F3 APARTMENT ON THE BEACH - 6 PEOPLE

Located in the town of Carbet in Martinique, on the 3rd floor of a small residence, there is a fully air-conditioned apartment type F3 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with convertible sofa, an equipped kitchen as well as a fridge and oven MO, washing machine, TV, WiFi, etc.
The residence is located on the beach, so for the sea bathing just go down and you are on the beach. The sound of the waves will rock you while you have an aperitif on the terrace. You can eat in the many restaurants and bars located on this famous Carbet beach. Also, a bakery / pastry shop is located at the foot of the building. A little further on is a mini-market.
Ideally placed for all styles of vacation, you can rest there, sunbathe, do nautical activities, taste Creole cuisine, discover the mountain and its flora, etc.

Appartement bien situé, spacieux et fonctionnel !

Nous étions au bord de la mer, près des restaurants avec une superbe boulangerie au pied de l'appartement ! L'appartement est spacieux (pour 2/4 personnes) 2 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain/WC. Un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte. Et un super Balcon/terrasse avec vue sur la plage et la mer pour prendre les repas. Vraiment bien ! Un ventilateur palme serait idéal et une bonne alternative à la clim. ! Nous avons passé un séjour agréable ! Un bel emplacement pour visiter le Nord Caraïbes !

Que du rêve !

Excellente prestation très bien situé, juste en face la mer. Boulangerie excellente pour le matin et sandwichs ! Peu de monde sur la plage. Possibilité de nager avec des tortues. Séjour inoubliable au Carbet !

Situé à l'entrée du village du Carbet dans une résidence calme et de qualité, cet appartement au 3e étage offre une vue magnifique sur la mer, la plage et le coucher du soleil. Terrasse spacieuse et confortable, cuisine bien équipée malgré quelques ustensiles et équipements un peu (trop) usés, salon spacieux et confortable avec télé connecté à une box internet. On a passé un excellent séjour dans cette location !!

Un séjour agréable avec quelques manquements regrettables

L'appartement est idéalement situé, tout est fonctionnel et la vue est magnifique. En ayant loué l'appartement pour une semaine afin de se reposer en famille, nous avons subi la literie qui n'est pas confortable bien que récente et si vous souhaitez faire vos repas, pensez à ramenez votre fond de cuisine, il n'y a rien comme huile ou sel pas même du sucre. Etant 4 adultes nous aurions souhaité un double des clés pour simplifier l'organisation des sorties mais notre demande est demeuré sans réponse ni considération. Pour le reste rien à signaler.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement de Xavier est très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage du Carbet. Quel bonheur de prendre son petit-déjeuner sur la belle terrasse qui donne sur la mer, avant d'aller se baigner avant l'arrivée de la foule ! Cette location est très bien fournie en ustensiles de cuisine, linges de toilette et parures de lit. Réponses rapides de Xavier à chacune de nos questions, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. merci pour cet excellent séjour.

Emplacement excellente

Très bel appartement au troisième étage sans ascenseur mais avec une vue splendide sur la mer et toute la vie locale à ses pieds. L'emplacement est absolument incroyable, la résidence fermée et sécurisée très agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique est réactif mais l'appartement manque quand même d'entretien.

Très belle vue!

Nous avons passé 5j dans ce logement pour visiter le nord de la Martinique. Le logement est très bien placé , pratique et avec une superbe terrasse qui donne sur la mer et donc de superbes couchés de soleil. La boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble est très pratique. Cependant l'appartement manquait un peu d'entretien.

Superbe appart, avec vue mer d'un côté depuis une grande terrasse et vue montagne de l'autre. Climatisation dans tout l'appart, y compris le séjour. Il est situé dans une résidence avec parking privatif... L’arrivée et le départ de l'appart se font de manière très simple. Vraiment je recommande.
