Playa bastion

Good location, nice spacious apartment, would definitely recommend. Be warned if you've a late flight theres nowhere to leave your cases while you wait to go to the airport.

Lovely apartment exactly as described. Pool area excellent and well looked after and plenty of sun loungers. Close to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you for an amazing chilled holiday in your apartment.

Love this place

Stayed in Playa Bastian many times and always love these apartments. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and quiet and very close to some nice bars and restaurants. Only a short walk to beach and main square and near to bus stops and taxi rank. Always very quiet at night. A great place to stay.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment on beautiful complex. Owner excellent communication despite our problems with repatriation due to Covid 19 restrictions. Paul went out of his way to help us and we are due to stay again later in the year fingers crossed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Thanks Paul.

Lovely secure apartment

Our first time in Lanzarote and this apartment helped us to have a fabulous time next to the pool and ten minutes from the beach five minutes from local shops and bars

Sorry to say we won't be back nice location handy for restaurant supermarkets beach but not very well maintained bedroom damp bathroom no window no extractor fan lounge seating so uncomfortable no welcome pack or information it's a shame it could be better with a bit more thought

Great place!

We just loved this place! Paul was very helpfull from the start, if we had any questions we could always contact him. The house itself was great. Very clean, it has everything you need (and even more!), the internet is very fast and works great. Best thing is the pool is only 5 meters away from the house and the beach just a 3 minute walk. The pool is also very clean and the garden just looks amazing! You can park your car near the house, supermarket and restaurants are in walking distance. We would definitly go back to Paul's place when we go to Lanzarote again, it's just a great place to stay!

Ideal location and very quiet.

All within 100m; beach, pool, parking lot, restaurants and the groceries store open until 10pm. 👍 Ground floor apartment with it’s orientation allow to enjoy sitting outside on the terrace, protected from the wind and the hard sun if noon time. In complement, parking lot right from the door. Don’t hesitate...

L'appartement était à la hauteur de nos espérances et extrêmement bien situé. La résidence est très bien placée, très calme, près de toutes commodités. La situation géographique est idéale, au centre de l’île et permet de graviter vers tous les points intéressants. L'appartement est super agréable, tout refait à neuf, bien équipé, bien orienté, face à la piscine ... Nous avons découvert cette île méconnue pour nous dans un confort très agréable. Perfect apartment and location

Myself and my partner stayed for 10 nights, it was the perfect apartment and location for our holiday. Apartment was very spacious, modern and with great facilities. Being on the ground floor meant it was easy access to the pool being only a few metres away. Pool area was calm and quiet with sun loungers always available. Local supermarket was just across the street with a selection of bars and cafes 2 min walk away. Beach just a 5 minute walk away and main town (Costa Teguise) 10-15 min walk away. We would happily stay here again, the apartment was just what we were looking for. Thank you Paul and family for a great stay and for all of your help and support leading up to our holiday.

Very enjoyable break

Lovely apartment in a good location, handy for good local restaurants and only 10-15 stroll into the main square in Costa Teguise. Both main pools were great and very quiet so we always got a sunbed. We would recommend this one bedroom apartment. Thank you Paul for a lovely stay.

Good location and very comfortable

Very comfortable apartment. Everything you need for a good holiday. Great shower and kitchen facilities . Comfortable bed and very spacious . One small suggestion for the bedroom is that a blind on the window would be good to prevent outside light shining into the room. Would definitely book this apartment again if going to Costa Tequise . The location if great if you want to use local buses or taxi and a good supermarket over the road.

This apartment was perfect in evey way for our holiday needs and in a great location.

We had an eleven day stay at this apartment, and wanted for nothing thanks to the owner 'Pauls' efforts to equip, furnish, and maintain it to a high standard as it is also his own holiday home. The location is perfect with a close local beach, on site pools and pool bar/ restaurant. The whole site is very well maintained. Most importantly, Paul, the owner is supportive in every way, and dealt with all our communications promptly, comprehensively, and in a personal and friendly manner. We loved our stay there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends or check its availability as a first choice in the future. Thank you Paul. Chris and Angie
