Vista Mar is a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa situated at Caminho da Vigia,Campanario.With great views to the sea and mountains,it is a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. The house is only 2 minutes from the motorway, 20 minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes from Funchal the capital of Madeira. Guests will have access to all of the house, with TV and free Wifi. The house is situated in the countryside with lots of farms where they produce their own vegetables and fruits.The best way to explore the island is by car, where you can see the most beautiful views of Madeira ,but you always have the choice of great walks near by. Villa Vista Mar is also located 20 minutes walk from one of the most exotic places on the island ,Calhau da Lapa.

Es war alles ok
Wir haben unseren Urlaub im schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Hier kann man gut entspannen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut, mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und eng, aber mit einem kleinen Auto durchaus machbar. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Happy stay at vista mar
We enjoyed staying at vista mar. The house is as described, but as indicated the road to the house is steep. But you get used to it. Very smooth communication with the owner. Location is central so you are quiet quick to each side of the island.

Ein wundervolles Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Anfahrt ist Inseltypisch, aber mit der guten Wegbeschreibung unserer Vermieterin perfekt zu finden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einem perfekten Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben unsere Terrasse sehr genossen. Das Mietauto sollte nicht zu groß sein, damit die Einfahrt in die Garage nicht zu schwierig ist, wir hatten einen Skoda Scala uns sind sehr gut zurechtgekommen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist für eine Erkundung der Insel in alle Richtungen perfekt gelegen. Nur noch besser war die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin. Leider war sie nicht vor Ort, da wir sie gerne kennengelernt hätten. Unsere Vermieterin stand uns aber jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Nur selten hat man solch nette Kommunikation. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und können das Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Traumurlaub mit Freunden
Die Vermieter waren bei der Anreise nicht anwesend und trotzdem klappte alles problemlos. Schlüssel im Safe. Alles vorher mitgeteilt. Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung. Vielen Dank. Wir waren mit Freunden zu fünft unterwegs. Die Räume sind top aufgeteilt. Alles war super sauber und super vorbereitet. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach. Bäder sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Angereist sind wir mit einem Skoda Superb Kombi. Das ist dann schon sportlich. Im Netz war Ford Focus als maximale Größe empfohlen. Da passen nur keine fünf Personen mit Urlaubsgepäck hinein. Also, die tägliche An-und Abreise ist ein Erlebnis, nur nicht für alle. Dafür hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und in ein kleines Tal. Wir würden es wieder buchen und Freunden empfehlen. Danke an die Vermieter für alles, Wein, Sauberkeit, Vertrauen, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und auch für das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Schönes Haus, super Aussicht, aber in die Jahre gekommen
Schönes Haus, super Aussicht, leider ein wenig Lärm von der der Autobahn. Teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Kind hätte ich nicht über die verrotette Leiter in den Pool gelassen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus über eine extrem steile Anfahrt und mehr als ein Renault Clio darf es auf keinen Fall sein, sonst geht die Garage nicht zu. Wer damit zurecht, dann ein super Haus.

Super Ausblick
Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung des Inserats ist richtig. Zur einen Seite hat man die Aussicht auf die Autobahn, aber das scheint mir auf Madeira nicht ungewöhnlich. Dafür wird man mit dem herrlichen Meerblick auf der anderen Hausseite verwöhnt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten viel Platz. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Weg zum Haus und das Parken. Man sollte sein Auto gut kennen und ein sehr guter Fahrer sein. Ich habe selten so steile und schmale Straßen erlebt. Das Auto darf nicht zu groß sein und sollte ausreichend PS haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

Très bon point pour vadrouiller
La maison est très propre, bien équipée. Hôte hyper réactif (nous avions eu un problème de réglage eau chaude, intervention dans le 1/4 d'heure). Les instructions d'accès sont très claires. Petit cadeau à l'arrivée, pour bien commencer le séjour. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit de la voie rapide, que l'on entend lorsqu'on flâne sur la terrasse. Mais rien de rédhibitoire. L'emplacement sur l'île est idéal pour rayonner et faire toutes les visites incontournables. En résumé : très bonne adresse !

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts-sogar Waschmittel war vorrätig.Die Anfahrt mit einem größeren Auto ( Ford Focus Kombi) war etwas schwierig, aber machbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Lovely stay in beautiful Madeira
We have truly enjoyed our stay in the villa. Very helpful owners and their relatives. Villa in our opinion in a great location if you want to explore the beauty of the island, with a nice views. Swimming pool to cold to use unfortunately, although we understand it being there in April. Pool heating would make this villa perfect for all year long alongside with some cosmetic improvements indoors. Overall great place which we would definitely recommend. Thank you Teresa & family.

Wyjatkowy dom
Dom jest wyjatkowy. 3 oddzielne sypialnie na pietrze plus duzy salon. Pieknie usytuwany z basenem. Kuchnia posiada wszyskie potrzebne rzeczy do normalnego zycia. Kontakt z wlascicielem jest super, pomogla nam w kazdej sytuacji. Polecam !

Schöne Aussicht für Sonnenuntergang
Großzügiges Platzangebot, schöne Terrasse mit Garten Richtung Südwesten so dass man die Nachmittag und Abendsonne genießen kann. Wir waren im März da und wegen der fehlenden Heizung war es uns oft zu kalt. Die Vermieterin hat uns aber sofort einen Radiator zur Verfügung gestellt, dass wir wenigstens ein Zimmer heizen konnten.

Great stay
The house has amazing view and high standard. It is spacious and od located in a very quiet neighbourhood with not many tourists and at the same time close to Ribeira Brava and Funchal.

Belle maison avec vue sur mer
Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cette grande maison de Campanario avec petit jardin et joli point de vue. La maison est récente et propre. Pas facile à trouver au départ mais communication facile par whatsapp avec la propriétaire, qui de plus nous a donné les bonnes adresses du coin. Emplacement idéal comme point de départ pour rayonner la semaine sur toute l'île. Nous recommendons !

Schönes Haus mit gigantischem Ausblick
Uns hat es bei unserem Aufenthalt an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche verfügt über alles Notwendige. Lediglich ein paar Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen könnten ergänzt werden. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.
