Grande et agréable maison où rien ne manque pour un séjour réussi. Attention la vue de la piscine ne donne pas sur les pins mais bien un mur aveugle de la maison. Terrasse sud super agréable.

unter den Pinien

Dieses sehr gut ausgestattete Haus bot sehr viel Platz für 6 erwachsene Personen. Der Garten auf verschiedenen Ebenen, der Pool und die Lage in einem grossen Wald von Schirmpinien hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Der Weg zu Fuss zum Gigaro Strand ist in 20 Minuten gut zu machen. Andere schöne Strände der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto in einigen Minuten gut zu erreichen.

Ein Haus, dass erst auf den zweiten Blick seinen ganzen Charm versprüht.

Das Haus ist zwar nicht das neuste von der Ausstattung her, aber sehr schön gelegen mit einem traumhaften und sehr privaten Blick ins Grüne. Mit dem Auto sind es über eine holprige Straße nur etwa fünf Minuten zum Strand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind wirklich sehr gepflegt und schön! Wir haben die meiste Zeit dort verbracht. Der Grill mit Kochplatte ist genial und kam fast täglich zum Einsatz! Die Ausstattung innen ist zweckmäßig. Das Haus ist sehr verschachtelt. Die Zimmer und Bäder liegen auf drei Etagen verteilt, was viel Privatsphäre ermöglicht, aber auch Mobilität erfordert. Einzige kleine Kritik betrifft die Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Schubladen im Haus. Da findet sich noch so einiges von den vorherigen Bewohnern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! ☀️👍

Die Villa entsprach unseren Erwartungen sehr gut. Ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern. Vor allem der Pool mit dem Sprung von der Mauer war Klasse.

Jolie maison provençale dans jardin fleuri et arboré

Maison fonctionnelle dans les hauteurs de Gigaro (20 minutes à pied de la plage de Gigaro et 5 minutes par voiture). Vue sur les pins parasols. Les arbres et fleurs alentours sont magnifiques. Maison très propre- Accueil très chaleureux du couple de gardiens. Jolie piscine au milieu du jardin. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Axes d’amélioration ou de réflexion: - la maison n’a pas de climatisation : et as gênant sur la deuxième partie du mois d’août mais sans doute plus problématique en plein été. Les ventilateurs peuvent ne pas suffire. - l’organisation électrique n’est pas toujours logique et certaines lampes ne fonctionnent pas. - Le sol de la piscine a plusieurs carreaux disparus: peut être blessant. - la connexion wifi peut être aléatoire selon la météo. (ADSL) si télétravail pas forcément possible.

Die Villa ist eher älter hatte aber alles was wir wollten. Die Wanderung ans Meer geht schon durch denn Wald, jedoch der Strasse entlang und nicht Direkt runter. Der Pool war super für die Kinder.

amélioration de la villa

Villa agréable mais qui mériterait un sérieux rafraichissement intérieure et extérieure.L'état de propreté à notre arrivée était déplorable surtout en période covid.Il serait bon d'indiquer que la maison à un appartement mitoyen qui est mal insonorisé.Attention piscine inadaptée pour les enfants.(profondeur)

Belle maison très confortable. Tous les accessoires sont présents pour un séjour agréable. (Piscine,plancha,ustensiles de cuisine....) Extérieur très agreable avec 2 terrasses . Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé pour que le séjour soit parfait.

Excellent séjour, la maison est au calme et propre. Les différents espaces sont très appréciables car nous étions nombreux. Nous avons passé de très bons moments autour de la piscine !

Wunderschön und jederzeit wieder!

Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen, war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gemütlich mit viel Platz und einer guten Ausstattung. Die Küche war zweckmäßig, Geschirr und Besteck besonders schön und hochwertig, der elektrische Außengrill (La Plancha) neuwertig. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nagelneu, aber von guter Qualität, und trägt zu einem harmonischen Gesamtbild bei, sodass wir uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Nur der wirklich schöne Pool war im Oktober zu kalt, da nicht beheizt. Insgesamt war es ein besonders schönes Ambiente, und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir auch die Verwalter Hafida und ihren Ehemann, die uns bei Fragen freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite standen.

Vielseitiges Wohnen auf mehreren Ebenen. Ein Pool mit Sprungturm (Mauer am Rand war für die Kinder ein riesiges Vergnügen, von dort in den Pool zu springen)

Super Haus!

Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Familien, allerdings befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer unten und drei oben (das sollte man mit kleinen Kindern bedenken). Der Pool ist spitze, die Lage des Hauses mega gut für jegliche Ausflüge und Strandbesuche mit Auto. Die Ausstattung ist auch gut. Ich kann das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen

Beautiful property. Fantastic Pool. Tons of space

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in May/June. The villa is huge. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well equipped. The house was clean and tidy and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Friendly welcome when we arrived and lots of communication before our stay. Many thanks

Großes Haus mit vielen Terrassen

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und hat mehrere Terrassen und Balkone, die man je nach Sonnenstand gut nutzen kann. Es ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, der Außenbereich nicht ganz so. Man braucht 10 min mit dem Auto zum Ortszentrum von Croix-Valmer, aber auch nur gut 10 min bis zum Strand Pampelonne und St.Tropez.
