About this property

Light, space, peace and beach, to get a breath of fresh air and to recover. A large, attractive living room with a fireplace, a sitting area and a separate sitting area for TV. The light streams in from all sides and the birds fly in and out in the garden. A well-equipped kitchen and a large dining room table can seat 6 people. Three spacious bedrooms with excellent beds. The Mediterranean bathroom has a walk-in shower, large corner bath, washbasin, hanging toilet and hairdryer. We have made work on the interior so that you can feel at home. In the first rays of sunshine in February you can already drink coffee outside on the terrace on the south side. The house is suitable for families with small children, for pets (safe fenced garden, close to the beach), large children or for several couples who spend their holidays together. Our house is located in the North Sea park within walking distance of the beaches of Ouddorp. You can easily reach the village of Ouddorp or Goederede by bike. Our house itself is an oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation in every season. A short walk of less than 600 meters takes you to the beautiful nature reserve and the famous beaches: 15 kilometers of beach, dunes and forest with a network of cycling and walking paths. After a walk, cross the dune and spot seals and birds!

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön

Es gab kleinere Mängel, die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Man merkt schon, das es wohl nicht mehr das neueste Haus ist, da an einigen Stellen defekte Fliesen oder Türen waren, die bei Wind die ganze Zeit geklappert haben (wir haben eine Socke dazwischen geklemmt, danach war Ruhe ☺️). Trotz der kleineren Mängel haben wir uns in dem schönen, gemütlich eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage gehabt. Danke dafür!

Unser Aufenthalt in Ouddorp

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche an der Nordsee. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet sowie vollständig ausgerüstet! Der sehr schöne Garten ist komplett umzäunt, prima für Hundehalter. Kurze Wege zu Strand und Ort - alles wirklich wie man es sich wünscht!

Ferien in Ouddorp im Objekt 6864391

Alles bestens angetroffen. An der Wohnungseinrichtung ist nichts auszusetzen. Küchenausrüstung bestens sowie alles Handwerkszeug zum Kochen vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll nutzbar mit allem, was man braucht. Vortrefflich!!!!!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren mit unserem Hund Eddie für 12 Tage in dem wirklich tollen Haus! Es hat uns nichts gefehlt! Der Supermarkt vom Nordzeepark ist super mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen! Im Haus standen 5 Fahrräder zur Verfügung! Der Garten ist gut eingezäunt! Zum Ort braucht man zu Fuß etwas länger, aber machbar! Ein gelungener Urlaub Vielen Dank

Ein tolles Haus mit schönem eingezäunten Garten, ideal für Hunde

Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, einfach alles da. Die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich und der Garten sehr gepflegt, hoch eingezäunt und damit ideal für Hunde. Das Reinigungsteam hätte insgesamt deutlich sauberer arbeiten müssen, aber ansonsten war alles top und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus mit schönem Garten und vielen Mängeln

Der Check-in und die Kommunikation verliefen problemlos und einfach. Der Garten und der Aussenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und es hat alles, was man benötigt. Drin jedoch ist das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber. Staub auf jeglichen Flächen. Geschirr mit Macken. Verschmutztes Sofa, welches mit einer Decke nur abgedeckt wurde. Im Hauptschlafzimmer kommt einem ein ekelhafter Geruch entgegen, welcher mit Lüften und Raumerfrischer nicht überdeckt werden kann. Das Babybett musste auch selbst aufgebaut werden, was bei dem Preis nicht zu viel verlangt gewesen wäre.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das alleinstehende Haus auf großem Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig, ist so wie beschrieben und würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Es hat kein Einrichtungsgegenstand gefehlt und alles war wirklich sauber (Geschirr u. Besteck). Nah zum Strand, dort auch ein Supermarkt. Fahrradverleih ebenfalls nah. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Geräumiges, helles Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit vier Personen in der Fewo und nutzten die Schlafzimmer als ein Doppel- und zwei Einzelzimmer. In dieser Belegung bot das Ferienhaus komfortabel viel Platz, was auch für die Essküche und dem Wohnbereich gilt. Die Küchenausstattung war für unsere Bedürfnisse (Frühstücken und Kochen zum Abend) voll und ganz ausreichend, wir hätten uns lediglich noch eine zusätzliche, separate Teekanne gewünscht (das konnten wir aber mit einer mitgebrachten Thermoskanne kompensieren) und eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen (Salz, Pfeffer, u.ä.) wäre uns ganz lieb gewesen, das haben wir uns dann aber beim ersten Einkauf besorgt. Aufgrund der Witterungsverhältnisse, während unseres Aufenthaltes, haben wir den Aussenbereich eher nicht genutzt, aber bei entsprechendem Wetter dürfte das dort auch ganz schön sein. Wir waren zum Koningsdag da und der lokale Brauch des "Luilakvierens" war uns bis dahin unbekannt. Als dann in der entsprechenden Nacht, die Dorfjugend mit ihren Mopeds stundenlang und laut knatternd durch die Straßen von Ouddorp jagte, waren wir, freundlich ausgedrückt, erst mal ziemlich verblüfft, angesichts des für uns unerklärlichen Lärmes. Im Nachhinein besehen, war es eine interessante Erfahrung und diese einmalige Störung der Nachtruhe, kann man auch nicht der FeWo anlasten, die war ansonsten, während unseres Aufenthaltes, angenehm ruhig.

Tolles, nicht mehr junges Haus mit Potential bei der Sauberkeit

Tolles Haus mit 3 seperaten Schlafzimmern mit jeweils 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten und Bad oben, weiterer Toilette und großer Wohnküche unten, Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, 4 Fahrräder im Gartenhaus, Spülmaschine und Gasherd in der Küche, Sauberkeit war erheblich ausbaufähig - überall, auch auf dem Sofa waren Hunde- und menschliche Haare zu finden, Geschirr musste vor Benutzung gespült werden

Tolle Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es passt alles genau so, wie in der Beschreibung aufgelistet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert, ebenso der kontaktlose Check-In incl. einer leckeren Begrüßung! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, schick und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist groß (für holländische Verhältnisse) und modern, mit einer großen ebenerdig Dusche und großer Badewanne. Der Garten ist voll eingezäunt, so dass man absolute Privatsphäre hat. Wir haben die Ruhe so sehr genossen. In nicht mal 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad am schönen Strand ( es gibt 5 Fahrräder zur Nutzung), und da fast jeder mit dem Rad fährt, gibt es wenig Autoverkehr. Ouddorp und die Umgebung sind absolut bezaubernd, wir waren leider nur 1 Woche dort, kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!
