This property offers a modern vacation rental condominium in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. It is just a few blocks from the water, walkable to Seattle's attractions, the best restaurants, sporting arenas, museums and Seattle Center. This property is located directly between the Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.
Remodeled in April 2015, this modern quiet condo sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably, offers a balcony overlooking the garden, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom with an American Leather queen sleeper in the living room. It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet.
Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna.
While the building itself is located in the heart of Belltown, this condo faces the beautiful garden courtyard which ensures a quiet place to stay.

Perfect Location, beautiful accommodation

We were met by Eric who showed us the lay of the land (very helpful). The accommodation was perfect. Beautiful gardens & pool. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Nice little touches from the owners. Restaurants & small market actually on the same block. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Seattle.

We really enjoyed our stay in this great apartment. The location was wonderful and very quiet. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Fabulous base to explore the city and beyond. It was also very handy having the carpark for our car. Communication was easy and would highly recommend

Great location, safe and very comfortable.

We had a great stay in this apartment. All was very smooth from pre-arrival to check out. The apartment is very well presented and equipped. We did not need to use the portable air conditioner in the bedroom, but was pleased to know it was there if we did. Being in the internal side of the complex it was very quiet. We walked to most places, and the mini grocery store and bakery just downstairs were really convenient. Would highly recommend this location and apartment.

GREAT WEEKEND AWAY

Great place to stay in a nice neighborhood! Parked the car and didn't drive it again until we left for home. Loved the location and easy walking to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena for the March Madness basketball tournament!

Quiet Belltown stay

This was a great stay location. We used to live in the building (in 2000) and had a street view apt. This was an interior, that means it looked over a courtyard, quiet and lovely to look at.The Bed was comfy, TV was great. Nothing bad to say, we would absolutely stay in this condo againForgot to mention great restaurants all around it, close to Seattle Center (Space Needle, Hockey, etc)Easy to get to take light rail from airport to West lake mall and a few block walk

Amazing Stay

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal—within walking distance to popular attractions like Pike Place Market. There’s also a charming bakery right outside the main entrance, which was a delightful treat. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the hosts made everything easy and enjoyable for us. The condo was spotless, and the area was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing atmosphere. Although it rained during our stay, we still enjoyed the beautiful garden in the center of the complex. The condo itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, providing both comfort and convenience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return on our next trip to the area.

Wonderful Stay

This adorable condo was just perfect for a few days during my convention. It was in a nice neighborhood, and I felt very safe. The key fobs to get in the building and to operate the elevator were easy to use. The condo had everything you'd need, and I really appreciated having a washer and dryer and a kitchen!! The pizza place and bakery next store were delicious, and I got breakfast from the bakery twice. There were a few tiny things that were broken but didn't really matter much. The door handle to go outside was taped on and you needed to try to avoid the handle in order to keep it on. There are also a lot of drawers in the bedroom area, but none are for use as they are all housing sheets and towels. It would be nice to have a small area to use for personal items. :) I will definitely keep this property in mind for my next stay :).

Great condo, located close to everything downtown and walkable to the Seattle Center. Condo faces beautiful courtyard so it’s SUPER quiet!! Everything you would need is included in this condo, and it’s exactly as described and pictured in the listing Great communication with the owner, highly recommend.

Excellent stay in Seattle

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, well appointed and in an IDEAL location! We walked to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden/Glass, Pacific Science Center, Pike Place Market, the Overlook walk, Aquarium, Miner’s Landing, the Gum Wall and a short bus ride to the Seattle Zoo. Check in and check out procedures were clear, we appreciated the personal check in, communication with the owners was clear and concise. Our Seattle vacation was seamless and our stay had very much to do with that! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Great Location

We choose this location as it was close to Pier 66 for our Alaskan Cruise. Close to the Space Needle and Pikes Market within walking distance. Seemed a bit sketchy after dark with homeless folks. Though we did not walk after dark and used an Uber. Most large cities have homeless issues.

This is a great little place to stay for a fun getaway. It is centrally located which is great because you can walk just about anyplace you want to go. Close to the Space Needle & Chihuly Glass Museum, about a12 minute walk. Also close to Pike Place Market, about a 12 minute walk the other direction.

We stayed here 2 days before our cruise to Alaska, so we could explore Seattle. Everything was within walking distance and condo very accomodating. Communication was Great! Easy check in and out. Highly recommend

Fantastic location. Condo was well laid out and very comfortable. Excellent communication with host Ron. A/C was a bit loud and internet wasn't super reliable. But overall a great stay and would recommend.

Great location and host

We stayed for four days and the condo was what we were looking for. The check-in worked well for with us. The host was flexible, It is often hard to determine the exact time of arrival. We were pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked as we do like to cook when we are travel. We actually could have forgone the car rental as everything was in walking distance or via public transportation. We use VRBO quite abut and this was on of the nicer places we have stayed.
