Schönes Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter
Wir haben als Freundesgruppe zu viert für eine Woche das Ferienhaus gemietet. Die Zahlung sowie die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat super funktioniert. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und hat uns zusammen mit seinem Sohn nicht nur eingecheckt, sondern auch sehr viele und ausführliche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Region gegben. Das Haus war tatsächlich größer als gedacht mit einem wunderschönen Garten und großem Pool. Das Haus liegt nicht weit von dem Stadtkern von Lucca und wir haben auch Pisa, Florenz sowie Viareggio ohne Probleme erreicht.Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und haben uns mit dem Vermieter wirklich großartig verstanden.

Best Pool in Lucca
We spent a wonderful two weeks with our teenage kids and their friends. We didn't miss anything. The house and kitchen is well equipped. Andrea always makes that his garden is immaculate. We will gladly come again next year!

Fijn verblijf
Wij hebben twee weken verbleven in het vakantiehuis. De locatie is perfect om Toscane te ontdekken: Lucca, Pisa, Florence en de Toscaanse kust. Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen en het huis was super schoon. De tuin en het zwembad zijn heerlijk. Het interieur van het huis kan wel wat modernisering gebruiken, met name het bankstel en de bedden. De gastheer staat klaar om informatie te geven over de omgeving en is zeer behulpzaam.

Un séjour très agréable
Maison très agréable. Excellent contact avec le propriétaire, toujours disponible. Grande piscine, bien entretenue. Cadre champêtre, calme et isolé (voisinage mais pas bruyant). Pièces confortables et propres. Idéal pour 5 personnes. We had a relaxing and touristic stay. Very pleasant house. Excellent touch with the owner, always available for us. Geweldig huis
Beautiful house rural location but only 15 minutes by car to the centre of Lucca. The pool is big and is cleaned every other day. The kitchen is sober but well equipped. The house was very clean when we arrived. We had a very good time!

Great house for a relaxing vacation
We had a great trip as group of family and friends! Our lovely hosts made us feel welcome and took care of everything we needed. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you might need on vacation e.g. cooking, doing laundry but also plenty of sunloungers. The garden is beautiful and taken good care of. We really enjoyed the clean and very generous pool. As we travelled with a dog we were really happy about the fence that's surrounding the whole lot. All in all a great villa for vacation with friends and family whether you want to stay by the pool, go to the beach, go sightseeing or cycling.

Abbiamo soggiornato 15gg nella proprietà, la casa è bella e spaziosa, la piscina 6x12m è fantastica. Le camere permettono di avere privacy e i 2 bagni sono davvero comodi. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, dopo le forti piogge il gazebo è volato via dal forte vento e ha provveduto a comprarne uno nuovo. E' sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Traumhafter Toskana-Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr erholt. Das eingezäunte und großzügige Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und war ideal für unseren Hund und die Ruhe war ideal zum Abschalten. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Pool, der wirklich groß ist, so dass man richtig darin schwimmen kann. Er war sehr gepflegt und wurde laufend gereinigt. Das Wlan war sehr schnell (gerade für die Kids wichtig). Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und auch in Lucca ist man schnell. Besonders beeindruckend war, wie freundlich wir von unseren Gastgebern begrüßt und betreut wurden. Wir haben zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen und sie standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu Waldbränden in der Nähe. Gerade in diesen Tagen hat sich die Familie Vannucci sehr um uns gekümmert und uns informiert gehalten. Wir können das Haus und natürlich auch die Vermieter absolut und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Hervorragender Familienurlaub
Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, aber sehr idyllische mit dem ursprünglichen Toskanaflair. Es bietet sehr viel Platz für eine Familie mit einem sehr großen und gepflegten Pool und einer sehr schönen Gartenalage! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und hilfsbereit mit vielen lohnenswerten Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

VACANCES EN FAMILLE
Nous avons passé 1 semaine à LUCCA dans cette maison à 6 personnes. L'accueil par les prioritaires a été correct. Le descriptif de l'annonce n'est pas tout a fait complet. Car il n'y a pas de wifi comme annoncé sur le site par contre il n'y a pas non plus de réseau téléphonique, il faut faire 2km pour en avoir et cela n'est pas indiqué sur le site. Donc pas très pratique quand on est en vacances avec des adolescents qui passe beaucoup de temps sur leur téléphone et quand on doit recevoir des mails pour notre travail. Si cela avait été noté sur le descriptif, nous ne serions pas venu dans cette maison. Il manque aussi les photo des cabines de douche pas très grande (70x70cm) bizarre car les salles de bain sont assez grande. Par contre la piscine est très grande, ce qui permet de bien se baigner à 6 personnes en même temps. Les chambres sont assez grandes. Nous avons passé malgré tout de bonnes vacances. LUCCA est une très belle ville, très jolie à visiter le soir. Les plages de VECCHIANO se trouvent à 20 km, elles sont magnifiques et très grandes, on n'a pas l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Il y a que 2 plages privées donc beaucoup d'espace pour le public.

Maison nickel dans un cadre idyllique !
A quelques kilomètres de Lucques, une sympatique maison pour 10 personnes, idéales pour groupes d'amis ou famille avec piscine. Calme, propre. Les propriétaires ne parlent pas bien anglais, ce qui peut amener à des quiproquos. On recommande !

Mme Sebastiani et son fils sont très gentils. La maison est bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Lucca et ses environs sont propices à de nonbreuses visites.

Nice and quiet holiday home.
We stayed for one week as a group of five adults and four children. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was really comfy with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large pool was a hit with the children and adults alike. The garden was large and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Prachtig en verzorgde woning met een heerlijk zwembad en tuin
Wij waren met een gezelschap van 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen in dut prachtige huis voor een week en hebben het ontzettend fijn gehad. De huiseigenaar is allervriendelijkst en heeft ons wegwijs gemaakt in de prachtige omgeving. Het huis ziet er van buiten en binnen keurig onderhouden uit en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is een uitkomst voor de kinderen. De omgeving is fantastisch (mooie plaatsen als Lucca nabij en ook het strand is dichtbij en een stukje rijden in deze Toscaanse omgeving is geweldig). Enige nadeel was dat wij allen geen bereik hadden op onze telefoon en dus ook niet gebeld konden worden (ook niet konden internetten, iets wat de rust echt ten goede komt :-)). Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
