Apartment of about 80 sqm., With separate entrance, equipped with a double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds, large living room / kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower, utility room and outdoor area completely fenced, convenient for parking the car and ideal for moments of relaxation or for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It can comfortably accommodate four people and on request two more people in the comfortable sofa bed with an additional cost.
The small lake and mountain views and the wide open spaces make the holiday certainly pleasant.
The entire structure built in 2016 has excellent finishes and services and is equipped with everything you need to spend a great holiday.
It is located in the high residential area, in a quiet area, with an excellent climate and surrounded by greenery, and is located one kilometer from the well-known town of Luino and two kilometers from the Swiss border.
On foot you can reach the center of Germignaga and Luino.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex mit vielen Häusern und Wohnungen. Wir verbringen unseren Urlaub lieber in einem normalen Wohngebiet mit italienischen Nachbarn. Deshalb hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Da es für uns nur ein Zwischenstopp war, war das aber nicht ganz so schlimm.

Très bel appartement !

Appartement très fonctionnel, très agréable et au calme. Propreté irréprochable. Acceuil chaleureux du propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
