Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment was perfect for our needs, it had everything required for a comfortable stay. The location was great, although on a steep street it was a short walk down to the town centre and access to port, bars, restaurants and central bus station which we used to get around this spectacular little island.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubzeit in einer wunderschönen. gepflegten und sauberen Wohnung mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Bilder entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Für den Mietwagen hatten wir einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und konnten mit dem Fahrstuhl die Etage der Wohnung erreichen. Lorenzo holte uns mit dem Auto ab und brachte uns zur Wohnung. Nach 5 min Fußweg ist man im Zentrum von San Sebastian, mit vielen Restaurants, kleinen Geschäften und Supermärkten. Fazit, ein sehr schöner Urlaub, den wir wiederholen werden.

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Er holte uns vom Hafen ab. Im Appartement warteten eine Flasche Trinkwasser und Kekse La Gomeras auf uns. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war angenehm. Von oben hatte man einen tollen Blick aufs Tal.

Schöne Stadtwohnung

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte reibungslos, man wird sogar an der Fähre abgeholt und zur Wohnung begleitet. Lorenzo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn es mit dem Spanischen hapert, ist auch eine Kommunikation auf Englisch möglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrparteien-Apartmenthaus und verfügt über einen breiten Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sie ist geräumig, mit 2 Schlafzimmern - allerdings nur 1 Bad - und für Selbstversorger komplett und vollständig ausgerüstet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Das Stadtzentrum von San Sebastian mit diversen Geschäften, 2 Supermärkten und Gastronomie ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Allerdings muss man, um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gelangen, viele Stufen überwinden, für Gehbehinderte daher eher ungünstig. Wer absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht wird hier nicht fündig, an dem Gebäude führt eine Straße vorbei, der (mäßige) Verkehr hat mich aber nicht im geringsten gestört. Aus den anderen Wohnungen drangen keine Geräusche durch. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden und kann die Wohnung besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in San Sebastiàn

Das Appartement entsprach genau den Bildern, es war alles vorhandenen, WiFi super, Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, Bett war gemütlich Lorenzo hat uns von der Fähre mit seinem Auto abgeholt und uns im Appartement gleich alles erklärt und auch Tipps gegeben, Pool war super und angenehm erfrischend, Appartement hatte leider keine Klimaanlage. Summe summaro war es ein toller Aufenthalt und empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Días de descanso en familia

Lorenzo ha sido un gran anfitrión desde el primer momento que me puse en contacto con él y siempre dispuesto a informarte de cualquier cosa que necesitabamos durante nuestra estancia en la Isla. Su alojamiento tiene las condiciones perfectas para pasar unos días de descanso y desconexión de la rutina diaria y no falta detalle en el equipamiento de la casa. Agradecer esos pequeños detalles a la hora de llegar al alojamiento como recibimiento.

Highly recommended-amazing space and value!

I don’t normally write reviews but in this instance I felt compelled as we were so impressed. We enjoyed the feeling of space in this apartment and in the best part of town looking down onto the sea. Balcony was really nice for dining and caught the sun. Pool very quiet and clean. Apartment perfectly equipped with utensils and Wi-fi good. By comparison we had a very poor experience in Tenerife in another apartment and we wished we had stayed on La Gomera. Would definitely like to return and the hoste was very kind in letting us stay a few hours longer. Thank you!!

We liked the apartment very much. It is well equipped and clean. You are in town in 5 minutes. The only drawback was the traffic noise. The road goes right in front of the apartement. But all in all, thank you Lorenzo

Heureux à St Sébastien La Gomera

Nous avons passé 5 jours vraiment très agréables à La Gomera. Notre appartement parfaitement situé, offrant tout le confort dans un immeuble de "luxe" avec une piscine dont nous avons profité chaque soir après nos découvertes de l'île, y a beaucoup participé. Pouvoir garer sa voiture dans le parking couvert de l'immeuble aussi. Nous recommandons vivement ce magnifique appartement comme base pour découvrir La Gomera qui est un lieu de paix et de sérénité.

Wonderful holiday. Lorenzo met us at the port and took us to the apartment and on to the supermarket! He was very helpful in all ways. The apartment is very large, and well equipped. Everything needed was there, and it was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is ideal, being just up out of the main part of the town, but close enough to shops and restaurants. We loved San Sebastian, and used it for its beach and seafront, restaurants and cafes, and also as a hub to access the wonderful bus system to get to all parts of the beautiful island easily, quickly, and cheaply. No need for a car. We will be back! Chris and Brenda.
