Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klasse wäre, wenn sie noch näher zum Strand liegen würde, aber das haben wir vorher gewusst das es nicht so ist.

Sumpfgebiet mit extrem viele Mücken

Die Eigentümer Familie waren sehr nett, aber das hat unsere Situation nicht geändert! Wir wurden von unzähligen Mücken in ihrer Ferienwohnung begrüßt! Da die Wohnung zwischen dem Sumpf und lag, war sie sehr mückenreich. Die Lösung wäre, ein einfaches Moskitonetz am Fenster anzubringen, um die Mücken am Eindringen zu hindern. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht und zeigte ständig die Fehlermeldung F1 an. Da wir die Türen und Fenster wegen der Mücken nicht öffnen konnten, hatten wir leider einen sehr unangenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch den Garten konnten wir nicht nutzen.

Conforme à la description

Très bien située pour profiter et de la plage à proximité, et des nombreux points d'intérêts de la région. Giovanna nous a gâtés avec les fruits et légumes du jardin disponibles à cette saison. La maison reste fraîche la nuit et est très silencieuse. Le stationnement à l'intérieur de la propriété est appréciable, et sécurisé. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un couple. Un grand merci pour la présence discrète des propriétaires.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, alles an Ausstattung vorhanden. Weg zum Strand fußläufig ca. 15-20 Min. Großer Supermarkt in der Nähe. 5 Min mit dem Auto.

Come a casa

Abbiamo prenotato per la prima volta con homeaway e fortunatamente abbiamo trovato questo splendido appartamento.Situata a pochissima distanza dal centro cittadino, che noi facevamo regolarmente a piedi,la casa è una dependance all'interno di una villa con spazi indipendenti e molto tranquilla e silenziosa anche grazie alla discrezione e gentilezza della famiglia ospitante.Completa di ogni comfort l abbiamo sentita come casa nostra sin dal primo giorno,tutte le stanze sono spaziose e belle in particolare la cucina ed il bagno.Tutti gli arredi ed elettrodomestici sono nuovi.La casa è in un punto strategico per poter visitare tantissime località sia toscane che liguri.Consiglio di muoversi col treno per evitare i parcheggi praticamente introvabili soprattutto per chi voglia visitare le 5 terre e Portofino.Una menzione particolare per la proprietaria molto gentile e premurosa e prodiga di consigli.Se torneremo da queste parti sarà nuovamente la nostra scelta
