Excellent séjour dû à une météo ensoleillée 7/7, une vue du balcon 10/10, et une région magnifique.

un manque, une grande serviette de bain et une petite serviette sont nettement insuffisants pour un séjour de 2 personnes durant 2 semaines. Au minimum, changer les serviettes à la semaine ou prévenir dans l'offre de prendre ses propres serviettes de bain. Idem pour les serviettes de récurage.

Emplacement Idéal

Lorsque l’on pénètre dans l’appartement, on est surtout frappé par la luminosité du bien et par la vue sur l’océan. Mais également sur la propreté de la location. De plus, la résidence est idéalement placée pour se rendre aux différentes pointes de la presqu’île. Les restaurants de Morgat ou de Camaret sur Mer ne sont qu’à quelques minutes de voitures.

Correct

Accueil correct pour présentation du logement. Aucun état des lieux à l arrivée, quand au départ, demande express de retirer draps, serviettes, et poubelles... alors que la location du logement prenait également en compte le forfait ménage .. personne pour vérifier l'état du logement à notre départ, aucun état des lieux.

Tolle Wohnung mit Luft nach oben (für den Preis)

Eine unfassbar tolle Lage und Aussicht auf die Bucht von Morgat mit direktem Zugang zum Strand (Ebbe) / Meer (Flut). Besser kann man es nicht treffen. Leider ist die einfache Ausstattung der Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich. WLAN ist trotz des gehobenen Preises zusätzlich kostenpflichtig zu buchen. Wenn Euch das nicht stört: Nichts wie hin!

Magnifique

L’appartement est très bien situé au sein de la résidence, la vue est exceptionnelle ! Nous avons apprécié la propreté de celui-ci. Herrliche Lage an einer schönen ruhigen Bucht

Die gesamte Anlage macht zwar keinen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die geflegte Wohnung lässt das schnell vergessen. Obwohl sie etwas verwinkelt ist, ist sie für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage über dem breiten Sandstrand und dem weiten Blick über das Meer (selbst aus dem Bett) ist phantastisch. Die Einrichtung mit Spülmaschine, Herd und Mikrowelle ermöglicht sehr gut eine Selbsverpflegung, Küchenuntensilien, Geschirr und Gläser sind ausreichend vorhanden, auch für 4 Personen. Für 4 wäre die Wohnung allerdings sehr beengt, 2 müssten auf den Couchbänken im Wohnzimmer mit Küchenecke schlafen. Es gibt (für 2) ausreichend Stauraum, auch das kleine Bad bietet genügend Platz. Allerdings steht zum Duschen nur eine Badewanne zur Verfügung, an der es keine Haltegriffe gibt. Sogar ein Handtuchtrockner ist vorhanden. Der große Balkon ist ebenfalls mit Tischen und Stühlen und 2 Liegestühlen sehr gut möbliert. Er hatte im August von morgens bis abends Sonne (wenn sie mal schien), bietet aber gleichzeitig ausreichend Schatten unter dem darüber liegenden Balkon und ist meist windgeschützt. Über eine Treppe im und eine Treppe vor dem Haus ist man sofort am flachen kinderfreundlichen und festen Sandstrand. Das Meer ist bei Ebbe ziemlich weit weg und flach, bei Flut gelangt man von der äußeren Treppe über einen flachen betonierten Weg direkt ins tiefe Wasser, sodass man gleich wegschwimmen kann. Guter Bio-Bäcker mit Café und Bio-Supermarkt sind in der Nähe, 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

MAGNIFIQUE A NE PAS MANQUER

Nous retournerons sur la presqu'île de Crozon et ce sera dans cet appartement dans lequel on se croit sur un paquebot tant l'océan est présent, sans parler de sa luminosité !

Presqu'île de beauté

Superbe appartement "les pieds dans l'eau" pour une semaine très ensoleillée. Magnifique vue sur la plage et la baie de Morgat. Point de départ idéal pour visiter les incontournables de la presqu'île (Camaret, Tas de Pois, Pointe de Dinan, Cap de la Chèvre, Ile Vierge) ... et merci pour le cidre et les Traou Mad. Magnifique emplacement avec vue Mer !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette résidence Pierre et Vacances, loué en direct avec les propriétaires Mme et M. Daniel SALLET, bien plus économique qu'avec P&V, contact téléphonique avec les propriétaires sympa, très bon accueil par la correspondante des propriétaires. Résidence très bien équipée, ascenseur, appartement spacieux, grand balcon vue mer et sur le port de plaisance de Morgat, piscine chauffée (pas trop). Wifi par l'application de P&V Wifirst, comptez 15 € la semaine puis dégressif Morgat est très agréable, supérette, poissonnerie, restaurants, allez découvrir au bout du port de plaisance la magnifique petite plage sauvage. Proche également de la ville de Crozon avec ses commerces et surtout son marché journalier. De plus une très bonne base pour visiter cette région magnifique.
