By train, take the Eurostar at St Pancras International station, the taxi ride will take 20 minutes to the property. Enjoy strolling through the neighbourhood to nearby Museum Row - home to the Natural History Museum, fabulous decorative arts collections at the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum and more. You'll be just moments from Fulham Road, famous for antique and home design shops, as well as trendy London shopping at Brompton Cross. Perfect Location

What a great flat/studio in the Chelsea/Kensington neighborhood! Just a short walk to either the South Kensington or Sloane Square tube stop so it was very easy to get all around London! There were a lot of great options for cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well! The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed! We felt very safe with the 24 hour concierge desk. They were also very helpful keeping our luggage and ordering taxis for us!

Best central London location

Building was well managed with 24 hour access. Short walk to Kings road or South Ken. Close to underground and local grocery for essentials. Room was well equipped and very clean. It was a little tight for 3 guests but worked fine for us.

Terrible property

Dilapidated, poorly maintained, no feeling of being welcome. Complained of bad odor in first room I stayed in and management said nothing was wrong until I found a child’s fist sized clump of mold growing in the bathroom. Second room they showed me looked like a hovel out a Dickens novel, the third room was acceptable though the couch cushions would fall into the underlying sofa bed and a light fixture fell out of the ceiling. All the beds I slept in were sagging in the middle. I have never written a bad review I generally give leeway for some shortcomings but this place was awful and depressing.

La propriété est bien située. Le service est ok. Par contre le confort des meubles (chaises .lit,divan) laisse a désirer. L’appartement est très petit nous nous attendions a plus grand.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here with our young teens. We enjoyed the stay and the staff was very helpful. No issues with the rooms or anything else. We ran into a delay getting our luggage so the included washing machine was invaluable. It was quite warm in the summer but the room was still comfortable enough.

Great location. Easy to walk to places and the Uber drivers generally knew of the Nell Gwen House. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Only issue was the lock on the door was a little tricky, but we eventually figured it out.

Renovated, Comfortable Studio

This was our second stay at Nell Gwynn House. The #412 studio was recently renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom with good shower (no tub) and nice furniture. Bed was comfortable. Daily cleaning service was efficient and of a good standard. Location of this unit in the building was particularly good. On the back and very quiet. Windows looked out on the surrounding neighbourhood rather than just across to other windows in the building. We would definitely stay there again.

The second apartment was very good.

Good afternoon, when we arrived we were told that the apartment was already ready, but when we went up, the bed was discarded, a bottle of wine and two dirty glasses on the table. We checked in at the reception and they were very friendly in solving the problem. They found out that the son of the apartment owner had been with a girl last night. On Saturday there were no staff to perform the lipieza and we were looking for another apartment in the same building. I am very grateful for the treatment received by the reception staff who solved the problem in a record time.

Centrally located! Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Room was nice and modern.

Enjoyed our stay. Would have liked to explore the neighborhood even more! Plan to bring extras, washing up liquid, laundry detergent, etc. ask for a room on a higher floor if bothered by street noise. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

We all love the location!

We love the apartment, management was great and quick to respond to my questions. we travel with our two young adult children of opposite sex, apartment was very small for us, my husband slept with our son in pullout coach and I with our daughter in master bedroom. Only there for three nights, we survived! Next time we'll rent a two bedrooms if we're traveling with our kids, otherwise a one bed is great for a couple. The building has 24 hour security and in a awesome walkable safe location. Can walk to the Center and Buckingham Palace if you don't mind a few miles. Starbucks across the street, pharmacy and small supermarket with great sandwiches, fruits and bottle water. Advice, if you're using the Safe follow the instructions, clear previous visitors code from safe. We couldn't open the safe and management came and open for us. (luckily we try the night before we were to leave. We loved the apartment and highly recommend it. Yolanda

Basically a residence hotel.

I might go back, I might not. I was surprised that this wasn't a building with flats owned by separate parties. The location is very good. The overall experience was pretty charm-free and while the staff, when they were there, was helpful, the TV never worked and we were only provided with two towels. Ultimately, not the cozy time we were looking for.

Bâtiment des années 30 rénové de façon inégale, dont l'isolation thermique qui est à perfectionner, d'où les chauffages d'appoint dans les pièces. Plomberie périmée : faire couler l'eau peut faire beaucoup beaucoup de bruit, les robinets sont des mélangeurs qui fuient parfois, la baignoire est en métal dont l'émail n'est plus présent partout. La vaisselle du petit déjeuner est faite chaque jour mais il est préférable de vérifier la propreté de chaque assiette et couvert. Enfin, dans un appartement pour 4, la plus grande casserole contient 2 litres seulement et il n'y a que éléments de chaque couvert, ce qui oblige à faire la vaisselle après chaque repas. Le ménage n'est pas fait depuis longtemps sous le canapé ni sous le tapis. Dommage !

Très belles prestations. Location très sécurisée avec concierge 24h/ 24h. Ménage quotidien avec enlèvement des poubelles. Chauffage et eau chaude en permanence. Quartier très sympa avec supérette en face.2 stations de métro à 10 mn à pieds. Aucun inconvénient pour retirer les clés car concierge présent. Aucune caution n'est demandée.Pas de perte de temps à la sortie car pas d'état des lieux. Bref comme à l'hôtel mais dans un appartement. Parfait!!

Ubicación buena, departamento todo nuevo, recepción 24 hs, muy seguro. Pero no todo me gusto.???????

Ante todo el departamento es igual al de las fotos, tenía todo nuevo, lavarropas, lavavajillas, microondas , tostadora, cocina, calefacción, todo. Llegamos si mal no recuerdo pasadas las cinco de la tarde en la recepción nos atendieron amablemente y en perfecto Español, nos dirigimos al departamento en donde nos acomodamos, como puse en el titulo provisto de todo y todo nuevo, con vista a la calle, puedo asegurar que mucho más cómodo y confortable que un hotel 4 estrellas para 4 personas a groso modo calculo que tendría unos 30 mts cuadrados con vista a la calle. La ubicación inmejorable a cuadras del centro de Chelsea un supermercado enfrente, cerca de varias paradas de bus, cerca de dos líneas de subte ,mejor imposible. El problema se suscito a la noche, el agua de la ducha salía hirviendo, no nos podíamos bañar y faltaba ropa de cama para el sofacama reclamamos en la recepción y en ese preciso momento me entero que le alquile el departamento a homelydays ????? y no a un propietario y que la recepción no tiene nada que ver con esos problemas ????? por lo cual me informan que homelydays tiene una oficina en el edificio pero solo atiende hasta las 18 hs , en definitiva por la ropa de cama tenía que esperar al otro día y por la ducha reclamar a la oficina........................ Nos tratamos de comunicar vía este sitio pero no me ofrecían solución hasta que mi señora cansada regreso a la recepción donde la atendió Cristian ,un genio,el cual muy amablemente nos soluciono temporalmente los dos problemas, sin tener ninguna obligación de hacerlo. Luego reclamamos por la ducha en la oficina y se presentaron para solucionarlo en 2 oportunidades. Todo transcurría de maravillas hasta la tarde anterior a dejar el departamento, me dirigí a la oficina de Homelyday comentándoles que realice 4 llamadas a cobro revertido por un problema con un cajero que me retuvo una tarjeta de crédito , me dijeron que lo sentían profundamente y me las facturaron más de 90 libras un promedio de 4 libras el minuto ahora más tranquilo averiguando me comentan que por el horario de la llamada lo normal dada la circunstancia es 0,70 libras el minuto o exceptuar el cobro por ser revertido o por considerar los problemas que tuvimos con el agua y la ropa de cama a nuestra llegada. Independientemente de lo que me sucedió lo cual reclamare a Homelidays, el edificio es muy seguro. esta refaccionado a nuevo, recepción 24 hs, todo cerca y en "Chelsea". Saludos
