About this property

This is a charming and cosy 2 floored old fisherman house (casa mata). All amenities are included, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, induction cook, spacious fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine with everything you need to prepare a nice dinner and breakfast - hand blender, orange juicer etc.), free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in both floors, washing machine, Smart TV and lcd tv, etc. The house has two floors and two bathrooms, the ground floor includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom; 1st floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The house can host up to 2 adults and a child. We strongly recommend a max of 2 adults and 1 child.

Très bon séjour

Bel appartement et propriétaire facile d’accès. Bien situé et près de tout. Un défaut, le matelas vraiment trop mou serait dû à être changé ainsi que les coussins du canapé. On le recommande!

Séjour merveilleux à Torremolinos !

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans la maison de Gregorio à Torremolinos. Gregorio a toujours été disponible et prêt à répondre à nos questions tout au long de notre séjour. La petite maison est magnifique. Elle est propre et très bien équipée. La chambre est confortables et la literie de qualité, assurant des nuits reposantes. La localisation est idéale, proche des plages, des transport en commun et des commerces. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, ce qui était très pratique. De plus, le quartier est calme. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Gregorio. Nous espérons y revenir lors de notre prochaine visite à Torremolinos. Merci Gregorio.

Great Base

Great little apartment , perfect for 2! it’s an ideal base, only a 5 min walk from the train station and town centre. The apartment is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The host was amazing, provided lots of helpful tips and communication was top notch! Would recommend and we would stay again!

Cozy house

NIice cozy house to stay, equipped with all comforts. In Calle Europa around the corner are several shops where everything is for sale and restaurants, it is a pleasant street where the locals also do their shopping. Within 7 minutes you are walking in the center and to the beach another 5 minutes, the boulevard is endless. Gregorio is a good host who welcomes you. If you are looking for a good price-quality ratio, this is the place to be.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Torremolinos. Tagsüber waren wir meist unterwegs - das Haus wäre auch zu klein um dort tagsüber viel Zeit zu verbringen. Mit dem kleinen Tisch und den Klappstühlen kann man sich super vors Haus setzen. die Nachbarn freuen sich immer über ein kleines Gespräch, geben Tipps und bieten ihre Hilfe an. Mit drei Erwachsenen hatten wir genug Platz - wir waren aber auch nicht viel zuhause. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Zum drinnen essen ist nur an der Theke Platz.

The cottage was as advertised

We had a good time. But found the spiral staircase a little to much for us. I would say it is probably more suitable for the younger guest's. We knew what we were renting.

Molto ben organizzato

Ho soggiornato a Torremolinos una settimana in questo appartamento che è esattamente come nelle foto: è piccolo ma possiede tutti i comfort necessari, il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. La casa trova in una zona poco fuori dal centro città ma comodamente raggiungibile a piedi, perciò lontano anche dai rumori dei locali: cosa che ho apprezzato molto! Tornerò volentieri :)

Vacances en Andalousie

Une petite maison très bien située dans un quartier à l'écart des animations touristiques Très bien équipé. La climatisation est vraiment appréciable en été dans cette région. Les voisins sont tous très accueillants. Un peu juste en vaisselle, et les détails de propreté (par exemple joints de douche) sont à améliorer. Le séjour à été très agréable et les échanges avec Gregorio très faciles et réactifs.

Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro, l'unica cosa negativa riguarda il divano letto situato al piano terra, terribile, sembrava di dormire sul sedile in legno di un vecchio treno.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Torremolinos. The house is everything you expect it to be. The check in was nice and easy, Miguel Angel was very helpful! It is on a very quiet small one way road, the neighbours are very nice. The position is in the heart of Torremolinos centre, the bus station 10 mins walk, train 5 mins. The main square and shopping area is 10 mins walk away. We walked to the beach most days, it took around 15 mins, we used the Camino de la playa, off of the danza invisible street. Very easy to find. The walk back is up the steps but there are lifts to use. Plenty of bars on the way back to sit and have a drink in! We loved the location and the house itself was perfect for us. It had all amenities that you could need. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked for all your needs. There are plenty of supermarkets around to use within short walking distances. We had a great time, if we are to return to Torremolinos we wouldn’t hesitate on staying here once again. Thank you Jess & Tom

Very nice small house near the center

Very lovely small house in the center but still quiet where we stayed for a week with 2 persons in january. Very quiet in and outside but not more than 300 meters from the center. Perfect location to explore the city and to see the other touristic points of Andalusia. Very nice home exactly as on the photos, with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine availible for the towels etc. Also some food stuffs in the kitchen! Because the wheather was very good we put the chairs in front of the house and enjoyed of it many times.

Cette maison vaut le detour

8 jours dans cette petite maison pleine de charme... A proximité tant du centre ville, des plages, des taxis et de tous les transports en commun. Torremolinos est une ville avec des habitants très charmants, généreux... Nous reviendrons c est certain. De plus, le voisinage est fort sympatique et le soleil honore ses rendez vous. Grand merci au propriétaire :) :)

Charmante maison et propriétaire très à l écoute, très réactif aux messages. La maison est idéalement située.. Centre ville, transports, plages, sites à touristes.. Le voisinage est fortement agréable. J y retournerais certainement. Séjour passé avec mes deux filles qui sont tombées moureuses des lieux tout comme moi :)

a nice wee place to stay for a few weeks or more.

Modern,clean, with good communication between owner. The location is good for town center,taxis,train,bus and the A7 motorway, the Beautiful La Cruihuela beach is a short taxi ride away, you could walk it but it would take you 20 mins and there is a very steep climb on the way back. The house had everything I needed and more, Ideal for a couple I would say. You can park very close to the house but it is not always possible.
