Stylishly furnished fully air conditioned\centrally heated 2 bedroom apartment available in this well situated low lying newly built 5 star rated complex. Cypress Gardens offers all visitors a feature pool which includes a jacuzzi style whirlpool spa and fully equipped gymnasium all set within beautifully landscaped private gardens. The apartment has its own allocated parking space and the whole complex is protected by coded electronic gates. Situated on the 1st floor this apartment offers comfortable self catering accommodation for up to 6 people and can be used as an ideal base by all types of visitors. Corporate guests, couples, large families, wedding parties or groups of friends who prefer the freedom to choose their own daily activities and then return to peaceful tranquil surroundings. All guests are most welcome to take advantage of the well equipped kitchen and enjoy meals on the pool facing balconies. An evening in can be enjoyed by sitting back and relaxing in front of the widescreen TV and taking advantage of the inbuilt movie-centers which include over 100 of the latest movies or challenging your friends and family to a game on the PlayStation. Free wifi is also available and there are also some board games, books and playing cards as well as some DVD's which can be played using the Playstation or home cinema computer.

The Larnaca region truly has something for everyone and as well as being famous for its crystal clear waters and stunning coastline, it also boasts some of the best blue flag sandy beaches on the island which offer a whole host of water sports, boat trips, snorkeling and wreck diving. Larnaca town is a mixture of old and new and has a rich archaeological heritage and beautiful centuries old buildings lining winding streets. The sea front and modern marina with its palm tree lined pedestrian promenade offers a great choice of modern shops and trendy open air restaurants and cafe bars. The Larnaca Fort holds the annual street festival in July and there is also a large multiplex cinema which shows all of the latest releases. There are also number of bowling alleys, crazy golf courses, historical churches, museums and small and large go-carting tracks. Ayia Napa with its famous clubbing culture and white sandy beaches also has the nearest water theme park and is within easy reach by car or bus.

The more adventurous can easily explore the island by car and all major attractions, towns and villages are less than an hour’s drive away. Car hire is recommended and all road signs are in English and vehicles drive on the left like in the UK. There are also local bus services and all towns and villages are linked with reasonably priced service taxis. The local camel park nature reserve is just a 5 minute drive away as are horse riding facilities and the avian wildlife of Larnaca Salt Lake. Cape Kiti lighthouse with its stunning sunsets is just a 10 minute drive away and a children's funfair can be found in Larnaca Town which is also just a 10 minute drive away. Ayia Napa is just a 20 minute drive away and the cosmopolitan coastal town of Limassol is just a 25 minute drive away. The divided city of Nicosia is just a 20 minute drive away whilst the Troodos mountains are only a 30 minute drive away. Paphos with its elevated coastline is just a 40 minute drive away and all make for ideal day trips.

Frequent direct flights from all over Europe to Larnaca are readily available and can be booked using a number of main airline operators. Flights from the UK to Larnaca take approximately 4 hours and the time difference of +2 hours should be taken into account. Details for 24 hour airport transfers for just €15 each way can be provided or car hire with airport pick up can be arranged before you arrive with car hire partners Avis, Hertz, Easycar, Sixt, Europcar and Budget which all have representatives available within the terminal building. The apartment is literally a 10 minute drive away from the airport and the route is pretty straight forward. Simple to follow map directions and travel guide will be provided before you leave and this route will take you past a 24 hour convenience store allowing for the purchase of essentials such as milk or bread if required.

Harry was great he arranged straightaway to get our initial problems sorted. Location restaurants near by excellent... But you do need transport bus not brilliant. Would go again

Wonderful Cyprus holiday

The property was just as described. Great location, after we found it. Very central, quiet, clean, and close to beaches. Tight parking though. Also fridge broke down and we had to toss a lot of food, towards the end of the trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Fab holiday!!

Fantastic place to stay! accommodation plenty big enough for two adults and two kids. Added bonus of an extra bathroom. Pool was a good size too. Kiti is a lovely little town just outside larnaca town, which is only a 10 minute drive away. I’d recommend a car to get around. Harry the owner was fab with all the detailed information, I don’t think you could ask for more. Appartment 10 mins from airport. We’d definitely go again. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely Appartment Harry.

Very nice

Our family was very pleased with our stay in Kiti. Nice small neighborhood close to the airport and Larnaka. Great pool area, parking space under a roof, nice balcony. Apartment was quite spacious and very convenient with two bathrooms. The only thing that bothered us were small ants in the kitchen area and bathroom. We had no information on that beforehand. Dish washing liquid and toilet cleaning in the apartment would be nice so you don’t have to buy big bottles yourself.

Very nice flat in lovely location.

Very good holiday would use again Close to airport. Best with hire car to explore the island You do hear the planes departing. But did not distract from a lovely holiday. Host was really helpful. Flat clean with a host of amenities. Thanks. Harry

All you need for family fun with sun.

Lovely apartment, spacious and roomie in a great location!

This apartment was better than expected! Lovely rooms, comfy beds, good size bathrooms (1en suite) and easy maintained kitchen. We were there for 3 weeks end of March and beginning of April, slightly out of season, but a good time to go as you get the pool to yourselves pretty much and your choice of loungers to chase the sun! Arrived and it was spotlessly clean and had been aired - so no stuffy smells - all the beds made up and we could just walk in, dump our stuff and start our holiday. Wish I had asked about a welcome pack - but the shops are very near and a great welcome guide directed to the nearby shops and food. The instructions were fantanstic and easy to follow - really is 10-12 mins from the airport! And 20-25 mins from fini beach! Harry is great and Dean and Angie were amazing! We had extra cleaning cos we wanted it and they are very reasonable. Harry - thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment and we will be in contact to stay again soon

Well furnished two bedroom appartments

It looks like Kiti village, where the Hotel is situated grows quite rapidly. It was a bit tricky to find the site, mostly due to my HereWeGO Cyprus map had been out of date. The hotel situated in 10 minutes walk to the main Kiti square. The closest supermarket is in 15 minutes walk. Walking to the closest beach took 30 minutes. Due to it was a middle spring, swimming pool was too cold to use :) Appartments itself are nice. There was all we needed to live there for 2 adults and one child. All household appliances were working perfectly. I would recommend to stay there to families with children, especially if there is an intention to rent a car and see sights around. For those who would like mostly lay beside the sea more suits first line sea hotels. It was a pleasure staying there, and i would sometime stay there again.

Middle apartment

The apartments are located in a quiet and cozy Kitty. We did rent a car and nebylo problems. NO AUTO BAD - the beach far away the heat. The room was clean. It has everything you need. Cheapest furniture, tableware. Electrical Power lamp is not all, there is little lighting fittings. Water pressure horrible !!! Wash impossible. After the beach sometimes bathed in the pool shower. Pool clean with a beautiful night lighting. Jacuzzi was not working and non-working gym. We paid the money to the poor internet, there was no cleaning during the stay. On television, there is nothing to watch. The view from the gorgeous windows. To pay a deposit , 2/3 back after my request after 3 weeks. In sleduyushy just do not go !!!

Great place to stay

Cypress gardens was a lovely place the apartment was clean & tidy everything you needed was there, pool area was great safe for children. Over all the area of Kiti has lots of bars and restaurants to eat in at a fare price

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful lovely setting.

We arrived at night and the pool and setting was all very beautiful. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we could need as holiday makers. I slept in the second bedroom with the two single beds, the beds were quite small and very low so found them slightly uncomfortable but would be perfect for children. The double bed was lovely and the sofas in the living room were also very comfy. All rooms were clean and modern. First floor with a huge balcony overlooking the pool which was LOVELY every day! Plenty of room to hang out our wet clothes etc The area is lovely and quiet and would definitely recommend to all kinds of parties, adults children all. Walking distance to everything you need, such as restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, and to bus stops which take you into Larnaca and other places. The communication with the owners was fantastic, particularly Harry! And the deposit was paid back the day after returning with no problem at all. We loved Cypress Gardens!

I wish I was still there!

We recently returned from our holidays in Cyprus. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The amazing view of the pool was great. My daughter loved it as she could go to the pool by herself knowing I could see her all the time. Communication with Harry was perfect. All the information he send was very accurate and answered/helped with anything extra we needed. Hopefully we'll be able to go again soon.

Ideally situated and comfortable family apartment

I have just come back from our holiday in Cyprus where we stayed at Ari's apartment in Cypress Gardens. The apartment is comfortably fitted out with all the equipment that you could possibly need - a lounge area connected to a decent sized kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 en-suite. The lovely large balcony overlooks the pool where breakfast can be enjoyed in peace and quiet. The apartment is ideally situated just outside Larnaca - only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town of Kiti has all the shops that you need, fast food outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and the most amazing bakery (open till 4 in the morning most days!) with fresh bread and cakes to die for. If you are wanting to explore Cyprus it couldn't be easier - within a five minute drive you have a major junction where you have the choice to go in any direction - left to Limassol, Paphos or up to the mountains of Troodos and right to Protarus and Ayia Napa. Perfect. Larnaca town is only a 10 minute drive which is a perfect place to start. It has a fabulous choice of restaurants, good choice of shops, a beach and if nightlife is what you are looking for it has clubs and bars directly on the beach. And we would recommend a visit to the Camel Park in Mazotos which is especially ideal for kids but also has a decent sized pool for all to unwind in which is included in the entrance price.

Appartamento fantastico

Siamo stati nell'appartamento n.103A per 2 settimane nel mese di luglio.L'appartamento è decisamente spazioso, pulitissimo e fornitissimo.In ogni stanza c'è l'aria condizionata.La cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa.Il balcone è molto spazioso.In dotazione ci sono moltissime cose che rendono l'appartamento davvero confortevolissimo (lavatrice/ventilatore/phon/ferro e asse da stiro/stendino/cesto biancheria sporca/cestini vari per la pattumiera/pentole varie e numerosi utensili per cucinare/microonde/tostapane/bollitore/dvd e play station/giochi da tavolo/pc/rete wi-fi/borsa frigo e tavolette refrigeranti per andare in spiaggia/detersivi,scopa,spugne,mocio per pulire/carta igienica/asciugamani...insomma non manca proprio nulla!) L'appartamento è ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla ed è necessario l'utilizzo dell'auto per spostarsi.L'aeroporto è a 10 minuti di distanza...avevamo letto che il rumore degli aerei era fastidioso ma durante il giorno eravamo in spiaggia e durante la notte non volano aerei quindi non abbiamo riscontrato nessun tipo di fastidio.La piscina sotto casa è comodissima...pulita, ben tenuta e mai affollata.La piccola cittadina di Kiti non offre purtroppo molto...qualche taverna e qualche negozio/bar sullo stradone principale. Da segnalare solo l'ottima panetteria dove facevamo una sosta ogni giorno! Per trovare un pò di vita la sera vi consigliamo Larnaca o meglio ancora Ayia Napa o Protaras o Nicosia. Kiti è comunque un buon punto di partenza per raggiungere le maggiori città e spiagge. La spiaggia di Kiti dista pochissimi kilometri...è una spiaggia molto tranquilla di sassi ma comunque con acqua trasparente. Consigliamo le spiagge vicino Protaras (Fig Tree Bay o Konnos Bay) dove troverete sabbia dorata e acqua dai colori meravigliosi. Ringraziamo il proprietario di casa Harry che si è reso da subito disponibilissimo per qualsiasi informazione. Vi consigliamo vivamente di alloggiare nel suo appartamento...non rimarrete delusi! Cypress Gardens - Wonderful and relaxing holiday

We recently returned from our holiday at Cypress Gardens, Kiti, Cyprus. It was the first time we booked an apartment directly by the owner. I do not have enough words to thanks to Harry for making our holiday wonderful, without any stress. We found an excellent apartment, large, clean well equipped with all you need during the holiday, as Harry described it. We appreciate the shading parking space under the block. Our son enjoyed the Playstation as well as the Movie Center with the large collection of movies categorized very well. The WIFI works very good. Also the large and quiet pool with enough sun beds was welcome. We received before our travel a lot of information from Harry so we found easy and quickly the apartment. He sent us also a travel guide with a lot of information about the island so we were able to found a lot of interesting places to visit. We highly recommend Cypress Gardens for everyone who want to spent a relaxing holiday. Hope to come again and drink a good cypress wine with you Harry! Thanks again for everything!

Good time

Very nice place near Larnaca... You can stay here and rest. Friendly people who helps if you need. Flat was clean and full furnished. Pool was clean. Buss from Village to Larnaka in this period was every 1 h. From Larnaka busses to Agia Napa, Limassos and Nicosia. If you are in Cyprus have to see Limassol :-) Everythink was nice I recomend all to spent holidays in Cyprus Gardens.

Outstanding Apartment and Brilliant owner

We were absolutely delighted with the apartment and every single aspect of the holiday. This was the first time that we had booked a holiday direct with an owner and we were a little nervous, but everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was superbly well equipped with everything that you could possibly need in there. There was a fantastic large balcony where we had our breakfast every morning, comfortable furnishings, free wi fi which was really welcome, and a magnificent pool. One of the best things about the pool and the gardens was that it was always relatively quiet, we never had to fight for sun loungers as there were always lots free, and plenty of shade. Kiti itself was quiet as a town, but this was not a problem as it was close to the airport, some super beaches, and had easy access to the major roads for us to set off and explore the Island which we did. One of the best things about the Apartment and our booking was how reliable Harry the owner was. Everything that he promised about the Apartment was there, he sent through loads of information in advance, and anytime that I sent him a question by email he literally replied with the answer within the hour. I cannot recommend both this apartment and the owner high enough to anyone. Fantastic holiday and a brilliant apartment and owner.

Lovely relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment

We recently returned from a 2 week stay at Cypress Gardens, Kiti, Cyprus. The apartment was very good value for money. The owner was prompt with his responses to any questions we had, accurate in the description of the place and exceptionally good in his pre holiday information, sending a really good information pack to help. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and over looked the pool, with it's own parking space. It was in a quiet place, a short walk from the village centre. There were plenty of sun loungers for the number of people there, pool was clean and even in July it was quiet and relaxing. Wifi is available and a good service so worth taking lap top/tablet. Apartment has some movies on the computer for you to use. Kiti itself has a couple of good places to eat, especially the one close to the police station who's food was nice and good value. The pub that the owner recommends was good for a drink with the owner, Jimmy very friendly. We would recommend hiring a car. Larnaca centre is 15 to 20 minutes drive away and worth a visit. There are a couple of nice beaches. About ten minutes away from the apartment is another beach called Secret Paradise beach (again turn left by the police station and drive about 10 kms). Small quiet, man made beach, worth a visit. Nearby is Pervolia which is a small place with several restaurants, again worth a trip one night. Ayia Napa water park is a good day out (cost 35 euros per adult and 20 euros for children). Go karting is good( 1 euro per minute). If you want a relaxing holiday and don't mind driving a short distance for the beach then this would be good place to go. The service from the owner was outstanding and our deposit was returned within a few days of our return to UK. We had a very relaxing holiday. Everyone was really friendly and an English couple who live there were really helpful. I would highly recommend it and would go again.
