Rental requirements:
We welcome adults who are 25 years or older (or traveling with their families) and require a signed rental agreement including a copy of your government-issued ID, to fully confirm your booking. Tobyhanna Township Ordinance STR Permit #015712. Maximum occupancy is 10 people for stays 29+ days or 8 for shorter rentals.
