This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.


The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $10.00 amenities fee per condo.

Property was in a good location. Restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens not far. If you do not do stairs well let them know when you book. No elevators in buildings.

Grandchildren had a great time
Grandparents and 7 & 10 year old in 3-bedroom unit for 4 nights. Condo was clean, roomy and well-supplied. Kids had a great time, despite some amenities needing maintenance (e.g mini-golf; giant chess set). Convenient to all local attractions and restaurants. We had a great stay.

We had a great time in W'burg. The condo was perfect. It was clean, safe and had the basic cookware (although we didn't cook). I would stay there again....only 2 miles from Wburg. There are several parking areas around the historic area. We drove to a different parking area each day depending on our events for the day. Of course, you pay to park, but that's to be expected.

We were primarily interested in the history of Williamsburg. Yorktown, and Jamestown. The accommodation and amenities at the resort are wonderful. We enjoyed the indoor pool and arcade; it was raining so did not use outside activities. Will definitely recommend to friends

Overall GREAT place!
The place was great, clean and perfect location. I was really upset at check in how bad I was hounded about doing a timeshare presentation. They wouldn’t take no for an answer. I finally had to demand they give me my keys and walk away. Because of that I won’t go back but otherwise it was a great stay!

We rented both connecting units and was glad to have the space. Everything was as described. Minor problem with the coffee machine that the property managers fixed immediately after I texted them. Perfect for our trip and we'll be back!

Great Mini Trip
We booked a 3 bedroom unit for 4 nights. It was myself, my husband and our two kids(ages 4&6), along with my parents and older brother. It was the perfect amount of space for all of us and we were able to get all the privacy we needed considering we could completely close off half of the unit. Beds were surprisingly comfortable including the pull out sofas. Lots of great restaurants near by and even a few amazing public parks. The resort happened to tear down the park on the property while we were there unfortunately but we found other options. Everything is only a 3-5 minute drive away. Fabulous location and lots to do. Very impressed.

Amenities galore
We had a great stay at the property. We were two families with 3 kids, ages 9-14, and 4 adults. The property had so much to keep everyone busy while we had downtime at the resort. 3 pools (including an adult only pool which was glorious because the other pools did get very busy), hot tub, mini golf, arcades, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, the list goes on and on. It was a perfect stay and close to all activities we did off site. I’d say the pictures online need updated as the room we stayed in was completely updated and very nice. We would stay here again. Just a note to anyone with trouble with steps though, this was a 3rd floor room and no elevator. We did not have issue with this but some may. Property was very clean and well kept.

Lots of space, great location
This property is very close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Busch Gardens. There was lots of space for us to spread out, and it was great to have our own washer and dryer and kitchen space. The owners warned us in advance that the resort is a timeshare, and we appreciated having tips for avoiding the resort's sales pitch - we were somewhat successful in dodging their requests for our time (which we were not willing to give while on vacation)! The resort had great amenities, including an arcade and indoor pool. We had one rainy day during our vacation, and nobody minded having a little extra time to chill out and relax at the resort. I would stay here again in the future.
