10 Cutting Sage is a charming Ocracoke cottage offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and comfortably sleeps 6. This Saturday turn day property is a perfect retreat for nature lovers in the Oyster Creek area. Bring your furry family member to sit with you on the screened back porch or private dock and enjoy great canal and marsh views with spectacular sunsets. The dock is perfect for launching kayaks to explore the canals and sound side. The detached Boat House just off the dock provides additional space to spread out, play games, and enjoy the canal. This property does not provide linens or towels, please inquire about rental options.

*Height restrictions on boats: must have a collapsible canopy and be a flat-bottomed boat.
*1st pet free, $75 fee per each additional pet (2 Pets MAX).

Great setting to relax

The porch, the dock and the sunsets were incredible. The house had everything we needed and was so inviting. Parking is a challenge but we would return to this house definitely.
