Urlaub mit Aussicht

Sehr angenehmes Wohnen. Beste Aussicht mit perfekten Sonnenuntergang. Pool jederzeit zugänglich. Besitzer wohnen unterhalb und sind sehr freundlich und haben uns leckeren Wein spendiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hoch über Adeje

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und freundlich, sehr sauber und außerordentlich geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Terrasse ist riesig und der Ausblick wirklich beeindruckend. Der Pool liegt direkt vor der Haustür, ist ziemlich groß und vor allen Dingen herrlich warm. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Mini-Herd. Zwei Kochstellen würden ja zur Not ausreichen aber wenn auf der Ersten eine Pfanne steht, dann passt auf die Zweite kein Topf mehr. Auch zwei neue Sitzkissen im Außenbereich könnten nicht schaden. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, sie ist eine Perle! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Loft

Das Loft liegt wunderschön an einem Berg " gelehnt ", mit Blick über das gesamte Tal, sowie zum Meer. Abends sind wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge zu bestaunen. Wenn Kinder im Pool herumtollen, kann es nach ein paar Stunden etwas stören. Ausstattung ist Kommplett. Der Sonnenschirm war defekt und wurde umgehend ersetzt, Klasse. Wir konnten uns erholen und haben die Unterkunft genossen.

Urlaub, mit einem der besten Ausblicke auf Teneriffa

Wir, kamen durch unseren Flug sehr spät Abends an. Wir wurden trotzdem freundlich begrüßt und Empfangen. Uns wurde alles gezeigt wo, was ist und wie alles funktioniert.Es gab auch noch zur Begrüßung ein kleine Überraschung, schönes kaltes Bier und Wasser. Man konnte am Abend schon schön den Ausblick über Adeje genießen. Zum Loft , ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Die Lage ist für uns sehr gut gewesen, wir hatten aber auch ein Auto. Das Loft liegt etwas weiter oben am Berg, so dass man Abends seine Ruhe von den ganzen Ferienanlagen und Hotels nahe dem Meer hat. Zu Fuß ist man in 25 min. am Meer. Es führen gute Wege auch dort hin. Wie gesagt der Rückweg ist halt etwas länger ,da man die ganze Zeit Berg auf geht. Einkaufen und Restaurants kann man aber locker in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichen.Das Loft hat eine riesige Terrasse die man für sich ganz alleine hat. Die man zum Sonnenbaden nutzen kann , aber auch eine Dusche zum Abkühlen befindet sich dort. Man hat einen sehr guten Ausblick, sowie einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang, jeden Abend dort.Den Gemeinschafts pool kann man auch mit nutzen,er ist von der Terrasse zu sehen,wir haben ihn aber nicht mit benutzt. Wir waren unterwegs Schwimmen und am Meer.Das Loft hat alles was man braucht. Es fehlte uns an nichts.Es war sehr sauber,gepfelgt nichts abgenutzt oder defekt.Wir kochen gern, darum waren 2 Herdplatten zu wenig für uns, aber damit haben wir uns arrangiert. Wie gesagt es ist ein Loft, also keinen Türen, auch nicht zum WC. Das störte uns aber nicht ,da wir wussten dass es ein Loft ist.Parken konnten wir immer perfekt keine Probleme mit einem Parkplatz. Die Matratze vom Bett war für uns zu weich, aber jeder Mensch schläft nun mal gern anders.Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, das es sehr schön in diesem Loft war. alles passte für uns, man kann diese Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältniss passen auf jeden Fall. Mit der Buchung und der Bearbeitung hat auch alles Reibungslos geklappt, Email wurden schnell beantwortet. Tolles Apartemento

Die Lage der Wohnung am Rand der Überbauungen lässt einen vergessen, was unten in den Zentren für ein Trubel herrscht. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Einrichtung ist für zwei Personen ideal. Auch für das Zubereiten von einfachen Speisen reicht die Küche völlig. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr und genossen die Ruhe.

Sehr schönes Loft in einer wirklich guten Lage. Sehr ruhig.

Das Loft ist sehr schön gelegen, modern, gute Qualität. Alle Besonderheiten des Lofts (offener Naßbereich / WC, eigentlich alles als 1 Zimmer gestylt) weiß man vorher, ist aus den Bildern ersichtlich und so von jedem, der das Loft mietet, in seine Entscheidung eingeflossen. Wenn man eine sehr moderne Gestaltung mag wie wir, hat hier ein gutes Feriendomizile bekommen. Schön ist auch die ruhige, gesicherte Privatatmosphäre, die bereits mit der Einfahrt (geschlossene Tore) beginnt. Auch die Nutzung des Pools gegenüber ist gut. Im Loft selbst: - Das Bett ist nur 1,40 m breit. Dies ist doch recht eng, zumal nur eine Decke vorhanden war, wir uns diese also teilen mußten. - Der Herd mit zwei Platten ist zu wenig; hier muß investiert werden; ev. sollte der Besitzer über einen zus. Backofen nachdenken (wir kochen nun mal gerne). - Kissen für die Stühle draußen fehlen! Dies gilt sowohl für den Esstisch draußen wie auch für die wunderschönen Sessel vorne. Allerdings müssen dann auch die Mieter dafür Sorge tragen, daß die Kissen abends ins Innere gelegt werden. Es ist doch sehr feucht über Nacht. - Die Duschabtrennung (der bewegliche, vordere Teil) ist am Gelenk undicht. Dies ist typisch für die Konstruktion und muß entweder zusätzlich versiegelt werden oder, besser, komplett ebenfalls als festes Element ausgeführt wein. Damit wäre das Übel beseitig. - Der Wasserhahn in der Dusche ist nicht richtig befestigt. Hier bahnt sich ein Problem an. Sollte befestigt werden. - Leider ging der Fernseher nicht für deutsche Programme. Wir haben alles versucht (Astra 1 ist vorhanden), aber eben keine deutschen Standartprogramme. Vielleicht ein Hinweis, hier die Bedienung auf Deutsch zu schreiben / festzulegen. Alles in allem keine wesentlichen Punkte, die unseren Urlaubsgenuß nicht eingetrübt haben. Deswegen: Das Loft ist uneingeschränkt sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage on top mit entsprechend wunderschönen Ausblick und großer Terasse. Nur mit dem Auto !

Toilette, Dusche und Waschgelegenheit müssten eine solide Trennung erhalten — so wie jetzt ist, ist es sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Spiegelschrank über dem Mini—Waschbecken ist absolut hinderlich, ein normaler Spiegel würde die Nutzung des Kleinwaschbeckens einigermaßen ermöglichen. Die Polster der Terassenmöbel müssten erneuert werden.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit unverbaubarem Panoramablick über Costa Adeje

Das Ferienapartement ist oberhalb der Touristengebiete von Costa Adeje gelegen. Entsprechend schön ist der Panoramablick auf die Ortschaft, das Meer und bis nach La Gomera bzw. La Palma. Die Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Sonnenbaden und zum Sundowner ein. Über die Straße ist der Gemeinschaftspool gelegen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Nicht luxuriös aber vollständig und wie beschrieben. Wünschen würden wir uns nur noch eine Espressomaschine und dass die Duschabtrennung abgedichtet wird, da der Badezimmerbereich jeden Tag mehr und mehr "überschwemmt" wurde. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten die unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt haben. Das Vermietungsteam inkl. dem Shuttle-Service zum Airport war professionell. Also wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank an alle und beste Grüße aus München Beste Grüße aus München

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Location was perfect for us as we enjoy a walk and it's a nice walk down too. 40 minutes to the town or there's a taxi rank half way down which charge €4 to take you the rest of the way. Apartment is beautiful and the views are stunning, photos really don't do it justice! So peaceful and the terrace offers a lovely place to chill and eat. Pool area is very close and clean. Nerve too busy and a nice temperature too. Rita and Darius from Canarias S.L. are brilliant and really can't do enough for you. Even picking us up when our taxi driver got us lost! Definitely take the transfer they provide. We opted not to and it ended up costing €35 one way and the taxi driver didn't know where he was going! Amazing holiday and can't wait to return!

Fantastic Luxury Loft

Second time at this wonderful luxury loft, with fantastic unobstructed views. Everything needed for a great vacation getaway including a welcome pack provided by the owners, which was very much appreciated. A totally stress free rental experience. Didn't hire a car, as you can walk into Adeje town centre in 25 minutes, and taxi ride back costs around 6-7 Euros. Dr Neil & Margaret Calder

Prachtige ligging, auto noodzakelijk

Foto's en beschrijving zijn correct. Is een vakantie woning bovenop woning van de eigenaars. Aparte ingang. Zwembad verwarmd, ligt verdieping lager, bijna nooit volk. Met de auto is alles super dicht bij. Wij huurden een wagen voor een week voor 150€, parking voorzien bij de vakantiewoning. Op Terras altijd wel wat wind, maar als het zonnig is dit zelfs welkom.

Nice apartment, location not great

Loved the apartment, it was clean modern and spacious. It was a 20 min walk to the local supermarket and a 35 min walk to the centre. This was not a problem as we expected this beforehand. The area that let this apartment down was the fact that despite it not being generally windy (most days paragliders were in the sky), the position of the apartment, high up on the side of the hill, meant that there was a constant wind on the balcony. It was enough to stop us sitting on the balcony and catching the sun! Personally I would not revisit for this reason. Otherwise a lovely apartment.

Idéal à l'écart des grosses structures touristiques !

Très belle location en résidence privée avec accès protégée par une grille en entrée sortie , avec une terrasse et une vue incroyable. L'appartement est bien situé si vous aimez être à l'écart du monde. Au dessus de la villa du propriétaire , avec une piscine en copropriété quasiment tout le temps vide ...et chauffée . Bref un petit nid d'amour avec toutes les commodités , au soleil, et au calme.Tout est de bon gout et de qualité. Voiture indispensable car grosse montée pour arriver à la résidence (pour les cyclistes préparez vos jambes en fin de parcours). Place de parking sur la voie privée de la résidence en face de la villa. Très belle location à 2 ! Personnes âgées à éviter car escalier pour monter à l'appartement.

Nice, well appointed loft but poor communication and service

The actual accommodation deserves 4/5 stars but we found communication very poor and it lead to a bad if not very stressful start. Having stayed in the north of the island for our 1st week and received excellent service from the 'homeaway' owner - we had to deal with a service agent called 'canarias sunny places'. We attempted to use the 'homeaway' location link which was fine for our 1st week but useless for the 2nd and took us to the middle of nowhere. The representative was at 1st very helpful when we contacted her on her mobile but then never answered calls or e-mails when we became lost. I have no problem with this as I think it could have been down to a language issue - her English was as good as my Spanish. However, we also had an office number. The gentleman who answered spoke excellent English and clearly could see my mobile no. When I told him we were lost - he said it was for the rep. to sort & texted me the number I already had. I kept phoning him but was constantly cut off. After 2 1/2 hours of searching for an address on a very long, winding road that is blocked and padlocked directly above the property - we finally found another gate to the accommodation and the rep waiting at its gate. I only knew we were in the right place when I approached her for directions. Upon finally arriving we found a problem with the steel security gate which wouldn't open from the outside. This lead me having to climb a 5 foot wall with 3 foot metal fencing [ Not ideal when you're 60 years of age with a dodgy heart!! ] Again we phoned the office / knocked on owners villa below etc - nothing! After 2 days of climbing - I spotted a caretaker/gardener who was extremely helpful an eventually fixed the gate. We could finally enjoy what was left of our holiday and a very comfortable loft. All this could have been alleviated by better communication and customer service.
