Superbe

Très bel appartement mais 1 seule chambre. Vu les photos je m'en doutais. Le salon ne peut pas être considéré comme 1 chambre. L'annonce indique 2 chambres... et je pense que le prix correspond à un appartement 2 chambres. Les appartements indiquant 1 seule chambre avec un salon sont un peu moins chers Après les prestations sont très bien. Et la petite piscine privée sur le toit est top Seul bémol : le propriétaire Patrick : il nous a envoyé un mail la veille avec toutes les indications, ça c'est top mais surtout il nous a demandé de nous faire passer pour ses amis en cas de contrôle par les autorités espagnoles. Je trouve cela limite. Pourquoi lui rendre ce service et mentir ? Car il n'est pas déclaré ? Est-ce normal Abritel? S'il le souhaite vraiment, ça ne se fait pas de cette façon et je trouve que cela mérite compensation ou réduction À part ça tout était très bien Lit confortable. Canapé pas très confortable Manque barbecue sur le toit terrasse voire une mini cuisine d'été

Zum schlafen reicht es!

Patrick den wir leider nie kennenlernen durften hat zwar alle Daten und Reservierungscode durchgegeben. Was wir auch gut gefunden haben. Aber das Appartement hat sehr muffig gerochen das Sofa voller Flecken die man sich nicht vorstellen will. Aber das schlimmste war der Mann der wohl für das Appartement zuständig war der 2 Tage hintereinander klingelte und klopfte wie ein Irrer wohlgemerkt am Abend 18:30 wo wir uns vom Strand ausruhen wollten um irgend etwas machen zu wollen am Pool 🤷🏼‍♂️ Und dann noch diskutieren wollte warum man ihn nicht ins Appartement liess. Patrick hat das auch nie kommuniziert nachdem wir ihn kontaktieren wollten telefonisch war dieser nicht erreichbar. Also alles im allen würden wir dieses Appartement nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Süsses kleines Appartement aus den 70ern für zwei Personen. Supermarkt mit Mittagstisch und tollen Baguette am morgen um die Ecke. Man sollte jedoch Treppen laufen können. Auch zum Strand geht es bergauf und bergab. Dafür entschädigt der tolle, große Pool.

Amazing apartment with fabulous views

Just back from a great holiday, the apartment is in a great location with fabulous views! Beaches in this area are gorgeous, the apartment is well equip for a perfect self catering break.

Fantastisch appartementje in een fijn en rustig appartementencomplex

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Ibiza. Voor ons de tweede keer in Cala Tarida. Het appartement is schoon, fris en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden het zwembad voor ons alleen en konden lopen naar het strand. Patrick zorgde voor informatie vooraf, kwam met leuke tips en was laagdrempelig bereikbaar. Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen. Het appartement is iets aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen maar daar waren we op voorbereid. Kortom: een aanrader.

Great property in a great location

Great place in a great location, if you are after a place that is away from the party places likes of San Antonio, Playa Den Bossa etc this is well worth considering and is very reasonably priced. My daughter loved the Jacuzzi on the roof and Patrick said I may have to get oe at hoe now )) Some great little cafes up the top of the hill, we found ourselves eating in The Petit Cafe, which is used by many builders but don't let that put you off the food is great and very well priced, also Rincion, great Paella, there are also places like The Cotton Club for A La Carte, the beach is great and buses go from the top of the hill to San Antonio and Ibiza Town. Excelente acomodacion con facil acceso...

En un pequeño apartamento pero muy acogedor, con una terraza amplia y excelente vista panoramica. No utilizamosla piscina porque el tiempo estaba aun muy frio, pero estaba limpia y en buen estado. La cocina esta bien equipada y con todo lo necesario para una agradable estadia. El baño es un poco pequeño, falta una cortina de baño para evitar que todo se moje, pero nada que sea un gran inconveniente. Pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones. Mr Patrick siempre atento a cualquier consulta, toda la informacion suministrada estaba muy clara y fue de gran ayuda. Nos encantaria regresar unas proximas vacaciones, altamente recomendable.

Mooi appartement

Het appartement was schoon en zeer netjes met allemaal nieuwe meubels. Het heeft een fantastisch dakterras en een leuk balkon met avondzon en zeezicht. Het is niet groot, maar met het mooie Ibiza weer geeft het terras veel extra ruimte. De jacuzzi was in april nog wat koud, maar wel geweldig leuk en schoon. Patrick reageert snel op vragen en heeft hele leuke tips voor restaurants etc. Cala Tarida is op loopafstand en ook een winkeltje voor de dagelijkse boodschappen.
