting. Within the town itself, visitors can enjoy a range of interesting shops, inns, restaurants and an historical town walk, whilst the Berwyn mountain range offers great walking, cycling and other outdoor activities within easy reach.
