This immaculately clean and well maintained 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home has it all! Both full bathrooms have double vanity sinks and a walk in tiled shower on the 1st floor and tiled wall shower/tub on 2nd floor. Comfortable-pedic beds, furniture and updated kitchen. Walk 200 yrds to Scarborough State beach and live the life! Ocean views from many rooms. This house includes all bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Many beach items are provided such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, toys, cooler and games. The 1st floor living area has a big sofa and 2 comfy chairs., a large flat screen TV. The back yard is very private, with a mahogany deck, a grill, outdoor enclosed hot water shower and patio tables and chairs. Central air on 3 zones, open kitchen to dining. One bedroom on the first floor and a full bath. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of them has a nice deck off it, a full bath and a sitting area with a TV on the second floor and a loveseat and chair. We can provide blow up mattresses for extra sleeping. This home is less than a mile to the renowned Aunt Carrie's restaurant and Ice cream shop and Iggy's Famous Doughboys and Chowder House. The Block Island Ferry in Galilee is just 1.5 miles away. Galilee has many popular restaurants, shops, Salty Brine State beach, which is located at the breach way where you can sit and watch all the fishing boats, ferries and pleasure boats ride by. The owners have included a Welcome notebook that will have many brochures of popular restaurants, things to do in the area, coupons, and information about the house.

This house was the perfect place for a girls weekend just a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to the block island ferry!! The host Robin is amazing!! The beds were so comfortable and the house was beautiful!

Perfect Beach House!
We loved this house - it was a great location, a few minute walk to the beach. The house had absolutely everything you need for a beach trip - there is a beach shed full of chairs, toys, and other equipment, so you do not need to bring anything with you to enjoy your stay. The house was well stocked, decorated in a cute but not cheesy beach theme, and very comfortable in late July with the central air! We are already talking about rebooking this property for a family trip with the kids because it was so much fun, and a great value for the price!

Great location near beach
The house was great for our long weekend on the beach for my mom’s 80th birthday. We were able to walk to the beach, plenty of parking, the house was really clean and well stocked and roomy. A few minor issues like a ceiling fan and light fixture coming out of the ceiling slightly and as we were leaving the AC units not getting cool but we let the owner know about that. The owner was super responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. The fenced in backyard was perfect for hanging with the dog and kids when we were home and had a big dinner outside. She’d had plenty of beach equipment like wagons, beach toys and umbrellas. Overall a great rental.

Family weekend away
We had a wonderful weekend at this property. We are a family of five and we had my mother and nephew with us. Plenty of room here for all of us. The host Robin was very easy to communicate with regarding any questions I had. The house was well stocked and extremely clean. Beautiful location which was in walking distance to the beach. The host even provided beach towels and chairs with a cart to bring to the beach!! Just loved our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future at this lovely house.

Great beach vacation!
Very comfortable house just a five minute walk to the end of Scarborough Beach which is much less crowded. Could walk home for lunch and naps with toddlers and go back to beach later. Fenced in yard was an extra bonus! Well stocked kitchen. Have stayed here two years in a row now.

The perfect house for our bachelorette weekend! Spacious, clean, and a short walk to the beach/drive to the BI ferry. The backyard is also nice and spacious. It also helped that Robin, the property manager, was very helpful/responsive. Would absolutely recommend in the future!

Came here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Slept a lot of people with plenty of room for air mattresses. SO close to the beach less than 5 minute walk. Backyard was big with room for beach chairs and games. Everything was clean and ready to go. Highly recommend a stay here!

Our family enjoyed this clean, fully stocked, and close to the beach property! Robin was very responsive to any questions that we had. There was room for all and fun in the fenced in back yard! Beach chairs , umbrellas, cart and bicycles were a plus! Super close to the beach also! Thank you so much Robin for letting us enjoy your amazing home!

Great House for a Weekend Getaway
I stayed here for a weekend with a group of girls for a bachelorette party. The house is perfectly located, a short walk to the quieter section of Scarborough Beach. It's the perfect spot if you are looking to be close to the beach! The house is spacious, and the backyard is great. The bedrooms were all clean, and beds and linens were comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and renovated, all towels are provided. It's a beach house, so there's some minor TLC that could be needed and some amenities we felt were missing (no coffee filters, for example), but all in all we had a GREAT stay. Robin was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again!

Just returned from a two night stay with friends at this house and we had an excellent experience. Robin was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our questions. House is adorable, well stocked, very tidy and spacious. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach. Excellent location! Hope to return in the future!

Amazing stay, despite a long weekend of non-stop rain
This property was the perfect home base for our long-awaited weekend away in Narragansett. Much spacier than the pictures look, this house is adorable and well stocked with the softest towels and linens and kitchen accessories. Though we couldn't use the yard due to the weather it was a good size and it was well-equipped for hanging outside. Nothing could beat the location--literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was completely accessible to the conveniences of grocery shopping, coffee runs and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I"d highly recommend. We've already looked to see if we can get back there this summer but lots of lucky ducks have already booked it. Enjoy and have fun!

Peaceful, clean beach house
Great location with delicious and convenient casual eats in walking distance - Dad’s and also the Diner. Clean convenient non crowded beach one block away. A perfect getaway while trying to socially distance.

Perfect Beach Vacation!!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property!! The house is adorable - so much space, perfectly decorated, so clean and stock full of amenities (especially for the beach) to make you feel right at home!! Scarborough Beach was gorgeous, and the ~5 min walk couldn’t be beat!! Location was perfect to get to Narragansett Pier or Galilee - we easily explored all the neighborhoods! Can’t wait to visit again!
