Fantastic place

My wife and I took both sets of our parents and our 6mo old son, everyone loved it. The condo was wonderful, the pictures really don’t do it Justice, it’s a lot bigger than it looks. The beach access was great and we hated to leave. Hope to come back soon!

Lovely stay by the beach

We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting family for spring break. Took advantage of the closeness of the pool and the beach with lots of time outside. The beach toys were a big hit this year and it was nice to have a pick of beach chairs. Would stay again!Would

Great spring break getaway

We had a great stay just across the road from the beach. Check in and out were a breeze. The kiddos enjoyed playing in both pools and collecting shells and playing in the sand. The property had all the usual homegoods we needed plus beach supplies and games - the kiddos enjoyed learning a few of them. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay!

This unit was very spacious for our family of 4, clean, properly furnished, nice balcony area, and located right across from the beach access path. Furniture and beds were comfortable, kitchen adequately supplied, and ac worked very well. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus. TVs were nice and everything worked great. Highly recommend!

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was perfectly located to the beach access sidewalk and both clubhouses. We’ve stayed in several buildings inside the Ocean Walk complex over the years and they never disappoint. The only complaint we had this trip is that we didn’t have a key to the entry door beside the garage door. If we didn’t have the garage door opener with us, which we didn’t want to take down to the beach, we had to walk around to the back of the building and up to the second floor to enter. It was a slight inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. All in all, it was a great condo and we had a great time.

Perfect Family Retreat

Amazing location and condo was spotless. Everything was so well explained and organized making this run smooth. Far enough from the beach to not bring the sand in, but close enough to be there less 5 mins walking. The community is very welcoming and friendly and the strict rules of the place creates the perfect peceful but yet fun atmosphere yo are looking for. We are deff coming back.

Family Spring Break Getaway

Seven of us (4 adults, 3 kids 6-11) stayed four nights at this 3-BR 2-BA condo in Oceanwalk. It was in wonderful shape, very clean and more well-stocked than we expected and than any place that we’ve previously stayed. The AC and all other facilities worked perfectly and the pool and other amenities at the complex were all readily available to us. We’ve stayed at Oceanwalk in the past and know that the beach access is across the street so that’s not an issue for us. In the event that we come to NSB in the future, we’ll definitely request to stay at this place.

This place is AWESOME!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It had plenty of room and the location was great for ocean access, pool access. our only complaint was the dehumidifier was extremely loud and annoying.

Incredible, Clean and Comfortable.

This unit is incredible. It was so clean when we arrived I felt like we were the first people to ever use it. Everything you could possible need was at the unit. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! Wonderful dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, baking ware. I felt I was in my own kitchen (except with nicer stuff than I have). The bedrooms have great beds with wonderful bedding. Plenty of extra blankets and with a tv in every room. The living room is comfortable with games, puzzles and movies. The Ocean Walk community and amenities are also great. Pool, hot tub, exercise rooms and more. BUT of course, the best thing of all is the beach. Very easy to walk to (directly across the street) and it is such a clean and pristine beach. The little town of NSB has a cute street (Flagler Street) for shopping and lots and lots of restaurants. I highly recommend this unit and would and most likely will use it again and again and again.

Beautiful and Welk Maintained Condo

This unit is simply outstanding. It is in a great location, very well maintained and managed by the best rental agent in New Smyrn Beach - Great Oceans. The unit is in the best building in Oceanwalk - # 13. It is right at the beach access and near clubhouse 2. The owners had numerous DVD's, games books and other entertainment items. The tv and internet was very good. The carpet in the bedrooms was clean although most of the unit was tiled.

It was a very nice unit. Everything we needed was there.

The property site was very nice. The unit we stayed in was well maintained and furnished perfectly. There was one issue with the gate codes. It seemed property management changed them from what was emailed. Another guess had the right code and let us in. We were not the only ones with this issue. This was a non smoking unit, but a neighbor on the balcony was smoking cigars most of the time. It got to be nasty.

Great Family Vacation

We loved our Condo itself. I'm giving my rating based on the condo only. Also called the office because we didn't have a key to get back in the garage from the beach and pool and my in-laws who are disabled have to use the elevator. A key was brought to us very quickly and we were very impressed. I wish the condo would have had some things to use at the beach. We have been vacationing here for 5 years and this was the first condo we've rented that did not have any beach gear. Also we were not happy that the condo above smoked around the clock. We couldn't sit out on the balcony very long because there was always cigarette smoke blowing down on us. There was also the same issue at the pool with several people smoking and drinking and using foul language very loudly that my child could hear. I will definitely book again with Great Ocean Condos but probably will not rent again from Oceanwalk.

Spacious, Convenient and Comfortable "Home At the Beach"!

This condo in a gated community has a great layout, feels spacious and is perfect for a family or group! The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the unit was sparkling clean. The décor is charming and we felt "at home" right away. This unit is so convenient to the beach walkway, very nice! The view, the beach access, free WiFi made this trip fun, enjoyable and easy. Easy drive to New Smyrna's quaint, historic downtown and Cape Canaveral National Park. This condo compares well with other beach properties we have rented-- highly recommend and plan to return!

Tastefully Decorated with all the bells and whistles

This property was perfect for my family of four with two 'tweens. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and newly painted. Beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out inside-kids had separate rooms, tvs for all, and the all important FREE WiFi were all included. Loved the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Balcony was good-sized and gave us beach views. Kids enjoyed the kayaking options, the clubhouse area downstairs, as well as the boardwalk through the nature preserve. We rented bikes and road them all week. Close to everything, and only 1 1/2 hours from Orlando attractions. Beach access is simple a quick 5 minute walk, with little traffic on S. Atlantic Ave. Would definitely recommend this condo to others, and we can't get back soon enough!
