A very spacious first floor apartment with two south facing balconies. Located on the four star complex of Clube Albufeira Garden Village. With beautifully landscaped grounds, 24 hour reception, security and on site CCTV.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On site, there is Mini golf, four large swimming pools, two restaurants and two snack bars. One of the pools is heated in winter usually Oct until May. The apartment is close to the Casa Azul restaurant, and within a couple of minute’s walk of the other snack bars and restaurants serving delicious breakfasts and meals. The apartment is only a 20 minute walk from the Old Town of Albufeira where you will find a huge range of restaurants, bars and shops.
The apartment has wifi and internet TV with English film channels and Portuguese TV.

The Algarve offers some of the best golf courses in Europe only a short drive away. The resort is also close to Zoo Marine Water Park and the Algarve Shopping complex.

As this is a family friendly complex we do not allow groups of under 21's at the apartment. There must be at least one person over 21 in your group.

As of 23 May 2023 a tourist tax has been introduced in Albufeira. All guests over the age of 13 will have to pay two euros per night for a maximum of seven nights. This applies for bookings between 1 April and 31 October. Charges will be added to your invoice in pounds sterling at the current pound-euro exchange rate.
