Also in the plot of the house you will find a beautiful garden with swimming pool and auxiliary building with barbecue, bathroom, laundry room and sports court.

If you like mountain sports, hiking, trekking, cycling, housing is only 10 km from the beautiful Sierra de Carrascoy and Sierra Espuña, two natural places where you can enjoy outdoor flora and fauna of Murcia.
If you prefer the city to the mountain, the house is about 30 km from the city of Murcia, where you can stroll through the historic streets and enjoy its wonderful gastronomy and can go shopping in the streets or in one of its multiple shopping centers. Also, if you fancy come visit us at any of the festivities of the city and be cheerful spring festivals or on the wonderful Easter.
The ancient port city of Cartagena is only 65 km (45 mins by car). In this beautiful city you can enjoy visiting numerous Roman, such as an amphitheater ruins.
Archena spa with natural hot springs where you can relax and enjoy great massages is located only 40 km (30mins drive).
If you want to enjoy the beaches of our region it is just 25 km from the beaches of Mazarron and La Manga.
