The apartment has just been renovated, it is brand new and is rented for the first time. It retains its traditional appearance and charming in a typical Parisian apartment (wooden beams and floors), but modern design (fully designed by an architect) makes it functional and practical. Located in the heart of the Marais, you are within walking distance of the most important museums, art galleries, restaurants and trendy boutiques. you will be one block from the Picasso Museum, an easy walk to the Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet Museum and the Pompidou Centre.

Perfect location perfect apartment

Our family of 5 loved staying in this apartment. The location was perfect to explore Paris and enjoy delicious food and the apartment well equipped to eat at home when we needed to. Christophe was an excellent host - flexible, polite and trusting. We couldn't recommend this place more!

Great apartment in a lively central position

The apartment is charming and well appointed. It does look a little smaller than on the photos but that's fine, the spaces are functional and the beds comfortable. The small bedroom was fine for two of our kids, 11 and 14 years old. Chris was helpful with any issues that came up. We did have some outages with the wifi but otherwise no problems.

Perfect Paris Accomodation.

My husband and I and out two boys loved our stay here. It was right in the middle of a very cool area of Paris, La Maris. Chris was very honest and accommodating, the apartment simple but was great. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying there again.

very handy

The apartment was clean, comfortable and nice as suggested in the advertisement. The location was very handy and we managed to walk to most of the tourist attractions such as Notre Dame, Louvre, Eifel tower etc. The apartment owner Chris was affable & very helpful which made are stay a lot more pleasant. We contemplate doing the trip again, hopefully in a couple of years’ time!

Comfortable/excellent location/perfect service

Christophe is quick to respond to questions and a very polite and helpful host. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a full size fridge and functional kitchen. Location is excellent with 2 metro stations within a quick walk and bus stops very close. We chose to walk a lot as this is one of the benefits of this centrally located apartment. We travelled with our teenage daughter and found the little room acceptable for her. In the Marais you can visit many attractions within easy walking distance. Place de Vosges, Victor Hugo Museum, Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum all local treasures. We did our fresh produce and deli shopping at the Bastille Markets on the weekends as the variety and quality was a delight. This was our 5th trip to Paris and feel very confident in recommending this Rue de Turenne apartment and found it great value , we will return.

Perfect 4 night stay

Charming apartment in a great area

Our family of five enjoyed our stay in Paris in this charming apartment. The location was great… close to a supermarket, restaurants and easily walkable to all transportation. Air conditioning was a huge perk as the street was loud at times. We were glad to have laundry (wash and dry) as well. The apartment was nicely stocked and comfortable for our stay in Paris!

Perfect stay

We stayed in Paris for 3 nights. The appartment is located very centrally. Walkable various restaurants and cafes, even supermarkets. You have everything you need, although the second sleeping room with 2 mattresses is quite perfect for children but not good for adults as it has very low ceiling. For us a wonderful stay in central parus.

Great place but for 2 people

Great location Very newly done property ( rare in Paris) Good communication with property owner The big thing for those considering booking this - it is technically a 2 bedroom but the second bedroom entrance is through a very small door through the bathroom and the height of most that room( under a sloping roof) is less than 4 ft. No a/c either, just one window. Given its strange location and very low height with a couple of mattresses thrown on the floor, you can’t put little children there because of its location. You can’t put teens there because they will almost certainly bang their head if they wake up in he middle of night. It reminded me of Harry Potters closet under the staircase. Similarly, even though technically it is 2 half baths, because me they are both in the same area, you can’t use one when the other one is in use. The shower has a glass door. For our family of 3 , we could only use it as a 1 bedroom , a I bath place. I ended up sleeping on the couch. We did feel we could have spent less and taken a 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. It’s a great location though.

Small space but great stay

Great place to be in the city and close to everything. Keep in mind that it is on the 5th floor; however, there is an elevator/lift. Recently renovated and in good shape. Would stay again.

Wonderful few days

Really super location, near the heart of Le Marais but just north of the most heavily touristed areas. Many restaurants and bakeries, and several metro stops, within an easy walk, The apartment was on the 5th floor and the elevator was a major plus. Rue de Turenne was a busier street than I had anticipated, and there is a school just across the street, so noise can be an issue in the mornings. We were a family of 6 (2 older, 2 middle-aged and 2 pre-teens), and I think I would recommend this apartment mainly for a 4-person family. The living room fold out bed wasn't very comfortable, nd the 2nd bedroom is very small for normal-size adults. Also hote that if the weather is hot, the only AC unit is in the living room. With those caveats, I still highly recommend this apartment.

Cozy renovated top floor apartment in 3rd arr

This compact apartment offers a small but complete kitchen, well-designed bathroom and comfortable bed. The top floor location affords lovely views across the rooftops of the neighborhood. Located just a few blocks from Place des Vosges, much of the classic 3rd arr neighborhood is a few minutes away from your front door.

Very good location!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was as described. Owner was responsive when we needed instructions for the TV and the washer/dryer. Good water pressure. Nice large windows. AC works very well. Thank you!

Charming apartment great location

My family of 4 (inc 2 teens) stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment is cozy clean and perfectly met our needs. Chris the host met us at check in and was responsive to any questions. Marais is a wonderful neighborhood, would highly recommend!
