About this property

Beautiful top floor (3rd floor) apartment in the center of Savannah's Historic District. On Abercorn Street north of Liberty Street. Walking distance to everything! Steps away from the Perry Lane Hotel, J. Christopher's, Drayton Towers, Hitch, McDonough's Pub, and tons of other shops, restaurants and museums. Across the street from the historic landmark Colonial Park Cemetery.

King bedroom with soaring ceilings overlooking Abercorn Street. 2nd bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Pullout Queen Sofa in Living Room. One Full Bathroom off hallway convenient for the group. Kitchen with coffee maker. Private Laundry in unit. $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on street where parking is metered around the home. We suggest downloading the ParkSavannah app to pay for your numbered spot with a credit card on your phone.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Amazing location, great for teenagers!

We did a spring break getaway with my teenage daughter and her friend. The unit was cute, clean, and comfortable. It is also a 10 minute walk from all the fun savannah spots. We would 100% book this again. Best feature was the pink kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and it has a parking spot.

Girls Getaway

Cozy & Charming

Our family of four had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very cute, cozy, and clean!! Lovely and updated features and decor. Great location to get around the historic part of town. There are two flights of steps up (it’s the upstairs apartment), so maybe not great for the elderly or impaired. There is a good amount of street noise as the building is old, but for us it wasn’t a problem at all since we are city mice and used to an urban soundscape. We would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable, cute, clean and amazing location!

This was a comfortable stay for four adults. The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled beautifully and the main area was quaint. The location was amazing; about halfway between the riverfront/downtown and Forsyth park. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

Great trip To Savannah

The apartment is in a great location and having the parking space was a great bonus. Short walk to the main street and riverwalk and everything we wanted! The stairs are narrow and steep so just be aware for accessibility, but the apartment is adorable and very comfortable and well appointed. King bed was super comfy. We had a great stay and will be back.

Great Location

Nice apartment with easy access to historic downtown, restaurants, take away and a free parking space. Tv, WIfI worked well, kitchen had everthing you could need, bathroom was fine.Because of my own limitations I had a hard time getting in (I went to the wrong apartment :() and when I called the manager was very fast to answer and nicely helped me out. When my flights were cancelled they were very nice to offer a place for me to stay (and I didn't end up needing it).Overall - no complaints and a good visit.

Girls Trip

This apartment was just as described. It’s the perfect getaway spot for a girls trip. The location was wonderful and the parking spot was a huge plus. The only downside were all the stairs to climb after walking the town to get to the apartment!

Perfect location

The property is perfect for walking all over the city. Most things were within 15 min walking distance of the property. It is a third floor unit so no one is walking around over your head. Having the washer and dryer also made it nice to be able to wash clothes and not have to pack as much.

Loved the place and location! Lighting in the unit could be better but overall the place is excellent! Longest walk to anything we wanted to see or do was 20 minutes. Savannah is a must destination if you love history!

Perfect location

Walking to everywhere was so easy and close. Nice having a parking spot. Apartment perfectly decorated and well supplied. There were 5 of us and sleeping arrangement was perfect. Definitely recommend!!

Cozy and close

Loved staying in a local historic property. Check in and out was easy. Doors were not a problem. One parking spot was perfect. We walked everywhere with no problems. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We slept 6 adults comfortably. An extra mirror or two in the place would be helpful.

Great location

This is a great location in the heart of Savannah, perfect for our family to attend a college visit at SCAD and explore the city on foot. In unit laundry was awesome. Only request would be extra blankets. It got chilly at night and we would have appreciated them.

Great place and location!

Wonderful apartment and great location! We loved it! The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We had an issue with checking out as their Internet connection was not working properly. We had a hard time contacting them but when we did, it was taken care of. Other than that, everything was great and will stay again. Highly recommended!

Good location

Good location. We could walk to most places we wanted to go. It would be nice to have a mirror other than the one in the bathroom, for example one on back of bedroom doors would be good. The only downside is the one bathroom, but nothing unexpected for our vacation.

Nice location with lots of space…but bring mirrors

Seriously, bring your own mirrors if you are traveling with more than one person! We had 4 girls with only one mirror in the bathroom. This apartment was in a great location and had LOTS of room inside to spread out which was incredibly nice! One other down side we had plan to cook a meal or two there but there were only two small pans and one was very dented and could not be used. We ended up going out for all our meals due to the lack of kitchen equipment. The beds where very comfortable and I loved that we had an abundance of pillows! The stairs in the back were quite scary going down because of how steep they were and the fact that it was about 3ft wide. Over all very nice place and would consider staying here again!

Perfect spot for exploring

Our family had a fantastic visit at this location. Great spot within walking distance of just about everything Savannah has to offer, and it was great having the parking space for when we did need to venture further out. Excellent communication from the host, we would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome historic house in a great location

This apartment is located right across the street from the city's historic cemetary. It was within walking distance of tons of great shops and restaurants. The apartment is small but well laid out. As this is a second story apartment, keep in mind there are lots of stairs. It was definitely nice having a designated parking spot! Plan to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as only a small hotel size bottle of each is provided, but everything else you could need is there.

Perfect Location!

This little peace of heaven is located right in the heart of the Historic District of Savannah. It is walking distance to many restaurants and plenty of entertainment for the family. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay in the future.

Great location for a girls trip

This was a great location for 3 girls looking to stay in the heart of downtown. We did have a rental car, so the parking spot was a great addition, although everything was in walking distance. The space has old charm mixed with modern aspects. I would say to keep in mind this is in the heart of downtown so you may hear folks out and about during the night - but that’s a city space for ya. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit in the future!
