60 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a 2-storey house.
The apartment has a living room with splendid sea view with kitchenette (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and excellent supply of pots, dishes for 6 and various kitchen accessories), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom bed with 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
In front of the entrance, a 50 m2 terrace with sea view with table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella.
Parking is next to the house. Only one car can be parked.
IMPORTANT: the road to reach the property from the nearby village of Montaretto is narrow, steep and unpaved for 800 meters. It does not present any particular problems and can be traveled with any car, just drive slowly. Before booking I recommend you watch the video you find on YouTube looking for the words Poggio and Salice

L'immense nature sauvage de Salice!

Un endroit de rêve si vous aimez la nature, les grands espaces, le confort et la tranquillité (environs peu fréquentés p/r au reste de la région). La mer est devant vous et vous apercevez les bateaux, voiliers, une bonne partie de la côte Ligurienne… Entourée de citronniers, d’oliviers, de vignes, la maison est d’une propreté irréprochable. Il y a beaucoup d’équipements pour manger à la maison et surtout tout est fonctionnel !!!! Marco est un hôte attachant qui parle français couramment (et aussi l’anglais). Tout est fidèle à la description sauf la vue qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos car l’ampleur du spectacle est difficile à rendre à travers une lentille. Il faut conduire prudemment et lentement pour le dernier petit chemin vers la maison (voir la vidéo de Marco) mais le bénéfice de se sentir si libre et de relaxer sur la terrasse avec la mer en surplomb en vaut la peine. Nous avons fait de belles randos autour de la maison, il faut « avoir du jarret !» L’accès au parc national des Cinque terre et aux petits villages environnants n’est pas compliqué. Mention spéciale aux apéros avec couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur la belle terrasse. Merci Marco!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Sehr saubere, schöne Fereinewohnung. Tolle, große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Etwas abgelegen, dafür absolute ruhige Umgebung. Anfahrt etwas abenteuerlich. 20 min mit dem Auto von Levando entfernt. Schöne Wanderwege vom Haus aus. Sehr herzlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Conny und Jürgen

Super Lage - sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Wir waren das zweite mal in der FeWo und es war wieder genial. Die FeWo ist sehr sauber, alles ist vorhanden und die Lage mit Blick auf Meer und der Ruhe ist einfach hervorragend. Marco der Inhaber wie immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer Ansprechbar wenn man ihn braucht. Herzlichen Dank!

Wir waren begeistert!

Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick, schöne Wanderwege gehen dicht beim Haus los. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet (man merkt, der Vermieter ist mit Herz und Seele dabei, es war alles da, was man braucht). Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Zur Begrüßung haben wir eine umfangreiche Einweisung bekommen, jede Menge Tips und eine ausführliche Informationsmappe. Wir hatten Respekt vor der Fahrt von Montaretto zum Haus. Man muss aber sagen, dass man die Strecke problemlos mit jedem Auto fahren kann. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder! Danke für alles Marco!

Ein Ort der Stille abseits vom Trubel der "Cinque Terre"

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Terasse hoch über dem Meer mit einem Blick ins Weite ist ein wunderbarer Aufenthaltsort. Hier kann man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zufahrt auf einer schmalen, unbefestigten "Straße" braucht ein Auto mit viel Bodenfreiheit. Wir haben unser Auto deshalb in Montaretto geparkt und sind den Weg zu Fuß gegangen. Eine kleine Wanderung am Morgen und am Abend ...

Beau gîte tranquille avec magnifique vue

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, le gîte est très fonctionnel et très propre. Marco est un hôte super organisé et très gentil, nous recommandons fortement ce gîte. L’accès en auto est spécial, mais on s’y fait très bien. C’est la nature totale, belles photos de coucher de soleil garanties! 😊

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit hohem Erholungswert

Sehr schön gelegene, saubere Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man vor Ort braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und gibt wertvolle Tipps für den Urlaub. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert! Ein kleines Paradies!

Une vue unique...

Une vue unique sur la mer. Un lieu idéal pour ceux qui cherchent le calme. Les sentiers au départ de la maison sont magnifiques et longent le littoral. L'accès au logement en voiture par un petit chemin est assez spectaculaire mais on s'y fait.

Spectacular

The apartment is in a truly spectacular setting, very clean and well equipped, and Marco himself was a splendid host in all respects. Probably the best airbnb in all Liguria! We cannot recommend this highly enough.

Ideal für Naturliebhaber

Hübsch eingerichtetes Appartment, alles Erforderliche vorhanden, der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, sind die letzten 800 m Anfahrt zum Gebäude recht abenteuerlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Geeignet für Ruhesuchende und Wanderfreunde, wer gerne die Gegend mit dem Auto erkundet, weniger geeignet.
