The apartment, entirely nestled in the mountain like a precious stone, enjoys a breathtaking view that embraces the entire Gulf of Letojanni until it reaches the coasts of Calabria which magically appear on starry nights.
It is strategically located just five minutes on foot from Corso Umberto, the beating heart of Taormina, 30 m from the bus station, convenient for excursions and airport transfers and only 50 m from the cable car that takes you from the town to the splendid Mazzaro beaches and the beautiful island. Suggestive stone walls surround a large and elegant open space that opens onto a wonderful terrace ideal for relaxation, dinners and aperitifs. The rest of the house is made up of two double bedrooms, a small room with a sofa bed, three bathrooms, two of which with a shower and one with a bathtub, an equipped kitchen and a comfortable laundry room. There are TV, stereo with DVD player, Wi-FI, central heating, air conditioning in the double bedroom, fans for each room. Sheets and towels are included with the possibility of laundry service. There is also a car park about 50 m away.

Fantastic location with amazing views from the very large terrace. Peaceful setting but close to everything with a very short walk to all ammenities. Extremely easy to get to for those coming by bus. Communication and assistance throughout the stay was fantastic. Plenty of room with all the amenities. We had no issues but only thing to think of is there are stairs to get down to property but they are worth it.

Fabulous views in a spacious apartment

The views are a real wow factor and the owner was very helpful. The apartment is close to the old town and the funicular down to the beach. However, the town is built on a steep slope so there are over 100 narrow, winding stairs to access the property - not an easy task with luggage.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Taormina with plenty of room for our family of 4. Mariateresa was really helpful with all the communication before we arrived and met us to check us in. She gave lots of tips for the area too and transport options. The apartment is very handy for the bus station and cable car. Lots of added extras included to make your stay comfortable. Yes there are a lot of steps but you know that before you book. The views are stunning and location is ideal. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent home for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time in Taormina. This house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and one toddler. The house is large, bright, clean and the deck is amazing. The beds are very comfortable, there is lots of hot water, and the Wi-Fi works very well. The best bonus of this house is Chiara, the lady who looks after everything. She contacted us several days before our arrival, met us at the bus station and got us settled in. We had a couple of very minor issues that she dealt with immediately. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The weekly cleaning was unexpected and wonderful. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to get to and from the apartment. If you have any mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. If you can manage the stairs you will be rewarded with a very comfortable home with an amazing view! Highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Aussicht und gut gelegen. Nur eine Klimaanlage. Kein Parkplatz vorhanden und daher sehr mühsam einen zu finden da nur in Parkhäuser das parkieren für Touristen erlaubt ist. Diese sind meistens übervoll. Dann muss weiter weg geparkt werden. Die Strasse haben meistens keinen Gehweg!! Sehr Negativ für einen Fehrienort. Kommunikation und Empfang sehr gut organisiert. Danke.

Has to be seen to be believed

The pictures do not represent this place......because it is EVEN BETTER! The apartment is incredibly spacious and clean but you could live on the balcony, which is huge and offers views North up the coast and to Calabria and East for amazing sunrises. The location is ideal--away from the busy Corso Umberto but just a 5 minute walk away and 1 minute to the bus station and 3 minute walk to beach stairs or funivia. We stayed 6 weeks during the winter so were able to immerse into the local culture and cook most nights. Easy access to bus to/from Catania and local buses to neighboring towns. Like many places in Taormina, many steps to access so pack light--it is worth it!

Remarquable appartement avec superbe vue très proche du centre de Taormine

Superbe appartement, vaste (3 chambres avec salle de bains, et grande pièce de vie lumineuse), bien équipé, très calme, avec une vue superbe sur la mer, et tout proche du centre ville de Taormine. Propriétaire très disponible, attentionné, particulièrement réactif (problème temporaire de connexion internet). Parking (payant) à proximité. Une excellente semaine en Sicile.

This was a breathtaking location with large spacing and a direct view over the sea with a magnificent terrace with beautiful decor. The access was difficult with a lengthy staircase (up and down) and there was inadequate air conditioning. I suggested adding 1 or 2 A/C wall units.

Fuer uns vier mehr als ausreichend Platz. Sehr großzügig mit traumhaftem Blick , super Terrasse, ausreichender Kueche und drei Baedern. Am Schlafkomfort kann man noch arbeiten! Zum Dimicil 108 Stufen , hoch und runter - lügt an der Bauart im Hang , generiert aber den Standortvirteil und hagelt fit.

Location, comfort, views....this has it all.

Very spacious with everything you will need. Comfortable and clean. 3rd bedroom has small couch but worked out just fine. Nice feature that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Vittorio and Christina were so helpful and made our stay all the better. Stairs up/down, not too bad, not good if you are an over-packer. Would recommend this apartment. Grazie ancora Vittorio.

Great views !

This property looks exactly as pictures show. There is no A/C but fans. Close to Corso Umberto and gondola. Views from patio are stunning. Stefano great for recommending restaurants and making reservations. Excursion to Paradise Beach well worth it. This property has many winding steps down to apartment which means many up! It is difficult with luggage so I wouldnt recommend for elderly or family with young children. Highly recommend for adults.

Great views and location

Empfehlenswert. Gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da. Man muß gut zu Fuß sein.

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung. Vor Ort hat uns Stefano betreut, ein sehr hilfreicher, freundlicher junger Mann. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Taormina ist phänomenal.
