Penthouse Mirador 5B is a modern and stylish holiday flat located in an excellent area close to the beaches of La Torrecilla and Playa Chucho in Nerja. It is west of the Balcon de Europa, just a few minutes away. The location of the flat is perfect, with a variety of bars, supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, allowing you to enjoy all the amenities and dining options the area has to offer.

The flat is located on the 5th floor of the Mirador de Nerja building and consists of a cosy living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The layout and interior design of the flat are comfortable and functional, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

An outstanding feature of the Penthouse Mirador 5B is its spacious 50m2 private terrace, which has a south-facing orientation to enjoy the sun for a large part of the day. On this terrace, guests can relax on sun loungers, enjoy a delicious meal or simply have a drink in a Chill Out atmosphere. This outdoor area offers additional space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and panoramic views.

The flat is also equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year. In addition, guests are provided with high-speed internet access, allowing them to stay connected and enjoy digital entertainment during their stay.

As for the layout of the rooms, the flat has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, while the other has two single beds, making it ideal for families, groups of friends or couples looking for comfort and privacy.

In addition, to facilitate access to the flat and improve the comfort of guests, the building is equipped with lifts.

Parking situation in the area:

In Nerja you can park on the street for free. During the low season, finding a parking space is relatively easy due to the low traffic, but during the high season, we recommend using public car parks such as Plaza España to avoid any inconvenience.

Lovely little apartment with all facilities in a convenient position

This is an excellent, compact, comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable but the highlight of the apartment is the roof terrace. It is in a great position only 5 minutes walk to bars/cafes/ restaurants and a large supermarket only yards away.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Weitblick

Die Wohnung Penthouse Mirador ist sehr gut gelegen, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, nah zum Meer und zur Innenstadt mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Tapas Bars. Wir sind mit dem Bus aus Malaga angereist, was einfach zu organisieren ist. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, alles in Prima Zustand mit toller Dachterrasse, die einen Blick zum Meer und über die Stadt erlaubt. Wir vermissen das Frühstück auf der Terrasse jetzt schon. Casasol hält intensiven Kontakt, beantwortet alle Fragen super schnell und ist immer erreichbar, eine klare Empfehlung. Nerja ist eine sehr angenehme kleinete Stadt mit mehren Stränden und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, bspw. nach Frigiliana. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, kommen gerne wieder. Da fällt uns nichts ein, optimaler Service von Casasol

Penthouse apartment

Lovely apartment. Stylish decoration, superb roof terrace with dining and relaxing areas Also sun beds provided and beach chairs and sun umbrellas. Comfy bed, good shower. Well equipped kitchen, although small it has everything you need , including oven with hob and dishwasher. A good quantity of cutlery and crockery to enable use of dishwasher ( for 2 guests at least). The apartment is well situated, being within easy walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. Also an excellent supermarket just across the road is really handy as it opens till 10 pm. The lift is appreciated as the apartment is on the 5th floor, providing good views of the town , including an excellent sea view. Unfortunately there is no parking in the underground car park. Parking not a problem out of season, but much more difficult in summer. Good TV with a wide variety of channels in several languages. My husband and I love this apartment, having stayed in it several times, over several years. In fact just re booked for November. There isn't anything major, but just a couple of very , very minor things. Bath mat as bath can feel rather slippery ( I did in fact purchase one ) In the kitchen a medium sized pyrex bowl, suitable for microwave use would be very useful.( There is a bowl, but it is very large ) Maybe another couple of bowls suitable for cereals or soup etc as there are only 2. Also oven gloves to safely remove things from the oven would be good. As I said these are minor things.

Fabulous penthouse apartment

We enjoyed all the facilities especially the large private rooftop terrace with great views. The location is quiet and a very short walk takes you to the restaurants and bars in the old town. Nothing to improve. It is perfect.

Excellent boutique apartment ,extremely clean , modern,location perfect central for everywhere ,on busy road but no disturbance, rooftop just superb all day sunshine and sea and mountain views , Sandra , Paola and the team excellent to communicate with throughout easy booking process, ,met us at apartment really friendly , the iron didn't appear to be working ,they came straight away with a new one. Great location in Nerja

The location. The apartment is in good condition and suitable for 2-3 week stays The roof terrace is spacious and well furnished, even if the furniture is a little old and starting to shed it's skin a bit. My only gripe is that, there is an intermittent smell of sewerage seeping from the two large soil stacks in the centre of the property. I feel little can be done about this, as making them longer would not be an option. Also of course for stays of more than a few weeks, the kitchen is too small.

Schöne, aber laute Wohnung mit grausamer Parkplatzsituation

Wir waren für 8 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und wurden von der deutschsprachigen Frau der Agentur freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war in einem sauberen Zustand, mit kleinen Willkommenspaket. Die Betten waren fürchterlich weich und angenehmer Schlaf war nicht möglich. Es sollte dringend mal in neue Matratzen investiert werden. Ein weiteres Problem war die Klimaanlage, die war innen schwarz gefleckt. Es sah aus wie Schimmel. Nachdem wir das bei der Agentur gemeldet haben, kam jemand vorbei und wollte diese reinigen. Die Klimaanlage wurde auch gereinigt, allerdings nur oberflächlich, weiter hinten war immer noch alles schwarz und sie hat muffig gerochen. Wir haben dann auf Klima größtenteils verzichtet, was im Hochsommer, im 5. Stock eine Zumutung war, zumal man die Fenster nachts nicht offen lassen konnte, da es auf der sehr viel befahrenen Straße sehr laut war. Wo wir grade bei der viel befahrenen Straße sind…man sollte auf keinen Fall mit Auto anreisen (zumindest nicht im Sommer). Trotz Corona war die Stadt sehr voll. Wir mussten jeden Tag mindestens eine Stunde nach einem Parkplatz suchen und wir meinen tatsächlich eine Stunde. Man konnte sich dabei aussuchen, ob man eine Stunde im Kreis fährt oder sich irgendwo hin stellt und hofft, dass jemand wegfährt. Für Beifahrer empfehlen wir ein Buch mitzunehmen, damit es in der Zeit nicht langweilig wird. Die Dachterasse ist schön groß und sonnig. Leider roch es stellenweise sehr unangenehm. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein normales Wohnhaus, was sehr angenehm war. Die Wohnung nebenan scheint auch eine Ferienwohnung zu sein und wurde eher von jüngeren Publikum genutzt. Es gab sehr viele junge Menschen in der Nachbarschaft , es war teilweise sehr laut und der Grasgeruch war irgendwann doch ein bisschen zu viel. Ich würde die Wohnung für junge Menschen empfehlen, es ist nicht weit in die Stadt und zum Strand kann man sich laufen. Für Familien mit Kindern oder Ruhesuchende ist die Wohnung nicht optimal.
