Excellent stay

we had a phenomenal stay in a beautiful villa at the edge of Montpellier in a phantastic designed villa. Equipment was excellent. Best pool ever. Béatrice and Bertrand are the best and friendliest hosts you can imagine with quick help when needed. Nous avons passé des semaines merveilleuses ici dans une superbe maison avec des hôtes fantastiques. Merci beacoup!

Not what we expected

The owners stayed on the premises in an adjoining room. They also sent text messages to turn the pool lights off, obviously keeping an eye on proceedings. Overall it was ok, but I would not feel comfortable recommending it. Property also in need of maintenance.

Un séjour délicieux

Villa au top et très bien située. Béatrice et Bertrand sont aux petits soins et toujours disponibles quand on en a besoin. La villa est très bien équipée, le jardin magnifique et la piscine très agréable.

Sous le signe de la chaleur

Maison propre et soignée, vaisselle très propre et adaptée, chambres confortables avec climatisation et bonne literie.(les salles de bain dans les chambres ne plaisent pas forcément). Malheureusement, une immense verrière exposée ouest (impensable dans le sud, bravo les maisons d'architecte!) au dessus d'un hall immense non isolé, et un espace de vie non climatisé ont gâché notre séjour. Le temps calme après le repas de midi (comme les gens du sud, on ne sort pas en début d'après midi par canicule) a été très inconfortable et difficile pour nous et nous a obligé à acheter une climatisation mobile, mais pas très efficace vu la configuration de la maison. Heureusement, nous avions la mer le matin et la piscine en fin d'après midi. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Semaine parfaite dans villa parfaite de propriétaires parfaits

La villa de Béatrice et Bertrand est tout simplement magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût ; l’emplacement est parfait, aucun vis à vis. Tous les équipements sont là et de très belle qualité. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille, et avons fortement apprécié la discrétion de Bertrand et Béatrice, tout comme leurs précieux conseils. De plus, ils sont extrêmement gentils et accueillant. Bref de très belles personnes chez qui je conseille vivement d’aller. Encore un ÉNORME merci pour votre accueil Cédric

Amazing Villa, great location.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful villa. We didn’t want to leave !!! The facilities were great, the place was modern, clean and spacious enough both indoor and outdoor for our two families. The pool was a hit with us all. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. provided us with suggestions of things to do in the area and even gave our little one a soft toy. I would highly recommend this villa.

Outstanding location and a very heartwarming reception

The Villa is in a quiet area; there is a small village about 2 km away with a few decent restaurants; 5 minutes driving to a very good supermarket; to get around we recommend that you rent a car Some reflections - Very clean on arrival with very high quality equipment both for cooking, sleeping and entertainment The owners Beatrice and Bertrand nothing short of outstanding in their help in making our stay a pleasant one. Just a few examples: - Upon arrival we were shown around the area on good places to eat, buy bread etc. - As it was the worldcup Betrand proactively offered to drive us to a place that showed the game and also picked us up in the evening - Every time Bertrand/Beatrice would come into the house (for instance to clean the pool) they would always announce it well in advance that they were coming - One of our children got ill; Beatrice instantly helped us get a time with a doctor and lent us a car (that they spent time cleaning before lending it out) - Another child forgot her purse with her saved "vacation money" in the Villa. It was duly posted back to us to our home address Having left after a wonderful week we felt that we came as strangers and left as friends. Cannot recommend this place enough

Phantastisches Haus und tolle Gastgeber

Das Haus entspricht exakt den Bildern und ist wirklich toll eingerichtet. Wir haben es mit 2 Familien und insgesamt 8 Personen bewohnt. Pool und Haus haben auch für diese Personenzahl eine ausreichende Größe und es sind ausreichend bequeme Liegen etc. vorhanden. Diese sind an verschiedenen Stellen postiert, sodass mal zwischen Sonne & Schatten wählen kann. Aus unserer Sicht ist noch positiv hervorzuheben, dass die Schlafzimmer durch die Hanglage des Hauses über verschiedene Ebenen verteilt waren und dadurch nicht alle Tür an Tür geschlafen haben. Für uns war es so aber wie beschrieben perfekt. Parallel lädt der schön & terrassiert angelegte Garten in Kombination mit der großen Terrasse zum Verweilen ein. Bertrand & Beatrice waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Bei Fragen oder Problemen immer per sms erreichbar und mit sehr schneller Reaktion. Parallel haben sie uns mit guten Tipps zu Ausflügen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten versorgt. Das Haus liegt sehr schön im Villenviertel von Castelnau, mit dem Auto sind es 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Montpellier. Das ist aus unserer Sicht auch der einzige Wermutstropfen. Es ist abends kein Lokal oder Bar fußläufig in einem 15 Minuten Radius erreichbar. Dafür entschädigt aber die o. g. Terrasse. Der schönste Strand, war aus unserer Sicht, La Grande Mott in ca. 35 Minuten Entfernung. Aus unserer Sicht eine klare Empfehlung und wir werden gerne wiederkommen

Parfait!

Excellentes vacances en famille dans une superbe maison d'architecte où rien ne manque La localisation de la villa et la proximité de Montpellier et de son centre historique sont un atout supplémentaire Excellent accueil de nos hôtes Béatrice et Bertrand toujours disponibles et de bons conseils. Le literie est impeccable et la climatisation dans les chambres très appréciable compte tenu des températures caniculaires que nous avons eues Nous y retournerons sans hésitation si l'occasion se présente Laure et Jean Christophe de l'Essonne

Merveilleux séjour

Super accueil des propriétaires à notre arrivée, avec un lunch de produits et de vins régionaux. Une des surprises des plus agréables ! Ensuite la villa est hyper propre et super équipée, barbecue, plancha, frigo américain avec glaçons automatiques et eau fraîche... et même une cave à vin climatisée ! Mon mari et mon fils se sont éclatés ! A la piscine, au billard et même dans le hamac. Ma fille et moi avons profité du solarium...et de la piscine. Le parc est très agréable, soigné et un vrai parcours de découverte. Et tout cela à quelques minutes de la mer et du centre ville. Un mot encore, merci pour votre disponibilité et vos conseils. Un excellent souvenir de ce havre de paix,

Séjour superbe, plasirs et tranquilité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa extrêmement agréable, avec sa piscine très ensoleillée. Les propriétaires aux petits soins avec nous, nous ont donné toutes sortes de renseignements très utiles sur la région et les activités possibles. La chef à domicile et la cave à vins de la région (bons choix) disponible très appréciées. Le descriptif et les photos sont totalement conformes à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. La terrasse ombragée, le parc, l'espace barbecue sont très soignés, et la villa, un havre de paix et de tranquillité. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Villa originale avec un bel espace

Les plus Belle villa originale, au bout d’une impasse, dans une grande propriété fermé avec plusieurs places de parking à l’intérieur. Location propre, à 5 mn des commerces, à 25mn des plages, avec piscine 4x8m et 2m de profondeur Contact avec la propriétaire ok, pas de soucis aux entrées/sorties Terrasse nord très agréable (nous y avons pris tous les repas) Salon d’été en prolongation de la piscine permettant d’être à l’intérieur tout en gardant un œil sur les enfants Bel espace intérieur, TV, accès Web, frigo avec glaçons Les moins Par très beau temps, la belle verrière se transforme en four en fin de journée et communique la chaleur aux autres pièces. La route de Clapiers à proximité est un peu bruyante la nuit fenêtre ouverte (bien qu’on s’y habitue) Quelques robinets et fermetures commencent à vieillir.

What makes this property unique

This house is ideally located for visiting Montpellier and its surroundings. It is 2 min away from the old town. It sits close to the centre while offering a wooden area and a garden planted with palm trees, pine trees, and shrubs, providing a lot of privacy around the private pool. A few metres away, you can find the beaches between La Grande-Motte and Palavas.
