Beautifully presented peaceful three bedroom detached holiday home located next to Snowdonia National Park.
Perfect location for exploring and visiting the many attractions of Snowdonia and North Wales.
Overlooking River Conwy, the property benefits from breath taking views of the mountainous Welsh countryside.
With off street parking for 2 cars, the house is perfect for families and is pet friendly too.

The home is well equipped for your holiday including, central heating, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels, kitchen utensils and equipment.

The downstairs area consists of a large modern kitchen with underfloor heating and small breakfast bar, a spacious homely living room with large TV including a full SKY Q package which includes Sky Sports & Sky Cinema and PlayStation 3, leading to a dining conservatory where you can gain access to the stunning landscaped garden with decking and seating areas over the River Conwy. Also downstairs there is a separate WC and utility area with combi washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath, WC and separate shower. The bathroom also benefits from a TV!

All bedrooms are upstairs and include:

Master bedroom with super king size bed and balcony with seating area to enjoy the beautiful views the house has to offer. The bedroom also has a large screen TV and DVD player & dressing table.

We had a great time and the house was superb. We had everything we needed and the views were incredible.The beds were so comfortable and the local pub Tal y Cafn was really nice and lovely food.We shall definitely return

Great location and house
Pros: Great house fully equipped. Found the sofas really comfy so all 6 of us could enjoy chilling in the evening so massive TV. AMAZING view esp from main bedroom. Powerful shower / roomy bathroom. Parking for 2 cars. Location perfect for us and not far from all the Zipworlds! Cons: My 5ft 10iin 14 year (and the 12 year old) old found the single beds on the small side as they were up against the walls. Radiator in main bedroom was very noisy but we like it cool in the room so just turned it off. Even with cons we would def stay again.

Sorry bit dissapointed.
We found the seating very uncomfortable much too low to the ground too laid back.not as good as the picture portrays. Had to bring the conservatory chairs in for a bit of comfort.Bedroom radiator very very noisy . Bed was very comfortable and cosy. Would not stay here again simply because of the uncomfortable chairs.

Spectacular views
We had a really good stay at this property. The house was clean and all as described in the listing. We were very lucky and had amazing weather (the fans were very much appreciated) and I just couldn’t stop admiring the views. Only thing that could’ve made it better was a bit more garden furniture, missing the picnic bench in the pictures, down the bottom of the garden, but that’s just being picky. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property and would definitely stay again.

gorgeous views from rear of the house, peaceful and quiet. lovely home with great kitchen with every utensil you could think of. beds very comfy. We took our 2 labradors with us who loved the garden for a morning run but the only thing is that there are very few places to take dogs for walk without driving and the conservatory leading in from the garden and main lounge has cream carpet for flooring so you have to be extra careful with the dogs paws not to mark the carpets, probably a good idea to fit laminate flooring throughout to make it stress free. Would definitely return as close to all local amenities

Beautiful House with stunning view!
Had a brilliant stay, the house is lovely with a beautiful view and a large garden which our Golden Retriever loved! House is well equipped with everything you could need and beds are really comfy and the view from the main bedroom is stunning! Added bonus of a tv to watch in the bath which was a highlight for my partner! We would definitely return. Make sure to check out the Bodnant estate for the restaurant, cafe and farm shop which are all great and just around the corner.

From arrival to departure, an idyllic retreat and base to explore the surrounding area. So much to do and see within a reasonable drive, the local pub/inn was lovely and dog friendly, with great food and beverages. The house was so well presented and planned out to cater for families young and old with space for all with good quality equipment through out. Our little "Pixie" was also well looked after if we had forgotten or chosen not to bring the essentials for sleeping/eating. She is a bit of a diva so did not use the lovely dog bed provided..... The views from garden, ground and first floor would never be a disappointment on a sunny or rainy day. Comfortable beds and quiet enough to listen to the wildlife or whatever you chose to put on with the great technology provided. Dining inside or outside, well catered for again and such an enjoyable stay for my wife and I as we explored Snowdonia and the great villages and towns. My daughter joined us for a few days too and loved the location as her little retreat too! Thanks to the owners for letting us stay and the housekeepers and maintainers of the property for doing an outstanding job! Would definately return to this property when coming back, if we are lucky for it to be available!!!

This house is amazing! We stayed for a week and I can honestly say this house is the best house we have ever stayed in! Beautifully furnished, super comfy beds and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. This house is luxurious.. the view… wow.. but combined with the house and every need met and more inside it, it made our holiday the best one ever! Even down to having extension leads next to the beds, a box full of games and sky in every room. Totally amazing! Thank you.

What a lovely place
We had the most amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Gorgeous house, setting and location and there is nothing we can say was negative. Comfortable house in wonderful location
The house is warm and comfortable, perfect if the Welsh weather is not playing ball! The location is perfect - both in terms of the wonderful views but also for visiting the many local attractions. During our week’s stay in April we visited the Zipworlds at Betws-y-coed and Penrhyn Quarry as well as the steam train at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Conwy castle. All within 15-35 minutes drive. Even South Stack at the far end of Anglesey was only an hour away. Bodnant gardens National Trust is only 5 minutes away and was stunning after the heavy rain we’d just had. The view from the conservatory and the master bedroom was wonderful, ever changing with the weather and tides. We would definitely recommend staying here.

An absolutely incredible home with the most beautiful view - we had the best 4 days here, it was a perfect place to relax and recharge. We didn’t need anything whilst staying, and it was in a perfect location for Bodnant Gardens and the coastal towns. Can’t wait to come back!
